On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, the meat strip clamping device further comprises an extrusion spring 9, the extrusion spring 9 is connected between the working flat plate 501 and the fixed circular frame 506, and the extrusion spring 9 is used for buffering when the meat strip is clamped.

When the fixed round frames 506 move oppositely, the extrusion springs 9 are compressed, and the two cured product clamping plates 507 move oppositely to clamp the meat strips through the extrusion springs 9, so that the meat strips are buffered, and the meat strips are prevented from being extruded and deformed.
