The bundling machine is characterized in that the material for bundling the membrane wires is a polypropylene OPP material, the membrane wires are tightly bundled by the hot melting device, after the membrane wires reach a certain amount, the membrane wires are conveyed to the bundling machine by the lower support plate, the bundling machine rises to bundle, after the bundling is finished, the bundling machine descends, the lower support plate moves backwards and turns downwards, the bundled membrane wires are conveyed into the water tank, and the next batch of membrane wires are waited. Due to the lifting arrangement of the binding machine, the quality of the binding belt is guaranteed, and the problem that membrane wires cannot stretch into the binding openings due to the fact that the binding openings are too high is solved, or the problem that the membrane wires cannot be bound or are pulled down due to the fact that the binding openings are too low is solved.

The working principle is as follows:

when in use, the automatic shredding and bundling machine is placed on the right side of a take-up pulley 2 of a spinning device 1, membrane yarns on the take-up pulley are led out, pass through a second tension pulley, are wound below a first tension pulley, pass through a third tension pulley, a support wheel group and a support pulley in sequence, pass through a threading plate, and are compressed and fixed through a thread pressing cylinder;

when the device works, a thread clamping position is set right below a cutter, a pneumatic clamping jaw moves to the thread clamping position to clamp a film wire and pull the film wire to move in a direction (right end) far away from the thread clamping position, the cutter descends to cut the film wire after moving to a set position (the position is set by a preset film wire cutting length), the cut film wire falls into a cross supporting plate, after a certain amount of film wires are collected, a gear drives a cylinder to drive a driving gear and a driven gear to rotate oppositely, the cross supporting plate is opened, the film wire falls into a lower supporting plate, a pneumatic linear guide rail drives a sliding seat to move rightwards, and when the stretched film wire is placed right above a banding port of a banding machine, the banding machine ascends to band the film wire; after the binding is finished, the lower supporting plate is turned downwards, so that the bound membrane filaments fall into the water tank. The whole process is controlled by a PLC, and a touch screen and four buttons (starting, shutting down, automatic and emergency stop) are arranged on the electric cabinet 8.
