-wherein the joint is at least partially surrounded by a housing and the housing has a slit for accommodating a catch,

wherein the flap is connected with the housing by a rotational axis such that the flap is rotatable between a first position and a second position, wherein in the first position the flap at least partially covers the joint and thereby prevents access to the joint, and wherein in the second position the flap enables the joint to be accessed,

wherein the flap has a lock cylinder with a key, wherein the key can be pulled out of the lock cylinder in a first state of the lock cylinder, and wherein the key in the lock cylinder is prevented from being removed in a second state of the lock cylinder,

wherein the lock cylinder is configured for rotating and connecting with the lock catch,

wherein in the first state of the lock cylinder the catch is completely engaged in the aperture of the housing to lock the flap in the first position,

wherein in the second state of the lock cylinder the catch is not engaged with the aperture of the housing in order to unlock the flap in the first position and to effect a change of the flap into the second position,
