Background

The food sterilization and disinfection aims at food raw materials and processed products, and achieves the stabilization of food quality by sterilizing and degerming microorganisms which are main factors causing food deterioration, thereby effectively prolonging the shelf life of the food, reducing the survival number of harmful bacteria in the food, and avoiding human body (usually intestinal tract) infection caused by the intake of live bacteria or human poisoning caused by bacterial toxins generated in the food in advance.

The currently used disinfection device generally adopts infrared disinfection or directly adopts chemicals to disinfect, the chemicals easily generate a large amount of residues when disinfecting food, and then are bad for human bodies, or some foods are disinfected by cooking, but the foods which do not need to be cooked need to be dried or disinfected by infrared, and the disinfection method is carried out by a sterilization pot when disinfecting, so that the processing efficiency is lower.
