Background

The traveling structure of the tower crane luffing trolley is arranged at four corners, and tower crane manufacturers at home and abroad adopt the type, as shown in fig. 1, the inner sides of the four corners of a frame 1 are respectively provided with a fixed traveling wheel mechanism 3 for traveling on a guide rail of a tower crane boom. The technical parameters of the existing tower crane luffing trolley are strictly controlled in the manufacturing process, and the technical parameters are difficult to control by manufacturers particularly on the planeness requirement of a traveling wheel of the tower crane luffing trolley; meanwhile, in the manufacturing process, due to the deformation caused by the stress after welding of the frame of the tower crane amplitude variation trolley, four travelling wheels of the tower crane amplitude variation trolley are difficult to travel on one plane relatively, and even if the four travelling wheels of the tower crane amplitude variation trolley travel on one plane relatively, later correction is difficult to ensure, so that the tower crane amplitude variation trolley is uneven in stress, and the condition of single-wheel unilateral abrasion often occurs in the using process.

The four corners of the frame 1 are respectively provided with a guide wheel group 5 which is used for walking on the side surface of the guide rail of the crane boom.
