Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of automobile engine crankcases, in particular to a PCV system, an installation method thereof and a vehicle, and specifically relates to a PCV system which meets the national six standards, an installation method thereof and a vehicle.

Background

At present, with the introduction of the motor vehicle pollutant emission standard (hereinafter referred to as "national six"), part of the structure of a Positive Crankcase Ventilation System (PCV) of a vehicle cannot meet the requirements of the new national six standard.

According to the sixth national standard, for a system using a hard pipe for connecting the PCV valve and the crankcase, the manufacturer may apply for not detecting the connection between the crankcase and the PCV valve, but must satisfy the following conditions: the connection is resistant to degradation or accidental disconnection; disconnecting the PCV valve from the crankcase is significantly more difficult than disconnecting the PCV valve from the intake manifold; the maintenance of the non-PCV system in the production enterprise maintenance program does not involve disconnection.

Therefore, according to the national six standard, when the external component is disconnected from the PCV valve, the problem must be detected, but the current national six standard allows the fixed connection to be free from monitoring. In order to comply with this specification, the fixed connection must comply with the following conditions: the disconnection cannot be done for any maintenance needs; the connection cannot be disconnected by using a common hand tool. There is also a need to consider the resistance of the connection to external damage and the durability of the connection when someone attempts to disconnect it. Furthermore, some technicians may still disconnect the connection without monitoring, as the resistance to the connection does not set a minimum tolerance criterion.

Therefore, one end of a crankcase ventilation pipe of the PCV system is required to be fixed, and one end of the crankcase ventilation pipe which is fixedly connected is connected with the oil-gas separator; the other end of the crankcase ventilation duct must be monitorable and the other end is connected to the intake duct.

In the prior art, a crankcase ventilation pipe of a PCV system is directly arranged on a joint of an oil-gas separator, the crankcase ventilation pipe and the oil-gas separator are directly connected, and the assembly mode is detachable and does not meet the national six standards.

Therefore, in order to meet the above requirements, it is necessary to provide a PCV system, and the connection between the crankcase ventilation pipe and the air-oil separator of the PCV system needs to be non-detachable.

All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.

In one aspect, as shown in FIGS. 1-3, the present disclosure provides a PCV system comprising an oil-gas separator; the crankcase ventilation pipe comprises a clamping ring, and one end of the crankcase ventilation pipe is fixed on a joint of the oil-gas separator through the clamping ring; and the decorative cover cap is connected with the crankcase ventilation pipe through a clamping ring.

In the embodiment, the PCV system according to the sixth national standard provided by the invention comprises a crankcase ventilation pipe 1, wherein the crankcase ventilation pipe 1 is sleeved on a joint of an oil-gas separator 2, and one end of the crankcase ventilation pipe 1 is in interference fit with the joint of the oil-gas separator 2. Specifically, the embodiment of the invention provides a clamping ring 3 which is used for fixing and clamping the joint of the crankcase ventilation pipe 1 and the oil-gas separator 2 and ensuring the fixed connection between the crankcase ventilation pipe 1 and the oil-gas separator 2.

Further, before assembly, the snap ring 3, the gas-oil separator 2, and the crankcase ventilation pipe 1 are separated from each other. The crankcase ventilation tube 1 of the present embodiment has markings on its outer surface for the positioning of the snap ring 3. Specifically, firstly, a clamping ring 3 is installed on a crankcase ventilation pipe 1, then the crankcase ventilation pipe 1 provided with the clamping ring 3 is connected to a joint of an oil-gas separator 2, the position of the clamping ring 3 is adjusted to a marked position, the clamping ring 3 is positioned, and finally the clamping ring 3 positioned at the joint of the crankcase ventilation pipe 1 and the oil-gas separator 2 is pressed tightly through a special tool such as a caliper and the like, so that the oil-gas separator 2, the crankcase ventilation pipe 1 and the clamping ring 3 form a non-detachable assembly.

In addition, as shown in fig. 2, the non-detachable assembly of the present embodiment formed by the gas-oil separator 2, the crankcase ventilation pipe 1 and the snap ring 3 is connected to the trim cover 4. The trim cover 4 includes trim cover support catches 5 that are formed to protrude in a vertical direction from the inner side surface of the trim cover 4 and correspond to the shape of the snap ring.
