The sheet-shaped body 1 is made of ABS plastic;

The thermal deformation temperature of the ABS material is 93-118 ℃; if the selected temperature is lower than the thermal deformation temperature, the material is not easy to be thermally deformed, and if the selected temperature is too high, the material is thermally decomposed and wastes resources, so that the heat insulation and shaping are performed under the condition that the temperature is 10-20 ℃ higher than the thermal deformation temperature of the material, and the material can be thermally deformed, has memory and cannot be decomposed and recovered.

(4) And taking out the outer mold 5, the sheet-shaped body 1 and the inner mold 2, removing the outer mold 5, the inner mold 2 and the fixed film 6, cleaning the sheet-shaped body 1, and obtaining the cleaned sheet-shaped body 1 as the pipeline paint spraying mold.
