The invention belongs to the technical field of electric power construction, and particularly relates to a cable trench cover plate dismounting device.

Background

The cable is a main artery of a transformer substation, and the normal operation of the cable is related to the safety of the whole power grid and is the most important factor in the operation and maintenance of the transformer substation. One of the difficulties in operation and maintenance of the cable is the removal of the cable trench cover. The cable trench is usually constructed by reinforced concrete, has large volume and heavy weight, and needs to use a large amount of manpower and material resources in the inspection related to the cable trench cover plate. Generally, in cable trench investigation, two to three people are needed for operation in cover plate removal, and four to six people are needed for operation in cable trench cleaning, cable fire-fighting modification and other work requiring large number of cover plates to be moved. Moreover, the safety of detaching the cover plate in the traditional mode is not enough, and safety accidents such as scratch, crush injury and the like often occur. In addition, the modes of carrying by hand, crowbar and the like are utilized, so that the efficiency is low, the working period is prolonged, and the time requirement of troubleshooting is not met.

Disclosure of Invention

3) The clamping hook is of a trapezoidal structure with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part, so that the normal hook plate action of the clamping hook is ensured, and meanwhile, the installation efficiency of the clamping hook is improved.

4) The upper part of the clamping hook is connected with a screw rod, the third lifting hook is rotatably arranged at the upper end of the screw rod, the outer part of the screw rod is in threaded connection with a first threaded sleeve, and two sides of the first threaded sleeve are provided with a first handle; after the clamping hook is clamped into the water leakage hole of the cable trench and rotates for 90 degrees, the first handle is rotated to enable the lower end of the first threaded sleeve to be abutted against the cable trench cover plate, the clamping hook is prevented from rotating to slide out of the water leakage hole in the hoisting process of the cable trench cover plate, and the hoisting safety of the cable trench cover plate is guaranteed.

5) The rubber pad is arranged at the lower end of the first threaded sleeve, and damage to the cable trench cover plate after the first threaded sleeve is screwed up is avoided through the rubber pad.

In this embodiment, the upper portion of the partition plate 46 is provided with a plurality of baffle plates 49, the upper ends of the baffle plates 49 are movably connected with the first side plate 41 or the second side plate 42 through pins, the lower ends of the baffle plates 49 are free ends, the middle portion of the partition plate 46 is provided with a slot 48, when the partition plate 46 is pushed into the first side plate 41 or the second side plate 42, the baffle plates 49 abut against the limiting plate 47, and when the partition plate 46 is pushed out of the first side plate 41 or the second side plate 42, the baffle plates 49 are inserted into the slot 48; the stop 49 limits the displacement of the diaphragm 46 and prevents the diaphragm 46 from moving during use.
