In the gearbox machining process, the machining precision of the valve plate is particularly important. The working principle of the reaming workstation for the valve plate of the gearbox is as follows:

Meanwhile, in the reaming process, an oil supply pump is started, and a first switch is turned on, so that cooling liquid filled in an oil tank passes through a main oil pipe and an oil distributor and passes through a plurality of oil distribution pipes and is sprayed to each reaming position of the valve plate to cool the valve plate; each reaming position corresponds to one oil distributing pipe independently, so that each reaming position of the valve plate can be fully cooled, the temperature of the valve plate is effectively reduced, deformation caused by overhigh temperature during reaming is avoided, the precision of reaming processing is improved, and the processing quality is ensured; meanwhile, the cooling liquid flows to the top surface of the box body after passing through the valve plate and is recovered to the oil tank through the oil return port, so that the cyclic utilization of the cooling liquid is realized.

According to a preferable scheme of the invention, the support platform comprises a support and a support seat, the support is arranged on the installation platform, the support seat is arranged on the support, and the reaming aligning seat is arranged on the support seat.

Preferably, a plurality of cooling passages are arranged on the supporting seat, and the plurality of cooling passages are arranged corresponding to the plurality of valve holes on the clamped valve plate; the oil outlet ends of the oil distribution pipes extend to the lower parts of the cooling transitions respectively.

Preferably, along the reaming direction, the length of the alignment machining hole on the reaming alignment seat corresponds to the length of the valve hole on the valve plate.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, there are two clamping assemblies, and the two clamping assemblies are respectively disposed on both sides of the valve plate.

Preferably, the clamping assembly is a quick clamp, and a clamping head of the quick clamp corresponds to a flat position on the valve plate.

According to a preferable scheme of the invention, the top of the box body is provided with a protective enclosure which is obliquely arranged.

According to a preferable scheme of the invention, a plurality of groups of fixing holes which are arranged in an oblong shape are arranged on the mounting table, and a clamping tool for clamping a gearbox valve plate is connected with the fixing holes in a matching manner.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. in the invention, because the valve hole position on the valve plate and the alignment machining hole are coaxially arranged, the alignment during the reaming machining can be finished through the alignment machining hole, and the machining precision of the valve hole is ensured; in addition, the valve plate is clamped and positioned through the positioning column during clamping, so that the clamping precision of the valve plate is ensured, the stability of the valve plate during machining is improved through clamping of the clamping assembly, and the machining precision and convenience are improved.

2. The workbench of the invention has simple structure,the valve plate reaming fixture is convenient to mount and fix, and a favorable environment is provided for reaming of the gearbox valve plate; and the cooling system is arranged on the workbench, so that the valve plate of the gearbox can be effectively cooled during processing without connecting an external cooling device,simultaneously, the cleaning and the discharging of the waste chips can be carried out through a cooling system The amount of the swarf is such that,is convenient to use.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples and drawings, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the reaming workstation for the valve plate of the transmission case of the embodiment comprises a workbench and a clamping tool arranged on the workbench, wherein the clamping tool is arranged on the top surface of the workbench; the clamping tool comprises a supporting table, a reaming aligning seat 3a arranged on the supporting table and a clamping assembly 1a used for clamping the valve plate on the supporting table; a positioning column 7a which corresponds to the through hole on the valve plate is arranged on the support table, and the clamping part of the clamping assembly 1a corresponds to the flat part of the top surface of the valve plate; the reaming aligning seat 3a is provided with a plurality of aligning processing holes 5a, and when the valve plate is clamped on the supporting table, valve holes on the valve plate and the aligning processing holes 5a are coaxially arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner; in this embodiment, be equipped with 4 through-holes on the valve plate, counterpoint processing hole 5a corresponds and is equipped with 4.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 6-8, the workbench comprises a box body 1, a mounting table 7 arranged on the top of the box body 1, and a cooling system, wherein the clamping tool is mounted on the mounting table 7; wherein the cooling system comprises an oil tank 15 filled with cooling liquid, an oil supply pump 16 and an oil pipe assembly; the oil tank 15 is arranged in the inner cavity of the tank body 1, an oil return port 14 is formed in the top of the tank body 1, and the oil return port 14 is communicated with the oil tank 15; the oil pipe subassembly includes main oil pipe 6, oil separator 5 and a plurality of oil distribution pipe 3, be equipped with a plurality of oil distribution holes on the oil separator 5, a plurality of oil inlet ends of oil distribution pipe 3 with a plurality of oil distribution hole one-to-one are connected, and a plurality of oil distribution pipe 3's the end of producing oil is towards the hinge hole position department of gearbox valve plate, the one end and the oil separator 5 of main oil pipe 6 are connected, and the other end and the fuel feed pump 16 of main oil pipe 6 are connected, be equipped with first switch 11 on the main oil pipe 6. Meanwhile, in the reaming process, the oil supply pump 16 is started, and the first switch 11 is opened, so that the cooling liquid filled in the oil tank 15 passes through the main oil pipe 6 and the oil distributor 5 and passes through the plurality of oil distribution pipes 3 and is sprayed to each reaming position of the valve plate to cool the valve plate; each reaming position corresponds to one oil distributing pipe 3 independently, so that each reaming position of the valve plate can be fully cooled, the temperature of the valve plate is effectively reduced, deformation caused by overhigh temperature during reaming is avoided, the precision of reaming processing is improved, and the processing quality is ensured; meanwhile, the cooling liquid flows to the top surface of the box body 1 after passing through the valve plate and is recovered to the oil tank 15 through the oil return port 14, so that the recycling of the cooling liquid is realized.
