Referring to fig. 1-8, a maintenance vehicle capable of obliquely placing a traffic cone 4 is shown, which comprises a maintenance vehicle body 1, wherein a first traffic cone placing device 2 is arranged at the tail part of the maintenance vehicle body 1; the first traffic cone placing device 2 comprises a support frame 21 arranged at the tail of the maintenance vehicle body 1, a plurality of traffic cones 4 transversely arranged are arranged on the support frame 21, and each traffic cone 4 is arranged on the support frame 21 through a fixing mechanism 22.

Specifically, the traffic cones 4 on the first traffic cone swinging device 2 are transversely arranged at the tail part of the maintenance vehicle body 1 with reference to fig. 1 and 7; when the oblique line area needs to be enclosed in the maintenance and repair area, referring to fig. 8, the maintenance vehicle body 1 travels along the lane, the fixing mechanisms 22 are sequentially opened, the corresponding traffic cones 4 sequentially fall off the support frame 21, and the falling traffic cones 4 form oblique line segments; in the placing process, the maintenance vehicle body 1 does not need to change lanes, and the traffic cone 4 is placed on the highway safely and reliably. It should be noted that, although the position of the tail of the maintenance vehicle body 1 is limited, and only a plurality of traffic cones 4 can be transversely placed, the purpose of the maintenance vehicle capable of obliquely placing the traffic cones 4 is to set a section of oblique line segment firstly through automatic placement, so as to avoid collision of a vehicle behind, and the rest traffic cones 4 required for enclosing the maintenance and repair area can be manually placed through workers, and because a section of oblique line segment is set firstly, the possibility that the workers are collided by the vehicle behind when placing the traffic cones 4 is greatly reduced.

In some specific embodiments, in order to facilitate the lowering of the traffic cone 4, referring to fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, the fixing mechanism 22 includes a first fixing block 221 and a second fixing block 222 oppositely disposed on the supporting frame 21, each of the first fixing block 221 and the second fixing block 222 is provided with a socket, and a movable bolt 223 is sleeved in the socket of each of the first fixing block 221 and the second fixing block 222; the top of the traffic cone 4 is connected with a sling 41, the sling 41 is provided with a hanging ring 42, and the hanging ring 42 is sleeved on the bolt 223 and is located between the first fixing block 221 and the second fixing block 222. In this way, by pulling the bolt 223, the bolt 223 is pulled out from the second fixed block 222, and the bolt 223 is pulled out from the hanging ring 42, so that the hanging ring 42 can be separated from between the first fixed block 221 and the second fixed block 222, the traffic cone 4 corresponding to the hanging ring 42 is separated from the support frame 21, and the traffic cone 4 falls on the highway.

In the above embodiment, in order to facilitate the control of the plug 223, referring to fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, one end of the plug 223 is provided with a top plate 2231 that cannot enter into the insertion hole; the fixing mechanism 22 further comprises a pulling cable 224 and a fixing plate 225 arranged on the support frame 21; one end of the pulling cable 224 is connected with the top plate 2231 of the bolt 223, and the other end is connected with a manipulator 229 for pulling the pulling cable 224; the fixing plate 225 is located outside one end of the first fixing block 221, the top plate 2231 is located between the fixing plate 225 and the first fixing block 221, and the pull cable 224 is sleeved with a spring 226 for applying an elastic preload force close to the first fixing block 221 to the top plate 2231; one end of the spring 226 abuts against the fixing plate 225, and the other end abuts against the top plate 2231. Specifically, when the traffic cone 4 needs to be put down, the corresponding manipulator 229 is manipulated, so that the corresponding cable 224 is pulled, the cable 224 pulls the bolt 223, and the bolt 223 moves towards the direction close to the fixing plate 225, so that the hanging ring 42 is separated from the position between the first fixing block 221 and the second fixing block 222; when the manipulator 229 is released, the spring 226 pushes the top plate 2231, so that the latch 223 moves away from the fixing plate 225. The spring 226 can ensure that the bolt 223 is tightly inserted in the second fixing block 222, so as to prevent the traffic cone 4 from accidentally falling. It should be noted that the manipulator 229 may be a joystick, such as a parking joystick assembly disclosed in CN 105774771A; it is only necessary to facilitate pulling the pulling cable 224. The manipulator 229 may be installed in the interior of the maintenance vehicle body 1 or the truck bed 11 thereof.

In the above embodiment, in order to ensure that the cable 224 is strong and durable, the cable 224 is a steel wire rope; in order to avoid the abrasion of the pulling cable 224 caused by external factors, referring to fig. 5, a rubber sleeve 227 is sleeved on the pulling cable 224, a metal sleeve 228 is arranged at the end of the rubber sleeve 227, and an external thread is arranged outside the metal sleeve 228; two nuts 2281 are screwed on the metal sleeve 228; a clamping groove is formed in the fixing plate 225, the metal sleeve 228 is disposed in the clamping groove, the two nuts 2281 are located on two sides of the fixing plate 225, and the fixing plate 225 is clamped by the two nuts 2281, so that the metal sleeve 228 is fixed on the fixing plate 225. The rubber sleeve 227 can prevent the pulling cable 224 from being worn by external factors, and the metal sleeve 228 and the two nuts 2281 thereon can fix the position of the pulling cable to a certain extent, so that the pulling cable 224 can pull the bolt 223 along the axial direction of the bolt 223, on one hand, the bolt 223 can be prevented from being stuck in the insertion hole of the first fixing block 221 or the second fixing block 222, and on the other hand, the spring 226 can keep its axial compression/rebound. In addition, the two nuts 2281 are screwed to enable the two nuts 2281 to approach, so that the fixing plate 225 is clamped, the fixing mode is simple, and the fixing is easy to detach.

In some specific embodiments, in order to facilitate installation of the support frame 21, referring to fig. 1 and 6, the maintenance vehicle body 1 includes a vehicle hopper 11, the support frame 21 is provided with a hook 211, and the hook 211 is hung on an edge of the vehicle hopper 11. Therefore, the supporting frame 21 is convenient to mount, the first traffic cone swinging device 2 can be easily mounted on the tail part of a common maintenance vehicle, the transformation speed is high, the cost is low, and the method has great significance for emergency highway maintenance engineering.
