Background

In the prior art, a mower needs to be provided with a power device or connected with a power mechanism of a vehicle through a transmission part to run, so that the mower is complex in structure or connection; although the vehicle traction ploughshare can weed, the mowing is difficult to realize.

At present, no equipment capable of achieving cutting and mowing through rolling of mowing equipment is available.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a roller-type mowing device.

In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a roller mower device, which includes a perforated roller and a planetary auger mowing assembly, wherein two ends of the planetary auger mowing assembly are fixedly connected to two ends of an inner wall of the perforated roller.

Preferably, a convex part is further arranged and fixedly connected to the outer side of the porous roller.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the advantages that:

1. the grass shearing function realized by the reverse rotation between the porous roller and the auger only needs to be connected with the driving equipment and driven by the driving equipment to roll, and a transmission device does not need to be connected between the porous roller and the auger;

2. the invention only needs to be connected with the driving device through the connecting frame, so that the connection is convenient;

3. the device can also realize mowing by manual traction or pushing;

4. the device can realize the acceleration or deceleration rotation, the same direction or the reverse rotation of the packing auger relative to the roller by adjusting the speed ratio of the planetary gear set and the connection relation among the planetary gear set, the roller, the packing auger and the connecting frame.

Referring to fig. 6 and 11, a wire brush 1221 is arranged on the auger 122 of the present invention.

Fourthly, referring to fig. 6, 7, 8, 10 and 16, the invention is further provided with a connecting frame 20, the frame body 21 of the connecting frame 20 is respectively connected with a joint 22, a connecting frame joint 12111 on the planet carrier 1211 and an end hole joint 1241 with a shaft bearing head 124 through a pin 30, a bolt, a rivet or the like, and the joint 22 is a connecting piece such as a ball cover or a hook.

And fifthly, referring to fig. 4, 5 and 16, when the invention is used, the invention is connected with driving equipment such as a vehicle and the like through the connector 22 on the connecting frame 20, when the driving equipment such as the vehicle and the like pushes or pulls the porous roller 11 to roll on the ground through the connecting frame 20, the porous roller 11 drives the packing auger 122 to rotate towards the opposite direction of the rotation of the porous roller 11 through the planetary gear set, when grass enters from holes on the surface of the porous roller 11, the grass can be cut by the outer edge of the packing auger 122 and the inner wall of the porous roller 11, and the cut grass can be continuously pushed out from the gap of the porous supporting frame 1231 by the packing auger 122.
