All filtration modes need to use a pump to maintain a certain pressure of lubricating oil and ensure the passing degree of the lubricating oil through filter cloth, particularly in the high-temperature and high-speed running environment of an automobile engine, the filtration of the lubricating oil mainly filters organic matter fine substances, inorganic oxide fine substances and smoke dust, and the filtration of metal particles is assisted.

The internal lubrication of speed reducer in oil field pumping unit, mine and other industries is splash type and drop type, and the lubricating oil is fed to the part of gear to be lubricated by means of gear hanging and belt, and drops and flows down by means of oil self-weight to lubricate bearing gear. Because the lubricating system has simple structure and convenient use, almost all the speed reducers adopt two lubricating modes of splash type and drip type. The method of filtering lubricating oil in the reducer of the pumping unit only depends on self-precipitation during shutdown, so that the filtering device or the filtering system in the mode can not be applied.

At almost all of the seals of the retarder, leakage points can be visually detected where the lubricant adheres to the outer wall, along with metal particles. Therefore, metal particles of lubricating oil in the speed reducer do not undergo filtration in the operation process, so that not only is the abrasion between friction pairs aggravated, but also the sealing is damaged and loses efficacy.

Disclosure of Invention

In the embodiment of the invention, when the magnetic iron speed reducer is installed, the N pole or the S pole of the first permanent magnet 4 at the bottom of the collecting box 2 faces upwards, the upwards face of the first permanent magnet is used for adsorbing iron powder, and the downwards face of the first permanent magnet is used for adsorbing the bottom of the speed reducer. The decelerator is usually made of metal, and the collecting box 2 is fixed to the bottom of the decelerator by the attraction force of the first permanent magnet 4. In the embodiment of the present invention, four first permanent magnets 4 are installed at the bottom of the collecting box 2, and all of the N-stage or all of the S-stage of the four first permanent magnets 4 face upward. Although the speed reducer for the oil field is provided with the breather valve, the speed reducer for the oil field also belongs to a closed structure, and the upper cover body part is sealed, so that dust and rainwater can not enter the speed reducer, and a device for filtering water is not needed. 6. The invention utilizes the space at the lower part of the speed reducer to magnetically adsorb the iron filings and purify the lubricating oil, and has the advantages of good filtering and purifying effect, high efficiency, low difficulty in cleaning and maintenance, good effect of adsorbing and fixing the iron filings, simple structure, low cost and the like.
