Furthermore, tartaric acid is added to play a part of catalysis of esterification reaction, so that the effect of dispelling the effects of alcohol is enhanced; fructose is added to achieve the effect of relieving alcoholism and adjusting taste; a small amount of sucralose is added to adjust the taste of the candy, so that the candy is more beneficial to eating; and potassium sorbate is added, so that the quality-keeping effect of the obtained second candy is better. The addition amount of the second aid is 9.2-34.3 parts, and if the addition amount of the second aid is too large, the quality of the obtained candy is affected, and the candy has a bad effect on human bodies.

The second aspect of the embodiment of the application provides a preparation method of an anti-alcohol candy, which comprises the following steps:

s01, providing components of a first candy and a second candy according to the anti-alcohol candy respectively;

s02, mixing a first auxiliary agent with sterile water to obtain a first mixture;

s03, mixing the first mixture and the component for relieving alcoholism, and then sequentially cooling, tabletting and cutting to obtain a first candy;

s04, mixing the second auxiliary agent with sterile water to obtain a second mixture;

and S05, mixing the second mixture with dietary fibers, gamma-linolenic acid and soybean meal, and then sequentially cooling, tabletting and cutting to obtain a second candy.

According to the preparation method of the candy for alleviating hangover, the first candy and the second candy are respectively prepared according to the components of the first candy and the second candy, the preparation method is simple and rapid, large-scale instruments and equipment are not needed, the operation is convenient, and the candy for alleviating hangover is suitable for wide production.

In step S01, the components of the first candy and the second candy are provided according to the anti-hangover candy, and the types and the addition amounts of the components are as above, which will not be described herein again for saving space.

Further, the eating method of the candy for relieving alcoholism comprises the following steps:

G01. the first candy is eaten 2 hours before drinking, and a cup of warm boiled water of about 250 ml is drunk, so that the first candy enters the small intestine as soon as possible and is absorbed;

Tests and descriptions of antialcoholism effect:

six adult males were selected for testing, three of which took the anti-hangover candies obtained in examples 1 to 3 according to the eating method before drinking, and the other three of which did not take the anti-hangover candies. After the same amount of alcohol is taken, three adult male who take the anti-alcohol candy obtained in the embodiment 1-3 according to an edible method before drinking are clear in head after drinking, and do not have the drunk condition and feel good; three adult men who did not take the candy for solving the problem all had drunk the situation after drinking the wine.

Therefore, the anti-alcohol candy provided by the application has the synergistic effect of the first candy and the second candy, so that a better anti-alcohol effect is realized; the first candy mainly acts on the liver to improve the hangover effect, the hangover alleviating component serves as a main component of the first candy, all substances can enter the liver, dehydrogenase is activated in the liver, the dehydrogenase and alcohol interact to decompose the alcohol, the decomposition efficiency of the alcohol is improved, and the hangover alleviating effect is achieved; the second candy mainly acts on the stomach and synergistically acts with the liver to relieve alcoholism, the dietary fiber can adsorb a large amount of water in the stomach to form a viscous colloid, so that the gastric mucosa is protected on one hand, a large amount of alcohol dissolved in water is adsorbed on the other hand, the speed of transferring the alcohol to the liver is reduced, and the load of relieving alcoholism of the liver is reduced; the alcohol retained in the stomach and the gamma-linolenic acid in the second candy have partial esterification reaction, so that the effect of relieving alcoholism is enhanced; therefore, the anti-alcohol candy provided by the application comprises the first candy and the second candy, and the first candy and the second candy have synergistic effects and respectively play a role in degrading alcohol in the liver and the stomach, so that the alcohol effect is obviously improved; meanwhile, the candy for relieving alcoholism has excellent effects of reducing blood fat and cholesterol, relaxing bowel, losing weight, regulating viscera functions and the like. The scheme for synchronously solving the problem of the hangover-alleviating candy in the stomach and the liver has an ideal solving effect after trial.
