starting a vibrator to enable the slurry lifting plate to flap the upper surface of the concrete;

the rolling roller shaft is rotatably sleeved on the wheel shaft and is coaxially arranged with the wheel shaft;

the pulp extracting plate is arranged at the lower part of the supporting frame, and a vibrator is arranged on the pulp extracting plate; and

and the traction piece is arranged at the front end of the supporting frame in a liftable mode.

traction force is applied to the traction piece to drive the travelling wheels to move along the length direction of the guide rail, the slurry lifting plate is used for beating the upper surface of the concrete along the length direction of the guide rail to lift slurry, and the rolling roller shaft rolls the upper surface of the concrete, so that the shape of the upper surface of the concrete is matched with the shape of the top of the guide rail.

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a special-shaped concrete upper surface forming apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic exploded structural view of the special-shaped concrete upper surface forming apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 is a front view of a support frame according to the embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a special-shaped concrete upper surface forming apparatus, including: the device comprises a supporting frame 1, a traveling mechanism 2, a rolling roller shaft 3, a pulp extracting plate 4, a traction piece 5 and two guide rails 6.

The support frame 1 comprises two trusses which are oppositely arranged and a connecting beam which is used for connecting the two trusses.

The running gear 2 comprises two running wheels 21 and an axle 22. The wheel axle 22 is connected to both of the road wheels 21. The axle 22 is connected to the rear end of the support frame 1. In this embodiment, the axle is connected between the ends of the trusses. The tail end of the truss is triangular. The axles are attached to the corners of the trailing ends of the trusses.

Two guide rails 6 are provided on opposite sides of the support frame 1. When the upper surface of the special-shaped concrete is molded, the two guide rails are arranged on two opposite sides of the mould of the special-shaped concrete. The shape of the top of the guide rail 6 is adapted to the shape of the upper surface of the profiled concrete element (profiled concrete element designed). The tops of the two guide rails 6 are supported on the traveling wheels 21 in one-to-one correspondence. The walking wheels walk on the top of the guide rail along the length direction of the guide rail.

The roll-pressing roll shaft 3 is rotatably sleeved on the wheel shaft 22. The roll shaft 3 is disposed coaxially with the wheel shaft 22. The rolling roll shaft is heavy, and is used for rolling and extruding the upper surface of concrete poured in the mold, so that a good molding effect is achieved.

The pulp extracting plate 4 is arranged at the lower part of the supporting frame 1. The slurry lifting plate 4 is provided with a vibrator 41, and the upper surface of concrete poured in the mold is vibrated and flapped to lift slurry between the upper surfaces of concrete rolled by the rolling roller shafts.

The traction piece 5 is arranged at the front end of the supporting frame 1 in a lifting way so as to drive the travelling wheels to travel along the length direction of the guide rail.

According to the special-shaped concrete upper surface forming equipment, the guide rail matched with the shape of the upper surface of the special-shaped concrete member is prepared, the support frame is pulled by the traction piece, so that the slurry lifting plate and the rolling roller shaft can lift slurry and roll the upper surface of concrete, the preparation of a special-shaped steel die is avoided, the material can be recycled, the construction material cost and the labor cost are reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and the forming quality of the special-shaped concrete member is improved.

In the present embodiment, the circumferential surface of the traveling wheel 21 is formed with a limit groove. The top of the guide rail 6 is embedded in the limiting groove. The thickness of guide rail is adapted to the width of spacing recess.

In a preferred embodiment, sleeves are respectively connected to opposite sides of the rear end of the supporting frame 1, and both ends of the wheel axle 22 are respectively rotatably inserted into the sleeves. In this embodiment, a sleeve is connected to a corner of the tail end of the truss of the support frame, and the axle is rotatably inserted into the sleeve through a bearing.

In a preferred embodiment, the paddle raising plate 4 is installed at the lower part of the support frame 1 so as to be raised and lowered, so that the paddle raising plate can always vibrate and flap the upper surface of the concrete when the concrete travels on the raised and lowered guide rail.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the middle portion of the support frame 1 extends downward to form two first guide rods 11. Two ends of the pulp extracting plate 4 are respectively connected with a sleeve. The sleeve of the pulp extracting plate 4 is movably sleeved on the first guide rod 11. The bottom end of the first guide bar 11 is connected with a blocking plate for preventing the sleeve from slipping off the first guide bar 11.

In some embodiments, a return spring is mounted between the sleeve and the bottom of the support bracket to quickly urge the pulp lifting plate downward.

In the present embodiment, the pulling member 5 includes: a connecting rod 51 and a second guide rod 52.

Specifically, the connecting rod 51 has a first end and a second end for connecting to a tractor. A second end of the connecting rod 51 is connected to a construction machine such as an excavator, a forklift, etc. at a construction site.

The second guide rod 52 is connected to a first end of the connection rod 51. The second guide bar is vertically arranged. One side of the second guide rod 52 far away from the connecting rod 51 is provided with a vertical sliding chute. The front end of the supporting frame 1 is connected with a sliding block which is arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding way.

The vertical sliding connection between the traction piece and the supporting frame ensures that the two opposite sides of the supporting frame can freely swing up and down respectively, the guide rails on the two sides can be in different shapes, the concrete molding function perpendicular to the construction direction is achieved, and when the two opposite sides of the supporting frame do not swing up and down uniformly, the traction piece can keep moving stably in the same direction.

In this embodiment, the notches of the sliding groove extend oppositely to form a limiting convex edge for preventing the sliding block from slipping out of the sliding groove.

The invention provides a method for forming the upper surface of special-shaped concrete, which comprises the following steps:

s1: two guide rails 6 are provided on opposite sides of a mould for receiving concrete of the profiled concrete element.

Preferably, the guide rails are fixedly mounted on opposite sides of the mold.

S2: two rows of travelling wheels 21 of the travelling mechanism 2 are placed on the guide rails 6 in a one-to-one correspondence mode, so that the rolling roller shaft 3 and the slurry lifting plate 4 are respectively pressed against the upper surface of concrete poured in the mold.

The two travelling wheels 21 of the travelling mechanism 2 of the special-shaped concrete upper surface forming equipment are correspondingly placed on the guide rail 6 one by one. Specifically, the top of the guide rail is embedded in a limiting groove of the travelling wheel, so that the rolling roller shaft 3 and the slurry lifting plate 4 are respectively pressed against the upper surface of concrete poured in the mold.

S3: the vibrator 41 is turned on so that the paddle board 4 beats the upper surface of the concrete.

S4: traction force is applied to the traction piece 5 to drive the travelling wheels 21 to move along the length direction of the guide rail 6, the slurry lifting plate 4 beats the upper surface of the concrete along the length direction of the guide rail 6 to lift slurry, and the rolling roller shafts 3 roll the upper surface of the concrete, so that the formed shape of the upper surface of the concrete is matched with the shape of the top of the guide rail 6.

The traction piece of the special-shaped concrete upper surface forming equipment is arranged on a traction machine tool, the traction machine tool is started to apply traction force to the traction piece 5 to drive the travelling wheels 21 to move along the length direction of the guide rail 6, so that the slurry lifting plate 4 can flap the upper surface of the concrete along the length direction of the guide rail 6 to lift slurry, the rolling roller shaft 3 rolls the upper surface of the concrete, and the formed shape of the upper surface of the concrete is matched with the shape of the top of the guide rail 6.

Preferably, the concrete poured in the mold is low-slump concrete so as to avoid secondary deformation after molding. If the forming effect is not good, rolling can be repeated until the upper surface of the concrete meets the shape requirement of the upper surface of the designed special-shaped concrete member.
