2. the inner side of the product is accurately positioned before extrusion through the positioning movable cover, the inner wall of the product is limited by driving the positioning movable cover to ascend through the fixed rod, the die closing track is prevented from inclining through the sliding limit between the guide pillar and the guide sleeve, and the die closing effect is ensured to be accurate, so that the forming quality of the product is effectively guaranteed.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, an upper die holder 15 is erected on a machine tool, an upper die fixing plate 14 and an excircle slotting tool 5 are fixed together, then a lower die fixing plate 12 is placed right below the upper die fixing plate, and two lower foot pads 11 are used for raising, so that the vertical movement of a fixing seat 7 is prevented from being influenced;

then, a product to be processed is placed on the positioning movable cover 3, the product is ensured to be centered, then the upper die base 15 is controlled to move downwards until the upper die gland 4 contacts and fixes the product, the outer circle slotting tool 5 pushes the outer circle sliding rail base 6 to enable the hoop edge outer circle 1 to be extruded towards the inner side along with continuous pressing, meanwhile, the lower side air cylinder pushes the inner circle slotting tool 8 to ascend to push the inner circle sliding rail base 10 and the hoop edge inner circle 2 to slide towards the outer side, and the fixed rod 9 also drives the positioning movable cover 3 to ascend synchronously to play a role in limiting the inner wall of the product, so that the product is deformed and closed up;

when the die is opened, the upper die base 15 integrally rises, and the excircle slide rail base 6 and the hoop edge excircle 1 run outwards to be separated from the outer side wall of the product; meanwhile, the inner circle slotting tool 8 and the fixed rod 9 also synchronously descend, so that the inner circle sliding rail seat 10 and the hoop edge inner circle 2 run inwards to be separated from the inner side wall of a product, the material is conveniently taken off, and the production efficiency is greatly improved;

in addition, in the opening and closing process of the upper die and the lower die, the two guide pillars 1301 at the top end of the lower die fixing plate 12 and the two guide sleeves 1302 in the upper die fixing plate 14 slide and limit to guide the lifting track, so that the deflection of the die closing track is avoided, the die closing effect is accurate and correct, the forming quality of a product is effectively guaranteed, a finished product of the molding cup cover made by the die can be tightly covered with the cup opening of a paper cup when the finished product is used, and the finished product cannot be easily loosened to cause leakage of beverage.
