As shown in fig. 1-7, an intelligent explosion-proof automatic underwater plugging airbag comprises a deployment mechanism (1) and a sealing ring (2), wherein the sealing ring (2) is sleeved on the outer side of the deployment mechanism (1), the deployment mechanism (1) comprises a mounting disc (6), a deformation plate (7), an inner supporting plate (8) and an outer supporting plate (9), a fixing column (4) and the deformation plate (7) are installed on one side of the mounting disc (6), a connecting plate (13) is installed on the other side of the mounting disc (6), the fixing column (4) and the connecting plate (13) are both installed on the axis of the mounting disc (6), an auxiliary disc (22) is installed on the outer side of the fixing column (4) and positioned on the inner side of the deployment mechanism (1), the circle center of the auxiliary disc (22) is positioned on the axis of the fixing column (4), a plurality of deformation plates (7) are spaced at the same distance, the inner supporting plate (8) is connected with one end of the deformation plate (7), the deformation plates (7) have certain radians to enable the orientations of the inner supporting plates (8) to be the same, one side of each outer supporting plate (9) facing the inner supporting plate (8) is connected with the two adjacent inner supporting plates (8), and the number of the outer supporting plates (9) is the same as that of the inner supporting plates (8).

A first fixing seat (14) is arranged on one side of the inner supporting plate (8) close to the connecting plate (13), a second fixing seat (15) is arranged on one side of the mounting disc (6) facing the inner supporting plate (8), a plurality of second fixing seats (15) are annularly arranged by taking the connecting plate (13) as a center, the positions of the second fixing seats (15) correspond to the first fixing seats (14), a first connecting rod (16) is arranged between each pair of second fixing seats (15), one end of the first connecting rod (16) is positioned in the second fixing seat (15), the other end of the first connecting rod (16) is connected with a second connecting rod (1601) and a third connecting rod (1602), a pin shaft is arranged among the first connecting rod (16), the second connecting rod (1601) and the third connecting rod (1602), the other end of the third connecting rod (1602) is arranged in a connecting shaft (1603) arranged at the lower end of the auxiliary disc (22), and third connecting rod (1602) passes through the round pin hub connection with connecting axle (1603), and the other end of second connecting rod (1601) is located the inside of second fixing base (15), and the inside of first fixing base (14) and second fixing base (15) all is provided with bolt (17), and bolt (17) pass first connecting rod (16) of second fixing base (15) inside, and the outside threaded connection of bolt (17) has nut (18).

When the mounting disc (6) is in an initial state, namely an uninflated state, an included angle between the second connecting rod (1601) and the third connecting rod (1602) is 90-120 degrees; when the installation disc (6) is in a working state, namely an inflation state, at the moment, the included angle between the second connecting rod (1601) and the third connecting rod (1602) is a certain degree between 160-180 degrees and does not exceed 180 degrees.

A plurality of connecting block (19) are installed in the outside of outer fagging (9), mounting groove (20) have been seted up to the inboard of sealing washer (2), and sealing washer (2) cover is in the outside of outer fagging (9) and connecting block (19) card in the inside of mounting groove (20), and crisscross setting and mounting groove (20) are corresponding with the position of connecting block (19) between connecting block (19).

The inboard of sealing washer (2) is provided with water proof membrane (3), water proof membrane (3) cover installation disc (6) and deformation board (7), the middle part of water proof membrane (3) is equipped with the opening and supplies fixed column (4) to stretch out, sealed processing is done with the junction of fixed column (4) in water proof membrane (3), avoid water infiltration, water proof membrane (3) receive hydraulic extrusion can paste tight deformation board (7) and avoid water infiltration, can improve its pressure-bearing ability, difficult damage.

And one end of the fixed column (4) far away from the mounting disc (6) is provided with a water pressure gauge (5), the water pressure gauge (5) is positioned in water during working and is used for detecting the water pressure of leakage water flow, and the stable numerical value of the water pressure gauge (5) indicates that the pipeline is completely blocked.

By adopting the technical scheme: through outer fagging (9) that set up, cooperation between sealing washer (2) and water proof membrane (3), avoided sealing washer (2) to drop at the in-process of shutoff pipeline, the effect of improvement shutoff, sealing washer (2) cover is in the outside of outer fagging (9), the mounting groove (20) of sealing washer (2) inboard and the crisscross connecting block (19) block that sets up in outer fagging (9) outside each other, the crisscross setting of connecting block (19), the in-process atress direction that makes sealing washer (2) propped open by outer fagging (9) is different, the angle of avoiding outer fagging (9) slope is too big, make sealing washer (2) drop, the in-process of shutoff pipeline simultaneously, rivers can push sealing washer (2) backward, and because outer fagging (9) incline backward, make sealing washer (2) and outer fagging (9) be connected inseparabler.

The invention is to be noted that the invention is an intelligent explosion-proof automatic underwater plugging air bag, when in use, firstly, the plugging air bag is put into a pipeline opening to be plugged, a connector of an inflator is connected with an inflation pipe (10), a fastener (21) is screwed, leakage is avoided when an air cylinder (11) is inflated, the inflator is started, compressed air is filled into the air cylinder (11), whether the pressure reaches a specified pressure is observed through a barometer, secondly, in the process of inflating the air cylinder (11), the air cylinder (11) pulls a mounting disc (6) through a connecting plate (13), a second fixing seat (15) on the mounting disc (6) moves to drive a first connecting rod (16) inside the mounting disc to rotate around a bolt (17) and push the first connecting rod (16) outwards, the other end of the first connecting rod (16) drives a second connecting rod (1601) and a third connecting rod (1602) to push an inner supporting plate (8) outwards, the deformation plate (7) connected with the inner supporting plate (8) moves, the outer supporting plate (9) connected with the outer side of the inner supporting plate (8) expands along with the expansion of the inner supporting plate (8), the outer supporting plate (9) also expands along with the expansion of the inner supporting plate, the outer supporting plate (9) expands to expand the sealing ring (2) on the outer side of the outer supporting plate, the pipeline can be quickly plugged, the air bag does not need to be inflated to shorten the plugging time, furthermore, the outer side of the outer supporting plate (9) is sleeved with the sealing ring (2), the mounting groove (20) on the inner side of the sealing ring (2) is mutually clamped with the connecting blocks (19) staggered on the outer side of the outer supporting plate (9), the connecting blocks (19) are staggered, the stress directions in the process that the sealing ring (2) is propped open by the outer supporting plate (9) are different, the inclination angle of the outer supporting plate (9) is prevented from being too large, the sealing ring (2), and because the outer supporting plate (9) is inclined backwards, so that the sealing ring (2) is connected with the outer supporting plate (9) more closely, finally, the waterproof membrane (3) at the inner side of the sealing ring (2) covers the unfolding mechanism (1), the middle part of the waterproof membrane (3) is penetrated by the fixed column (4), the joint of the waterproof membrane (3) and the fixed column (4) needs to be subjected to waterproof treatment to avoid water permeation, the waterproof membrane (3) is extruded by water pressure to be tightly attached to the unfolding mechanism (1) to avoid water permeation, meanwhile, the bearing capacity of the waterproof membrane (3) can be improved, so that the waterproof membrane (3) is not easy to damage, the water pressure meter (5) at the top end of the fixed column (4) is positioned at one side of the pipeline with water flow, the water pressure meter (5) can detect whether the sealing ring (2) is completely blocked, if completely blocked, the water pressure meter (5) should be kept stable, if the pipeline is not completely blocked, the water pressure meter, the outer supporting plate (9) needs to be expanded continuously until the air bag is completely blocked, construction can be carried out, after the construction is finished, the fastening piece (21) is opened to release air, and the blocking air bag is taken out.
