A guide post 12 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the pipe blank suction mould main body 1, the guide post 12 is arranged in parallel to the length extending direction of the main mandrel 2, and the end part of the guide post 12 penetrates through the adjusting plate 8; the adjusting plate 8 is provided with a guide sleeve which is matched with the guide post 12, and the guide sleeve is in sliding fit with the guide post 12.

In this application, sliding fit through guide pillar 12 and guide pin bushing makes regulating plate 8 keep along the length extending direction of main dabber 2 when removing, has improved the removal precision when regulating plate 8 drives main dabber 2 and removes, and then makes the adjustment precision of main dabber 2 guarantee.

The end part of the main mandrel 2 penetrates through the adjusting plate 8 and is in threaded connection with an adjusting nut 14, a pressing block 15 is sleeved on the adjusting nut 14, and the pressing block 15 is fixed on the adjusting plate 8 through a bolt; an annular fixing ring 16 is arranged on the outer annular surface of the adjusting nut 14, and a groove matched with the fixing ring 16 is arranged in the pressing block 15.

In this application, can make single main dabber 2 take place to remove through rotatory adjusting nut 14, can finely tune single main dabber 2, adjusting nut 14 is fixed in on regulating plate 8 through briquetting 15 for main dabber 2 and adjusting nut 14's position can be fixed.

The lower extreme of main dabber 2 is conical, and the internal surface of shaping bush 4 is conical and sets up with the cooperation of the lower extreme surface of main dabber 2, and the interval sets up and forms the shaping runner between the lower extreme surface of main dabber 2 and the 4 internal surfaces of shaping bush.

In this application, the lower extreme of main dabber 2 and 4 internal surfaces of shaping bush are the taper shape, and axial displacement through main dabber 2 can conveniently adjust the off-the-shelf thickness of pipe.

An annular sealing ring 17 is sleeved at the middle section of the main mandrel 2, an annular extrusion cavity is formed between the annular inner surface of the sealing ring 17 and the outer surface of the main mandrel 2 at intervals, a feeding hole is formed in the side part of the tube blank plastic suction mould main body 1, and the extrusion cavity is communicated with the feeding hole; an annular extrusion bulge 18 is arranged on the annular inner surface of the sealing ring 17, an annular bulge 19 is arranged on the outer surface of the main mandrel 2, the annular bulge 19 is positioned below the extrusion bulge 18, and the distance between the inner annular surface of the extrusion bulge 18 and the surface of the main mandrel 2 is smaller than the bulge height of the annular bulge 19.

When the gap between the lower end of the main mandrel 2 and the forming neck ring mold 4 is increased, the flow velocity of the material flow is increased due to the increase of the flow channel area of the material flow, the impact force of the material flow on the main mandrel 2 and the forming neck ring mold 4 is increased, and the main mandrel 2 and the forming neck ring mold 4 are easily damaged. In this application, when main dabber 2 removed and make the lower extreme of main dabber 2 and the clearance of shaping bush 4 increase, annular is protruding 19 and takes place relative movement between the extrusion arch 18 and makes the annular protruding 19 and extrude the relative distance between the arch 18 reduce, and the material flows flow area reduces and makes the material flow obtain the buffering, reduces the impact force of material flow to main dabber 2 and shaping bush 4.

A plurality of second annular bulges 20 are arranged on the outer surface of the lower section of the main mandrel 2, and the second annular bulges 20 are positioned below the second annular bulges 19 and are arranged at intervals with the second annular bulges 19; the annular outer ring surface of the second annular protrusion 20 is arranged at intervals with the inner wall of the pipe blank plastic uptake mould body 1.

The second annular protrusion 20 in the present application serves the purpose of reducing the flow velocity of the material flow, and further reduces the impact force of the material flow on the main mandrel 2 and the molding die 4.
