As an embodiment of the invention, the positioning cylinder 87 is fixedly installed on one side of the top end surface of the installation seat 86 through a screw, a piston rod is installed on one side of the positioning cylinder 87 in an inserted manner, one side of the piston rod penetrates through the installation seat 86 to be connected with the positioning ejector rod 88, and the positioning ejector rod 88 is of a conical structure, so that when the piston rod moves in the positioning cylinder 87, the positioning ejector rod 88 can be pushed to move, and a transmission effect is achieved.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a support plate is fixedly attached to the bottom end surface of the support frame 9 by welding, a machining attachment hole is formed in the center of the end surface of the support plate, and a bolt of an appropriate specification is inserted through the machining attachment hole to attach and fix the support plate and the support frame 9 to a machining table, so that the machining base frame 1 can be supported by the support frame 9.

A working method of a clamping mechanism for hardware processing comprises the steps of using bolts with proper specifications to penetrate through processing mounting holes, mounting and fixing a bearing plate and a supporting frame 9 on a processing table, supporting a processing underframe 1 through the supporting frame 9, placing hardware to be processed on the top of an adjusting chute 2 at the top end face of the processing underframe 1, clamping and mounting the hardware through a fastening component 5 inside a transmission box 3 and a limiting component 7 at one side of a clamping plate 6, positioning the hardware through a positioning component 8, working a lifting guide rail 82 at one side of a bearing support 81, enabling a lifting frame 83 to lift and move through a guide rail slider 84, adjusting the height of a positioning cylinder 87 at the top of a mounting seat 86 through the guide rail slider 84 and a positioning plate 85, and working a driving motor 52 at one side of a motor back frame 51 until a positioning ejector rod 88 is aligned with the center of the end face of the hardware, the driving motor 52 drives the first screw 53 to rotate through the coupler, when the first screw 53 rotates, two ends of the first screw 53 respectively rotate with the inside of the fixed bearing 510 installed on the end face of the transmission end cover 4, so that the driving thread seat 59 connected with the first screw 53 is in thread hinge with the first screw 53, so that the driving thread seat 59 can drive the driven slider 58 on the top of the driving thread seat 59 and the clamping plate 6 installed on the top of the driven slider 58 to move, and in the gear box 54, the first screw 53 is connected with the transmission gear 56 through the fixed shaft sleeve 55, so that the transmission gear 56 on the outside of the first screw 53 can drive the transmission gear 56 on the outside of the second screw 57, so that the second screw 57 rotates, when the second screw 57 rotates, two ends of the second screw 57 respectively rotate with the inside of the fixed bearing 510 installed on the end face of the transmission end cover 4, so that the driving thread seat 59 connected with the second screw 57 is in thread hinge with the second screw 57, the driven slide block 58 at the top of the driving threaded seat 59 drives the clamping plate 6 mounted at the top of the driven slide block 58 to move, and the two transmission gears 56 rotate reversely, so that the second screw 57 and the first screw 53 rotate reversely, the clamping plate 6 connected with the second screw 57 and the first screw 53 can move oppositely, and move with the outer wall of the hardware through the two clamping plates 6, in the moving process, the fixed top plate 71 can have a stable supporting effect on the buffer sleeve 72, along with the movement of the clamping plate 6, the scratch-proof pad 77 at one side of the limit plate 76 is attached to the hardware, in the attaching process, the limit plate 76 can push the limit rod 75, so that the spring pressing plate 74 can extrude the limit spring 73 inside the buffer sleeve 72, and the different positions of the hardware are contacted, so that the extruding conditions of the limit spring 73 are different, and the position of the hardware can be fixed, the positioning cylinder 87 works, and the positioning ejector rod 88 is pushed by the piston rod, so that the positioning ejector rod 88 can be tightly attached to the center of the end face of the hardware, the positioning effect is achieved, the hardware is prevented from deflecting, and the machining accuracy is improved.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: bolts with proper specifications penetrate through the processing installation holes, the bearing plate and the supporting frame 9 are installed and fixed on a processing table, the processing underframe 1 can be supported through the supporting frame 9, hardware to be processed is placed at the top of the end face adjusting chute 2 at the top of the processing underframe 1, the hardware is clamped and installed through the fastening component 5 in the transmission case 3 and the limiting component 7 at one side of the clamping plate 6, the hardware is positioned through the positioning component 8, the lifting guide rail 82 at one side of the bearing support 81 works, the lifting frame 83 can move up and down through the guide rail slider 84, so that the positioning cylinder 87 at the top of the installation seat 86 can be adjusted in height through the guide rail slider 84 and the positioning plate 85, until the positioning ejector rod 88 is aligned with the center of the end face of the hardware, the driving motor 52 at one side of the motor back frame 51 works, the driving motor 52 drives the first screw 53 to rotate through the coupler, when the first screw 53 rotates, two ends of the first screw 53 respectively rotate with the inner part of the fixed bearing 510 installed on the end face of the transmission end cover 4, so that the driving thread seat 59 connected with the first screw 53 is in thread hinge with the first screw 53, so that the driving thread seat 59 can drive the driven slide block 58 on the top of the driving thread seat 59 and the clamping plate 6 installed on the top of the driven slide block 58 to move, furthermore, in the gear box 54, the first screw 53 is connected with the transmission gear 56 through the fixed shaft sleeve 55, so that the transmission gear 56 outside the first screw 53 can drive the transmission gear 56 outside the second screw 57, so that the second screw 57 rotates, when the second screw 57 rotates, two ends of the second screw 57 respectively rotate with the inner part of the fixed bearing 510 installed on the end face of the transmission end cover 4, so that the driving thread seat 59 connected with the second screw 57 can be in thread hinge with the second screw 57, the driven slide block 58 at the top of the driving threaded seat 59 drives the clamping plate 6 mounted at the top of the driven slide block 58 to move, and the two transmission gears 56 rotate reversely, so that the second screw 57 and the first screw 53 rotate reversely, the clamping plate 6 connected with the second screw 57 and the first screw 53 can move oppositely, and move with the outer wall of the hardware through the two clamping plates 6, in the moving process, the fixed top plate 71 can have a stable supporting effect on the buffer sleeve 72, along with the movement of the clamping plate 6, the scratch-proof pad 77 at one side of the limit plate 76 is attached to the hardware, in the attaching process, the limit plate 76 can push the limit rod 75, so that the spring pressing plate 74 can extrude the limit spring 73 inside the buffer sleeve 72, and the different positions of the hardware are contacted, so that the extruding conditions of the limit spring 73 are different, and the position of the hardware can be fixed, the positioning cylinder 87 works, and the positioning ejector rod 88 is pushed by the piston rod, so that the positioning ejector rod 88 can be tightly attached to the center of the end face of the hardware, the positioning effect is achieved, the hardware is prevented from deflecting, and the machining accuracy is improved.
