Background

The injection molding process is the most important processing process in the production process of plastic products, and is a process for manufacturing a semi-finished product with a certain shape by pressurizing, injecting, cooling, separating and the like molten raw materials, and the defective rate is often increased due to manual or machine errors in the injection molding process, so that the factory interest rate is influenced.

In the process of the existing plastic production process, defective products are usually removed only by performing quality inspection on products in the last step, but the problem of product defect caused by material defect cannot be removed, and the waste amount of raw materials cannot be reduced.

The working principle is as follows: mixing and stirring various raw materials into a raw material for injection molding, fixing an injection mold, preheating to finish S1-S3 injection molding preparation, preheating the injection mold to avoid the high-temperature injection molding raw material from contacting the mold, and cracking due to overlarge temperature difference; checking the working conditions of all parts, detecting the temperatures of the injection mold and the cooling water pipe by using a temperature detector, maintaining the temperature of the cooling water pipe at about 10 ℃ as much as possible, checking whether residual raw materials exist on the screw, avoiding influencing the process, and finishing the S4 injection molding check, wherein the step is favorable for reducing the defective rate of products; an injection step S5 follows, in which the screw is set at a constant speed to ensure better and faster entry of the molten plastic into the mold; then, the molten plastic enters S6 pressure maintaining and feeding, the screw is converted from a constant speed to a constant pressure, the pressure of the molten plastic in the mold is ensured to be given by the screw, better molding is facilitated, and meanwhile, the molten plastic is fed into the mold through the screw, so that defects are avoided; then S7 cooling molding is carried out, part of heat of the molten plastic is diffused into the outside air, and part of heat is diffused into an external cooling water pipe through a mold cooling fin, and the water in the cooling water pipe is flowing water, so that the temperature of the cooling water pipe is ensured to be constant; and finally, selecting a top rod or a stripping plate to carry out S8 stripping according to the product requirement.

In conclusion, the plastic product production process provided by the invention has the advantages that the injection molding inspection step is added, each part is ensured to be in the best working state before injection molding, and the condition that the quality of finished products is different due to different parameters of the working parts in the production process of different batches is avoided; meanwhile, defective products in the raw materials can be detected in advance, and further waste in the next step is avoided; meanwhile, a dryer, a mixer, a crusher and a water freezing machine are additionally arranged in the process, so that the ratio of manual injection molding is reduced, and the process error is reduced.
