Background

A brake is a device having a function of decelerating, stopping, or maintaining a stopped state of a moving member (or a moving machine), and is an important component of an automobile. When a vehicle brakes in the running process, the friction between the brake block and the brake disc is relatively rubbed under high-strength pressure, a large amount of heat is generated, and the temperature of the brake part is increased. The temperature rise causes heat fading of the brake components and the braking effect is reduced, so that the cooling device must be used for cooling the brake system.

The Chinese patent discloses a cooling device (CN 206268327U) for automobile braking, which comprises a brake disc, a brake caliper body, a brake block group, an oil cylinder, a guide pin and an axle, wherein the axle is connected with the brake disc, the guide pin is fixedly arranged on the axle, the brake caliper body is arranged on the guide pin, a bulge is arranged on the brake caliper, and the brake block group is correspondingly arranged on two sides of the brake disc. The piston of the oil cylinder is fixedly connected with the main brake block group, and a plurality of slotted holes for guiding the circulation of brake fluid in the oil cylinder are formed in the piston along the direction of the main brake block. The brake master is cooled by the brake fluid in the oil cylinder, so that the problem of brake failure caused by the temperature rise of the brake block group is solved. The defects of the technology are as follows: the cooling of the secondary brake pad is lacking and the cooling efficiency of the brake assembly is therefore reduced.

The outer end of the brake cylinder 2 is fixed with a pressure lever 4, the upper end of the pressure lever 4 is of a hollow slip ring structure, and a slip ring at the upper end of the pressure lever 4 is slidably sleeved on a piston rod of the liquid storage cylinder 5. The end part of a piston rod of the liquid storage cylinder 5 is provided with a shaft check ring 4-1, the shaft check ring 4-1 is abutted against the front side of the upper end of the pressure rod 4, and when the brake cylinder 2 retracts, the pressure rod 4 pushes the shaft check ring 4-1 forwards to drive the piston rod of the liquid storage cylinder 5 to extend out to complete liquid suction. The middle part of a piston rod of the liquid storage cylinder 5 is provided with a baffle table 5-1, the front end of a spring 6 is propped against the upper end of the pressure rod 4, and the rear end of the spring 6 is propped against the front side of the baffle table 5-1. When the brake cylinder 2 is extended, the pressure rod 4 pushes the spring 6 backwards, and the spring 6 pushes the liquid storage cylinder 5 backwards to retract a piston rod. The arrangement of the spring 6 ensures that the retraction process of the piston rod of the liquid storage cylinder 5 does not correspond to that of the brake cylinder 2, when the brake cylinder 2 is completely extended to start braking, the spring 6 provides continuous pressure for the piston rod of the liquid storage cylinder 5, and the continuous extrusion of cooling liquid in the liquid storage cylinder 5 is ensured.

The main channel a, the auxiliary channel Ib, the auxiliary channel IIc and the auxiliary channel IIId are casting holes on the brake caliper 1. The main channel a is connected with a cooling liquid storage device, and the cooling liquid storage device can increase certain pressure, so that the flow of the cooling liquid is smoother. An oil inlet of the liquid storage cylinder 5 is connected to the main channel a through an auxiliary channel Ib, and a first one-way valve 7 is installed in the auxiliary channel Ib to ensure that cooling liquid flows into the liquid storage cylinder 5 in a one-way mode. An oil outlet of the liquid storage cylinder 5 is connected to the auxiliary brake block 12 through an auxiliary channel IIc, and a second one-way valve 8 is installed in the auxiliary channel IIc to ensure that cooling liquid flows into the auxiliary brake block 12 in a one-way mode. The auxiliary brake block 12 is connected to the main channel a through an auxiliary channel IIId, and a damper 9 is installed in the auxiliary channel IIId; the damper 9 limits the outflow speed of the cooling liquid on one hand, improves the cooling efficiency, and is convenient to prevent the suction phenomenon in the auxiliary brake block 12 when the liquid storage tank 5 absorbs liquid.

The working principle is as follows: when the brake cylinder 2 is ejected out during the braking of the vehicle, the liquid storage cylinder 5 is pushed through the pressure lever 4, and the cooling liquid enters the auxiliary brake block 12, so that the brake cooling of the auxiliary brake block 12 is realized; in the process, a spring 6 is arranged between the pressure rod 4 and the liquid storage cylinder 5 to limit the retraction speed of the liquid storage cylinder 5, and a liquid return port of the auxiliary brake block 12 is provided with a damper 9 to limit the return speed, so that the coolant in the liquid storage cylinder 5 can continuously flow into the auxiliary brake block 12 in the braking time, and the braking cooling efficiency is improved; when the brake cylinder 2 retracts, the compression rod 4 pushes the shaft check ring 4-1 forwards to drive the piston rod of the liquid storage cylinder 5 to extend, and the liquid storage cylinder 5 is matched with the two one-way valves and the damper 9 to suck cooling liquid for next braking and cooling.
