With reference to fig. 2 and 3, in order to adjust the position of the suction nozzle 136 on the adjusting rod 134, the second bar-shaped holes 18 are all opened along the length direction of the adjusting rod 134 on the surface of the lower absorbing plate 133 of the two-side adjusting rod 134, a second expansion plate 181 is arranged in the second bar-shaped holes 18 along the length direction of the second bar-shaped holes 18, two ends of the second expansion plate 181 are fixedly connected to the inner walls of two ends of the second bar-shaped holes 18, and the suction nozzle 136 is penetrated and fixedly connected to the second expansion plate 181.

In order to fix the suction nozzle 136 to an arbitrarily moved position, referring to fig. 2 and 3, a second fixing means for fixing the suction nozzle 136 to an arbitrarily moved position is provided on the suction nozzle 136; the second fixing device comprises a second fixing plate 182 and a second fixing bolt 183, the second fixing plate 182 is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the suction nozzle 136, the second fixing bolt 183 is arranged on the second fixing plate 182 in a penetrating manner and is in threaded connection, and the rod part of the second fixing bolt 183 is used for being abutted to the adjusting rod 134.

The suction nozzle 136 is driven to move, so that the suction nozzle 136 drives the second expansion plate 181 to be located in the second strip-shaped hole 18 to expand and contract, the position of the suction nozzle 136 is adjusted, after the adjustment is completed, the second fixing bolt 183 is located on the second fixing plate 182 to be screwed, the rod part of the second fixing bolt 183 is abutted to the adjusting rod 134, and the suction nozzle 136 is fixed to the position after the movement.

The implementation principle of the forming machine for the high-efficiency silicon rubber product in the embodiment of the application is as follows: placing a rubber product to be processed on a heating die 115 of a lower heating plate 111, driving the lower heating plate 111 to move towards an upper heating plate 114 through a hydraulic cylinder 11, so that the upper heating plate 114 and the lower heating plate 111 are heated for forming, driving a second expansion plate 181 to expand through a suction nozzle 136 after forming is finished, driving a first expansion plate 171 to expand through an adjusting rod 134, driving a gear 161 to rotate through a rotating motor 162, driving a gear ring 16 to drive a rotating ring 131 to rotate, driving an adsorption plate 133 to rotate above the lower heating plate 111, driving a moving plate 151 to move through a moving electric cylinder 15, driving a plurality of suction nozzles 136 to abut against the rubber product through an adsorption plate 133, driving a hose 14 to suck air through an air pump 141, so that the rubber product is adsorbed onto the plurality of suction nozzles 136, driving the adsorption plate 133 to rotate through the rotating motor 162 again, and driving the rubber product to rotate towards a middle rotating plate 12 through the adsorption plate 133, at this time, the air pump 141 drives the hose 14 to blow air, so that the rubber product is prevented from being cooled on the transfer plate 12 by the fan 121, and at this time, an operator can immediately start the forming of the next rubber product, thereby improving the processing efficiency of batch rubber product processing.
