1. A PVC leather processing method, characterized in that the method comprises:

a. coating a PVC foaming layer on one surface of the release paper through a coating process;

b. coating an adhesive on the surface of the PVC foaming layer;

c. attaching a base cloth layer to the surface of the binder to obtain a primary processed product;

d. and stripping the release paper of the primary processed product to obtain a semi-finished product, and attaching a PVC surface layer to the surface of the PVC foaming layer of the semi-finished product through a calendering process to obtain the PVC leather.

Technical Field

Background

At present, the traditional PVC leather processing industry is divided into a coating process and a calendering process, and the two processes have advantages and disadvantages respectively.

The coating process is slurry processing, and the processing state of the slurry is liquid. The coating process is to coat the liquid slurry on release paper and then dry the release paper. When the base cloth is attached, the base cloth has small tension and large elasticity, so the coating process can produce high-elasticity PVC products. However, the release paper has a small carrying capacity and cannot carry too much liquid slurry, so that the coating process cannot produce products with high thickness and high hardness.

The rolling process is that the powder is extruded out when being in a molten state through high-temperature stirring of ten thousand horsepower, and then rolling is carried out. Because the calendering process does not need release paper as a carrier, the calendering process can produce PVC products with high strength and high thickness. However, when the base cloth is attached by adopting the calendering process, the tension of the base cloth is large, and the base cloth basically loses elasticity after the attachment is finished, so that a high-elasticity product cannot be produced.

Disclosure of Invention

The application provides a PVC leather processing method and a device, which can solve the problem that the common PVC leather processing method is single, so that diversified products cannot be produced. The application provides the following technical scheme:

in a first aspect, a PVC leather processing method is provided, the method comprising:

coating a PVC foaming layer and a binder on one surface of release paper in sequence by a coating process, and then attaching a base cloth layer to obtain a primary processing product; and then peeling the release paper of the primary processed product, and attaching a PVC surface layer on the surface of the original release paper of the PVC foaming layer by a calendering process to finally obtain the PVC leather.

Wherein, after coating the PVC foaming layer and before coating the adhesive, the PVC foaming layer needs to be dried. After the base fabric layer is attached and before the release paper is peeled, the primary processed product needs to be dried.

In a second aspect, a PVC leather is provided, which is made by the processing method provided in the first aspect.

The beneficial effect of PVC leather processing this application lies in: by combining the coating process and the rolling process, the production characteristics of the coating process and the rolling process can be combined during production, and the PVC product with high elasticity, high thickness and high strength can be produced.

Detailed Description

First, the terms of art to which this application relates are explained below.

The coating process comprises the following steps: a method for preparing composite material (film) by coating pasty polymer, molten polymer or polymer solution on paper, cloth or plastic film.

And (3) rolling process: the plasticized thermoplastic material close to viscous flow temperature is passed through a series of horizontal roller gaps rotating in opposite directions to make the material undergo the action of extrusion and extension, so that it can be made into the sheet-like product with a certain thickness, width and smooth surface.

PVC: PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) is the universal plastic with the largest yield in the world and is widely applied. The product has wide application in building materials, industrial products, daily necessities, floor leathers, floor tiles, artificial leathers, pipes, wires and cables, packaging films, bottles, foaming materials, sealing materials, fibers and the like.

PVC foaming layer: PVC is used as a main raw material, a foaming agent, a flame retardant and an anti-aging agent are added, and extrusion forming is carried out by adopting special equipment.

The application relates to a processing method of PVC leather, which at least comprises the following steps:

step a, coating a PVC foaming layer on one surface of release paper through a coating process.

And step a also comprises drying the PVC foaming layer. Further, when the PVC foaming layer is dried, the drying temperature is required to be 170-180 degrees.

And b, coating an adhesive on the surface of the PVC foaming layer.

And c, attaching a base cloth layer to the surface of the adhesive to obtain a primary processed product.

Further, step c further comprises: and drying the primary processed product to ensure that the base cloth layer and the binder are firmly adhered. Specifically, when the primary processing product is dried, the drying temperature is 185-205 degrees.

And d, stripping the release paper, and attaching a PVC surface layer to the surface of the original release paper of the PVC foaming layer through a calendering process to obtain the PVC leather.

The original surface adhered by the release paper is adhered to one surface of the PVC surface layer before the release paper is peeled.

Wherein, before step d, the following operations are also required to obtain the material required for the calendering step:

mixing the raw materials of the PVC surface layer to obtain a first mixture.

And banburying the first mixture to obtain a banburied product.

The banburying product is extruded and molded in a molten state to obtain the PVC surface layer.

Wherein, when the raw materials of the PVC surface layer are mixed, the raw materials of the PVC surface layer are mixed in a mixing barrel, and the temperature in the mixing barrel is 100-120 degrees; in the banburying step of the first mixture, the temperature of the first mixture is required to be 120-150 ℃.

Further, the thickness of the PVC leather processed by the steps is 1.0-1.2 mm.

Alternatively, the calendering operation described above can be repeated, multiple times, for the purpose of producing high thickness PVC products.
