Example 1

A preparation method of a fabric with high rubbing fastness comprises the following steps:

(1) taking the yarns to weave blanks to obtain grey cloth;

(2) firstly, boiling the grey cloth, then drying the boiled cloth, and then performing alkali shrinkage processing;

(3) and (3) dyeing the fabric treated in the step (2), and then shaping to obtain the fabric with high friction fastness.

(2) firstly, carrying out alkali shrinkage processing on the gray fabric, then carrying out cloth boiling treatment on the gray fabric, and then carrying out dry cloth treatment on the fabric subjected to the cloth boiling treatment;

(3) and (3) dyeing the fabric treated in the step (2), and then shaping to obtain the fabric with high friction fastness.

(2) firstly, carrying out alkali shrinkage processing on the gray fabric, then carrying out cloth boiling treatment on the gray fabric, and then carrying out dry cloth treatment on the fabric subjected to the cloth boiling treatment;

(3) and (3) dyeing the fabric treated in the step (2), and then shaping to obtain the fabric with high friction fastness.

(2) performing cloth boiling treatment on the grey cloth to obtain a fabric subjected to cloth boiling treatment;

(3) and (3) dyeing the fabric treated in the step (2), and then shaping to obtain the fabric with high friction fastness.

Further, in the step (2), a cloth boiling solution is adopted for boiling, and the cloth boiling solution comprises the following raw materials in concentration: h2O24g/L, NaOH 1g/L, 1g/L osmotic agent, boiling-off temperature of 105 deg.C, and boiling-off time of 30 min.

The high crockfastness fabrics of examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 were subjected to crockfastness test according to GB/T4802.2-2008: the test results are shown in the following table:
