Background

In the pouring process of the fan-shaped ladle, as shown in figure 1, the fan-shaped ladle rotates around the center of a circle at a certain angular speed, and the amount of molten iron flowing out of the fan-shaped ladle in unit time is certain, so that the equal pouring of molten iron in the pouring process can be realized, and the uniformity of the wall thickness of the pipe wall is facilitated. Because the addition of the inoculant in unit time is also constant in the pouring process, the realization of equal pouring also ensures that the amount of the inoculant in the molten iron in unit weight is also constant, which is beneficial to the stability of product quality.

However, during the casting process, the ladle is not only subjected to mechanical impact of the liquid molten iron, but also subjected to long-term high-temperature storage of the full ladle of molten iron. At present, under the traditional molten iron casting fan-shaped package process, after a fan-shaped package works for a long time, high-temperature molten iron easily permeates into a permanent layer through a working lining and then reaches a fan-shaped package cladding, and a fan-shaped package penetrating or cladding red accident is caused, so that the adverse effects of low personnel safety factor of workers, low service life of the fan-shaped package (scrapping in 12 hours in one shift and re-repairing), high refractory consumption and the like are caused, and meanwhile, along with the great improvement of the yield of each specification of the nodular cast iron pipe, the repair quantity of the fan-shaped package is large, and the rejection rate is also increased.

The making process of the fan-shaped bag is as follows:

s1: manufacturing a fan-shaped ladle mold by using an iron plate with the thickness of 8 mm;

Meanwhile, when the fan-shaped ladle lining prepared by the method is pre-sintered to different temperatures, the relevant performance detection is carried out, and the result is shown in table 1.

Example 2

Meanwhile, when the fan-shaped ladle lining prepared by the method is pre-sintered to different temperatures, the relevant performance detection is carried out, and the result is shown in table 2.

Meanwhile, when the fan-shaped ladle lining prepared by the method is pre-sintered to different temperatures, the relevant performance detection is carried out, and the result is shown in table 3.

Through detection, the highest working temperature of the fan-shaped packing prepared by the method of the embodiment 1-3 of the invention is 1700 ℃, and the highest volume density is 2900kg/m3

The permanent layer of the fan-shaped bag formed by pouring the castable provided by the invention has no brick joints. The improved fan-shaped ladle is repeatedly poured, if molten iron permeates into a working lining, the molten iron only reaches sand gaps among gaps of a permanent layer, and the molten iron cannot penetrate through the permanent layer without brick gaps to reach the fan-shaped ladle shell, so that the function of the fan-shaped ladle with long service life is realized.

The manufactured fan-shaped bag is firstly ironed and then put into use, sticky slag is cleaned every 2 hours, the service life reaches 10 shifts, the fan-shaped bag is scrapped after 120 hours, and then a new bag lining is manufactured again.
