1. A method of forming a product having an internal cavity, comprising: the method comprises the following steps:

step one, forming a first part (100) and a second part (200) by adopting a first injection mold; the end face of one end of the first part (100) is provided with a first wall (302), a second wall (102) and a first opening cavity (001), wherein the first wall (302) and the second wall (102) extend away from the end face; a third wall (201) and a fourth wall (101) which extend far away from the end face and a second opening cavity (002) which is positioned between the third wall (201) and the fourth wall (101) are formed on the end face of one end of the second part (200);

and secondly, the first part (100) and the second part (200) are installed in a second injection mold, the first open cavity (001) and the second open cavity (002) are combined to form a cavity (300), the first wall (302) is located on the outer side of the fourth wall (101), the third wall (201) is located on the outer side of the second wall (102), a fifth wall (301) wrapped on the first part (100) or/and a sixth wall (202) wrapped on the second part (200) are molded through the second injection mold, one end of the fifth wall (301) is in butt joint with the end of the first wall (302), the sixth wall (202) is in butt joint with the end of the third wall (201), and therefore the integrally molded product (400) is obtained, and the cavity (300) is arranged inside the product (400).

2. A method of forming a product having an internal cavity according to claim 1, wherein: in the first step, a first step (3021) for connecting a fourth wall (101) is formed on the first wall (302), and a second step (2011) for connecting a second wall (102) is formed on the third wall (201).

A method of forming a product having an internal cavity according to claim 1, wherein: in step two, the first wall (302) extends in the length direction through the bottom wall of the second open cavity (002), and the third wall (201) extends in the length direction through the bottom wall of the first open cavity (001).

A method of forming a product having an internal cavity according to claim 3, wherein: the length from the end face of the first wall (302) to the bottom wall of the second open cavity (002) is 2-5mm, and the length from the end face of the third wall (201) to the bottom wall of the first open cavity (001) is 2-5 mm.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of product injection molding, in particular to a method for molding a product with an internal cavity and a product thereof.

Background

Injection molding, also known as injection molding, is a method of molding by injection and molding. The injection molding method has the advantages of high production speed, high efficiency, automation of operation, various colors, various shapes from simple to complex, small sizes, accurate product size, easy replacement of products, capability of forming products with complex shapes, and suitability for the molding processing fields of mass production, products with complex shapes and the like.

In injection molding, whether a product can be smoothly demoulded is one of the key considerations for processing the product by an injection molding process. In some existing products, grooves, cavities and the like need to be processed in the products, so that wiring, water cooling or placement of other parts or media in the grooves and the cavities of the products are facilitated; the grooves and cavities arranged in the product are closed, open, regularly distributed and irregularly distributed, the existing injection molding process is adopted, the product cannot be subjected to injection molding because the product cannot be demoulded, and then other processes such as welding are adopted, so that the processing cost is high, and the sealing performance of the product cannot meet the requirement, so that the production and processing of the product are limited by the technology.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for molding a product with an internal cavity and the product thereof, wherein the method can be used for injection molding of the product which is difficult to demold in the prior art, has the advantages of high production speed, high efficiency, easy realization of automatic and batch production, excellent product performance and high reliability; the product is integrally formed by injection molding, has good integrity and consistency and excellent sealing performance, and can be formed by combining different materials to meet market demands.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

the invention discloses a method for forming a product with an internal cavity, which comprises the following steps:

step one, forming a first part and a second part by adopting a first injection mold; the end face of one end of the first part is provided with a first wall, a second wall and a first opening cavity, wherein the first wall and the second wall are far away from the end face and extend, and the first opening cavity is positioned between the first wall and the second wall; a third wall and a fourth wall which extend away from the end face and a second opening cavity which is positioned between the third wall and the fourth wall are formed on the end face of one end of the second part;

and step two, the first part and the second part are arranged in a second injection mold, the first opening cavity and the second opening cavity are combined to form a cavity, the first wall is positioned on the outer side of the fourth wall, the third wall is positioned on the outer side of the second wall, the fifth wall wrapped on the first part or/and the sixth wall wrapped on the second part are molded by the second injection mold, one end of the fifth wall is in butt joint with the end part of the first wall, the sixth wall is in butt joint with the end part of the third wall, and therefore an integrally molded product is obtained, and the cavity is formed inside the product.

In the first step, a first step for connecting a fourth wall is formed on the first wall, and a second step for connecting a second wall is formed on the third wall.

In the second step, the first wall extends through the bottom wall of the second opening cavity in the length direction, and the third wall extends through the bottom wall of the first opening cavity in the length direction.

Preferably, the length from the end face of the first wall to the bottom wall of the second open cavity is 2-5mm, and the length from the end face of the third wall to the bottom wall of the first open cavity is 2-5 mm.

The first injection mold is a mold capable of molding the first part and the second part at one time, or two molds capable of molding the first part and the second part respectively.

Preferably, the first open cavity and the second open cavity are spirally distributed.

The invention also discloses a product with the internal cavity, which is formed by adopting the forming method of the product with the internal cavity.

Preferably, the cavities are distributed in a circular, oval, rectangular or arc shape.

Preferably, the cavities are distributed in a spiral shape.

Preferably, the cavity is a cavity with an opening at the end or a closed cavity. The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) in practical application, the forming method is adopted to form the first part and the second part firstly; and then the first part and the second part are coated and connected by adopting a fifth wall or/and a sixth wall, namely, the fifth wall can be selected for outer coating and connection, or the sixth wall can be selected for inner coating and connection, or inner and outer coating and connection are carried out, so that an integrally formed product is obtained, and a cavity is arranged in the product. The molding method can be used for injection molding of a product with one or more cavities inside the product, solves the technical problem that the product cannot be molded due to the fact that demolding cannot be performed in the prior art, and is high in production speed, high in efficiency, easy to realize automatic and batch production, excellent in product performance and high in reliability.

(2) The product is integrally formed by injection molding, has good integrity and consistency and excellent sealing performance, and can be formed by combining different materials to meet market demands.

Detailed Description

In order to facilitate understanding of those skilled in the art, the present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples and drawings, which are not intended to limit the present invention. The present invention is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a method for forming a product having an internal cavity includes the following steps, and a product 400 is formed as indicated by arrows in fig. 1:

step one, as shown in fig. 1a, a first injection mold is adopted to form a first part 100 and a second part 200; the end face of one end of the first part 100 is formed with a first wall 302, a second wall 102 and a first open cavity 001 between the first wall 302 and the second wall 102, wherein the first wall 302 and the second wall 102 extend away from the end face; a third wall 201 and a fourth wall 101 extending away from the end face and a second open cavity 002 between the third wall 201 and the fourth wall 101 are formed on the end face of one end of the second part 200;

step two, as shown in fig. 1 b-1 c, the first part 100 and the second part 200 are loaded into a second injection mold, the first open cavity 001 and the second open cavity 002 are combined to form the cavity 300, the first wall 302 is located outside the fourth wall 101, the third wall 201 is located outside the second wall 102, the fifth wall 301 wrapped around the first part 100 or/and the sixth wall 202 wrapped around the second part 200 are molded by the second injection mold, one end of the fifth wall 301 is butted with an end of the first wall 302, the sixth wall 202 is butted with an end of the third wall 201, so as to obtain the integrally molded product 400, and the interior of the product 400 is provided with the cavity 300.

In this embodiment, a cylindrical product 400 with a cavity 300 inside is taken as an example, the first open cavity 001 and the second open cavity 002 are both spirally distributed, and the formed cavity 300 is spirally distributed inside the cylindrical product 400. In the first step, the first part 100 and the second part 200 are divided into two parts along the middle of the spiral cavity 300, and in the second step, the first part 100 and the second part 200 are connected into a whole by injection molding. In practical applications, the product 400 may have a plate shape, a circular arc shape, an arc shape, and the like. The cavities 300 can be distributed in a product in a circular, oval, rectangular or arc shape, and can be formed by the forming method.

In practical application, the forming method is adopted to form the first part 100 and the second part 200 firstly; and then the first part 100 and the second part 200 are connected by coating with the fifth wall 301 or/and the sixth wall 202, that is, the fifth wall 301 can be selected for external coating connection, or the sixth wall 202 can be selected for internal coating connection, or internal and external coating connection, so that an integrally formed product 400 is obtained, and the inside of the product 400 is provided with the cavity 300. The molding method can be used for injection molding of a product with one or more cavities inside the product, solves the technical problem that the product cannot be molded due to the fact that demolding cannot be performed in the prior art, and is high in production speed, high in efficiency, easy to realize automatic and batch production, excellent in product performance and high in reliability.

In this embodiment, in the first step, a first step 3021 for connecting the fourth wall 101 is formed on the first wall 302, and a second step 2011 for connecting the second wall 102 is formed on the third wall 201, so that the fourth wall 101 and the second wall 102 are butted and positioned, which is convenient for product molding, and the molded cavity 300 is stable in structure and good in integrity.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, in step two, the first wall 302 extends through the bottom wall of the second open cavity 002 in the length direction, and the third wall 201 extends through the bottom wall of the first open cavity 001 in the length direction. The first wall 302 extends upward beyond the bottom wall of the second open cavity 002, and the third wall 201 extends downward beyond the bottom wall of the first open cavity 001, so that when the fifth wall 301 and/or the sixth wall 202 is formed in the second step, the second open cavity 002 and/or the first open cavity 001 are not subjected to pressure during injection molding, and the second open cavity 002 and/or the first open cavity 001 are prevented from being extruded to cause deformation. The length from the end face of the first wall 302 to the bottom wall of the second open cavity 002 is 2-5mm, and the length from the end face of the third wall 201 to the bottom wall of the first open cavity 001 is 2-5 mm. The distance of 2-5mm is adopted, so that the product is convenient to demould, and the second open cavity 002 and/or the first open cavity 001 are/is effectively protected.

In this embodiment, the first injection mold is a mold capable of molding the first portion 100 and the second portion 200 at a time, or two molds capable of molding the first portion 100 and the second portion 200 respectively, and in practical application, the injection mold can be selected according to production requirements.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in the embodiment, the invention further discloses a product with an internal cavity formed by the method for forming the product with the internal cavity, and the product 400 comprises a body 401, wherein the body 401 has the cavity 300 inside. Specifically, the cavities 300 are distributed in a circular, oval, rectangular or arc shape inside the body 401. In this embodiment, a cylindrical product 400 with a cavity 300 inside is used for illustration, and the cavity 300 is spirally distributed. The cavity 300 is a cavity with an opening at the end or a closed cavity. The product 400 is integrally formed by injection molding, has good integrity and consistency and excellent sealing performance, and can be formed by combining different materials to meet market demands.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
