Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of welding of liquefied natural gas full-capacity storage tanks, in particular to an automatic vertical seam welding platform for main container wall plates of a liquefied natural gas full-capacity storage tank.

Background

With the development of economy and the enhancement of environmental awareness, the demand of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) as a clean and efficient energy source is increasing, which requires the pace of the development of technologies related to liquefied natural gas to be accelerated. For the technology-intensive liquefied natural gas industry, research and development of related technologies of liquefied natural gas, especially related technologies of liquefied natural gas storage tanks, have important social benefits and economic benefits for the development of the liquefied natural gas industry.

The liquefied natural gas storage tank mainly comprises the following components according to a mechanical bearing mode for a liquid and steam closed system: the receiving terminal comprises a single-capacity tank, a double-capacity tank, a full-capacity tank and a film tank, wherein the full-capacity tank is a main tank type of the receiving terminal which is put into operation at present in China. The full-capacity tank includes: a primary container and a secondary container are combined to form an integral storage tank, the primary container is a self-supporting steel single-wall tank for containing liquid working medium, and the material is low-temperature-resistant 9% nickel steel.

The wall plate of the main container of the existing liquefied natural gas storage tank is generally installed upwards in an annular layer by layer mode, and in the installation process, the welding process of the storage tank wall plate to the vertical butt joint is welding rod arc welding. The wall plate is made of 9% Ni steel, and the manual electric arc welding process has the defects of long construction period, high cost, high labor intensity, poor construction site environment, easy generation of air holes, incomplete fusion and the like, and seriously influences the quality and the safety performance of the storage tank. Therefore, the construction quality control of the wall plate of the liquefied natural gas storage tank is difficult, and therefore, a further improvement of the welding process of the vertical seam of the wall plate of the main container of the existing liquefied natural gas storage tank is needed. The adoption of an automatic welding technology is an effective measure for solving the problems.

Before the automatic welding equipment is used for welding the vertical seam of the wall plate of the main container of the liquefied natural gas storage tank, a welding process evaluation test, a welder training and an examination are completed according to design files and relevant standard requirements, and a welding test of a product test plate is completed before construction or in an early stage, so that a welding platform is required to be designed as auxiliary equipment of the automatic welding equipment.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the above-mentioned problems in the prior art. In view of this, the invention needs to provide an automatic welding platform for vertical seams of wall plates of main containers of liquefied natural gas full-capacity storage tanks, which has the advantages of exquisite structure, stability, reliability, convenience in disassembly, assembly and transportation, safety in use, high stability, effective temperature welding quality, safety performance improvement of liquefied natural gas storage tanks, and long service life.

The invention provides an automatic vertical seam welding platform for a main container wall plate of a liquefied natural gas full-capacity storage tank, which comprises: the welding frame is detachably connected to the base and is arranged along the horizontal extending direction of the base and perpendicular to the base, a supporting piece detachably connected with the base is arranged on one side of the welding frame, and a hoisting piece movably connected with the base is arranged on the other side of the welding frame; the fixing assembly is arranged on the welding frame along the vertical direction and is used in cooperation with automatic welding equipment.
