1. An oil stain cleaning agent is characterized in that: comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

3% -6% of polyethylene glycol;

anhydrous sodium metasilicate, 10% -15%;

2-4% of hydroxy acid and the balance of water;

the polyethylene glycol comprises polyethylene glycol 200 or polyethylene glycol 400.

2. The oil stain cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein: the hydroxy acid is beta-hydroxy acid.

3. The oil stain cleaning agent according to claim 2, wherein: the cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 200, 4% of polyethylene glycol; anhydrous sodium metasilicate, 12%; 3% of beta-hydroxy acid; and (4) water, 81%.

4. The oil stain cleaning agent according to claim 2, wherein: the cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 400, 4% of polyethylene glycol; anhydrous sodium metasilicate, 12%; 3% of beta-hydroxy acid; and (4) water, 81%.

5. The oil stain cleaning agent according to claim 2, wherein: the cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 200, 5% of polyethylene glycol; anhydrous sodium metasilicate, 14%; 3% of beta-hydroxy acid; and (5) water, 78%.

6. The oil stain cleaning agent according to claim 2, wherein: the cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 400, 5% of polyethylene glycol; anhydrous sodium metasilicate, 14%; 3% of beta-hydroxy acid; and (5) water, 78%.

7. The oil stain cleaning agent according to claim 2, wherein: the cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 200, 6% of polyethylene glycol; anhydrous sodium metasilicate, 15%; 4% of beta-hydroxy acid; and 75% of water.

8. The oil stain cleaning agent according to claim 2, wherein: the cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: polyethylene glycol 400, 5.5%; anhydrous sodium metasilicate, 14%; 4% of beta-hydroxy acid; 76.5 percent of water.

9. The oil stain cleaning agent according to claim 2, wherein: the cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: polyethylene glycol 200, 1.5%; polyethylene glycol 400, 2.5%; anhydrous sodium metasilicate, 12%; 3% of beta-hydroxy acid; and (4) water, 81%.

Background

The grease product is used as an important lubricant, a buffering agent, power fuel and the like in industrial machinery, plays an important role in the fields of current industrial manufacturing, production and the like, however, in the industrial production process, the grease product leaks, drips and adheres to the outer surfaces of various equipment such as mechanical equipment, an operating platform, a storage tank and the like in the matching use process, various pollutants such as thick oil, colloid and the like are remained on the surface of the equipment along with the operation and time change of the equipment, the pollutants generally contain substances such as oil, metal chips, dust and the like, and the long-time uncleaning and the temperature rise easily cause the adhesion of the grease and the metal surface to be firmer and more difficult to process; most of the currently adopted oil stain cleaning agents not only have corrosiveness and certain damage to the surface materials of equipment, but also have certain toxicity and pungent smell, and certain harm to the health of constructors, and the cleaning efficiency is not high.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hydroxy acid is a β -hydroxy acid.

200, 4% of polyethylene glycol; anhydrous sodium metasilicate, 12%; 3% of beta-hydroxy acid; and (4) water, 81%.

polyethylene glycol 400, 5.5%; anhydrous sodium metasilicate, 14%; 4% of beta-hydroxy acid; 76.5 percent of water.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the anhydrous sodium metasilicate has good water solubility, has remarkable oil stain removing effect by using a cleaning solvent with the anhydrous sodium metasilicate as a main component, can play a role in preventing the surface of equipment from being corroded, and is beneficial to the later normal use of the equipment; the polyethylene glycol 200 or polyethylene glycol 400 is added into the cleaning solvent, has good water solubility, no toxicity and no pungent smell, can be used as a good dispersant, and is beneficial to improving the efficiency of oil stain treatment; the beta-hydroxy acid is added into the cleaning solvent, so that the water softening effect is achieved, the cleaning effect of the cleaning solvent is enhanced, and the oil stain treatment efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description

The invention discloses an oil stain cleaning agent, which adopts the technical scheme that the oil stain cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

3% -6% of polyethylene glycol;

anhydrous sodium metasilicate, 10% -15%;

2-4% of hydroxy acid and the balance of water;

the polyethylene glycol comprises polyethylene glycol 200 or polyethylene glycol 400.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hydroxy acid is a β -hydroxy acid.

As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

200, 4% of polyethylene glycol; anhydrous sodium metasilicate, 12%; 3% of beta-hydroxy acid; and (4) water, 81%.

The using method comprises the following steps: the finished products obtained in the first to seventh embodiments of the invention are placed in a cleaning vessel, dipped by rag or a brush to wipe the surface of equipment to be cleaned, or sprayed by a spray can and cleaned by matching with the brush; waiting for 3-5 minutes after cleaning is finished, and performing other operations after the surface is dried without influencing the operation progress; in the cleaning process, no pungent smell is generated, no discomfort is generated when workers are constructed, the cleaning effect is quick, no stain or derivative is generated, and no erosion and damage are caused to equipment and a human body.
