1. An acetabular liner manipulation device, comprising:

an operating rod having first and second axially opposite ends;

the sucker assembly is arranged at the first end of the operating rod and used for adsorbing the inner wall of the acetabulum liner; and

a limiting component is movably arranged along the axial direction of the operating rod and is used for at least limiting the degree of freedom of the acetabular lining towards the direction of the second end.

2. The acetabular liner manipulation device of claim 1, wherein the retaining assembly includes a retaining plate or a plurality of retaining jaws for abutting against an end surface of the acetabular liner for at least limiting a degree of freedom of the acetabular liner in a direction toward the second end.

3. The acetabular liner manipulation device of claim 2, wherein the retaining assembly includes three retaining pawls, the three retaining pawls being evenly distributed along a circumference of the lever.

4. The acetabular liner manipulation device of claim 1, wherein the stop assembly further comprises a compression bar unit including a pawl, the lever including ratchet teeth, the pawl cooperating with the ratchet teeth to limit movement of the stop assembly toward the second end.

5. The acetabular liner manipulation device of claim 4, wherein the strut unit further comprises a resilient member coupled to the pawl, the pawl and ratchet teeth being engaged by the resilient member.

6. The acetabular liner manipulation device of claim 4, wherein the plunger unit further comprises a plunger coupled to the pawl, the plunger configured to: under the action of external force, the pawl is released from the matching relation with the ratchet.

7. The acetabular liner manipulation device of claim 4, wherein the stop assembly includes two of the plunger units, the pawls of the two plunger units being disposed opposite one another on radial sides of the lever.

8. The acetabular liner manipulation device of claims 4 or 7, wherein the lever includes a plurality of ratchet teeth, each ratchet tooth circumferentially disposed about the lever, the plurality of ratchet teeth evenly distributed along an axial direction of the lever.

9. The acetabular liner manipulation device of claim 1, wherein the lever, the suction cup assembly, and the stop assembly are removably mounted to one another.

10. The acetabular liner manipulation device of claim 1, wherein the second end of the lever is provided with a handle.

11. Use of an acetabular liner manipulation device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, comprising the steps of:

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an acetabular liner operating device and a using method thereof.

Background

At present, in a total hip joint operation, the acetabulum lining is usually placed by hands, the operation is inconvenient, the risk of damage to the acetabulum lining is easy to generate, the direction of the acetabulum lining is not easy to control, and the risk of inclination and improper installation is easy to generate when the acetabulum lining is hit and driven into an acetabulum cup. Because the special shape of acetabular bone inside lining adsorbs and operates and has certain degree of difficulty to it, if prop up its medial surface and operate its absorption through propping up instrument, then produce wearing and tearing to the medial surface of acetabular bone inside lining easily, it is also comparatively loaded down with trivial details in the operation.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an acetabular liner operating device and a using method of the acetabular liner operating device, and aims to solve the problem that an existing acetabular liner is difficult to adsorb and operate.

In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides an acetabular liner manipulation device, including:

an operating rod having first and second axially opposite ends;

the sucker assembly is arranged at the first end of the operating rod and used for adsorbing the inner wall of the acetabulum liner; and the limiting assembly is movably arranged along the axial direction of the operating rod and is used for at least limiting the degree of freedom of the acetabular lining towards the direction of the second end.

Optionally, in the acetabular liner operating device, the limiting assembly includes a limiting plate or a plurality of limiting claws, and the limiting plate or the plurality of limiting claws are used for abutting against the end surface of the acetabular liner so as to limit at least the degree of freedom of the acetabular liner in the direction of the second end.

Optionally, in the acetabular liner operating device, the limiting assembly includes three limiting claws, and the three limiting claws are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the operating rod.

Optionally, in the acetabular liner operating device, the limiting assembly further includes a pressing rod unit, the pressing rod unit includes a pawl, and the operating rod includes a ratchet, and the pawl cooperates with the ratchet to limit the limiting assembly from moving toward the second end.

Optionally, in the acetabular liner operating device, the compression bar unit further includes an elastic member connected to the pawl, and under the action of the elastic member, the pawl and the ratchet are in a matched state.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention further provides a method for using the acetabular liner operating device, which uses the acetabular liner operating device, and the method for using the acetabular liner operating device comprises the following steps:

To further clarify the objects, advantages and features of the present invention, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments thereof which are illustrated in the appended drawings. It is to be noted that the drawings are in greatly simplified form and are not to scale, but are merely intended to facilitate and clarify the explanation of the embodiments of the present invention. Further, the structures illustrated in the drawings are often part of actual structures. In particular, the drawings may have different emphasis points and may sometimes be scaled differently.

As used in this specification and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" include plural referents unless the content clearly dictates otherwise. As used in this specification and the appended claims, the term "or" is generally employed in its sense including "and/or" unless the content clearly dictates otherwise, the term "proximal" generally being the end near the operator and the term "distal" generally being the end near the affected part of the patient.

The core idea of the invention is to provide an acetabular liner operating device to solve the problem that the existing acetabular liner is difficult to adsorb and operate. The acetabular liner manipulation device comprises: the sucker assembly comprises an operating rod, a sucker assembly and a limiting assembly, wherein the operating rod is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite to each other along the axial direction; the sucker assembly is arranged at the first end of the operating rod and used for adsorbing the inner wall of the acetabulum lining; the limiting assembly is movably arranged relative to the sucker assembly along the axial direction of the operating rod and at least used for limiting the degree of freedom of the acetabular lining towards the direction of the second end. So the configuration adsorbs the inner wall of acetabular bone inside lining through the sucking disc subassembly, can not cause the scratch damage to the inner wall of acetabular bone inside lining, and the setting of spacing subassembly has then restricted the degree of freedom of acetabular bone inside lining orientation second end direction, when avoiding simply using sucking disc subassembly to adsorb acetabular bone inside lining, the problem of easy rocking and difficult location of acetabular bone inside lining. Therefore, the acetabular liner operating device provided by the invention can be used for conveniently and reliably adsorbing and operating the acetabular liner by using a tool, and meanwhile, the acetabular liner can be prevented from being worn.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an acetabular liner manipulation device according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a limiting assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a manipulation lever according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 4 is a schematic view of a compression lever unit according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 is a schematic view of an axial cross section of the acetabular liner manipulation device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an acetabular liner manipulation device, which includes: the sucking disc subassembly 1 and spacing subassembly 2 are pressed to action bars 3. The operating rod 3 has a first end 3b and a second end 3c opposite to each other in the axial direction; the sucker assembly 1 is arranged at the first end 3b of the operating rod 3 and is used for adsorbing the inner wall of the acetabulum lining 4; the limiting component 2 is movably arranged along the axial direction of the operating rod 3 and is used for at least limiting the degree of freedom of the acetabular liner 4 towards the direction of the second end 3 c.

In an exemplary embodiment, the suction cup assembly 1 is made of a smooth and soft material, such as medical grade silicone, and is fixed to the first end 3b of the operating rod 3. Generally, the acetabulum lining 4 is hemispherical, the suction cup assembly 1 has a suction cup, the suction cup can be used for adsorbing the inner wall of the acetabulum lining 4, in actual use, the suction cup is pressed towards the inner wall of the acetabulum lining 4, air between the acetabulum lining 4 and the suction cup is squeezed and exhausted, and then the suction cup and the acetabulum lining 4 are closely adsorbed by atmospheric pressure. Because the material of the sucker component 1 is soft and smooth, when the sucker component 1 is contacted with the inner wall of the acetabulum lining 4, the sucker component 1 can not scratch or damage the inner wall. Preferably, the outer diameter of the suction cup is between 5mm and 50mm, which can generate sufficient suction force without interfering with the operation too much, and those skilled in the art can select a suitable suction cup size according to the specific size of the acetabular liner 4 to adapt to the operation.

As shown in fig. 2, the limiting assembly 2 includes three limiting claws 2a for abutting against the end surface of the acetabular liner 4 to at least limit the freedom of the acetabular liner 4 in the direction toward the second end 3 c. Because the material of sucking disc subassembly 1 is soft, if the exclusive use sucking disc subassembly 1 adsorbs and when operating acetabular bone inside lining 4, acetabular bone inside lining 4 produces rocking and swing relative action bars 3 easily to be difficult to fixed acetabular bone inside lining 4's position, in addition, rock and easily cause the sucking disc gas leakage, destroy sucking disc and acetabular bone inside lining 4 two vacuum adsorption and cause the problem that acetabular bone inside lining 4 dropped. Therefore, the present embodiment deals with the problem of the wobbling of the acetabular liner 4 by providing the retaining claws 2 a. Preferably, the three limiting claws 2a are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the operating rod 3, and the end surfaces of the three limiting claws 2a facing the first end 3b are located on the same plane, so that when the end surface of the acetabular liner 4 is in contact with the three limiting claws 2a, the end surfaces can simultaneously abut against the end surfaces of the three limiting claws 2a, and stable support is obtained. More preferably, the end surfaces of the three restricting claws 2a facing the first end 3b are arranged perpendicular to the axis of the operating rod 3. Optionally, the limiting claw 2a is made of a harder material, so that the limiting claw 2a limits the degree of freedom of the acetabular liner 4 towards the second end 3c by abutting against the end surface of the acetabular liner 4. The limiting component 2 is movably arranged on the operating rod 3, when the limiting component 2 moves towards the first end 3b, the limiting claw 2a abuts against the end face of the acetabular liner 4, so that the degree of freedom of the acetabular liner 4 towards the second end 3c is limited, further, the limiting component 2 is operated to push the acetabular liner 4 to slightly move towards the first end 3b, a gap between the acetabular liner 4 and the sucker is slightly tensioned, the vacuum degree between the acetabular liner 4 and the sucker is increased, the two are more tightly adsorbed, and therefore the adsorption reliability of the acetabular liner operating device to the acetabular liner 4 is further improved. So dispose, spacing claw 2a uses with sucking disc subassembly 1 cooperation, can avoid acetabular bone inside lining 4 to produce effectively and rock and lead to acetabular bone inside lining location difficulty and gas leakage to drop. Optionally, the diameter of the circumcircle of the three limiting claws 2a is between 30mm and 100mm, and the size is enough to support the end surface of the acetabular liner 4 and cannot hinder the operation due to overlarge; of course, the number of the limiting claws 2a is not limited to three, and a person skilled in the art can select a corresponding size of the limiting claws 2a and a suitable number of the limiting claws 2a according to the actual size of the acetabular liner 4. In other embodiments, a plurality of limiting claws 2a can be replaced by a limiting plate, which can achieve similar effects and will not be described in detail.

Referring to fig. 4 in combination with fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 5, preferably, the limiting assembly 2 further includes a pressing rod unit 20, the pressing rod unit 20 includes a pawl 2d, the operating rod 3 includes a ratchet 3a, and the pawl 2d is matched with the ratchet 3a to limit the limiting assembly 2 from moving toward the second end 3 c. In an alternative embodiment, the limiting assembly 2 includes a bracket 21 sleeved outside the operating rod 3, the limiting claw 2a is disposed at one end of the bracket 21, and the pressing rod unit 20 is disposed at the other end of the bracket 21. Optionally, the limiting assembly 2 includes two pressing rod units 20, and the pawls 2d of the two pressing rod units 20 are oppositely disposed on two radial sides of the operating rod 3. The operating rod 3 comprises 5 ratchet teeth 3a, each ratchet tooth 3a is arranged around the operating rod 3 along the circumferential direction, and the 5 ratchet teeth are uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the operating rod. Specifically, each ratchet 3a includes a helical tooth that surrounds the operating rod 3, the inclined surface of which extends in a direction away from the axis of the operating rod 3 toward the first end 3b and in a direction toward the second end 3c toward the axis of the operating rod 3, and each ratchet 3a has a stopper surface near the second end 3c, which is provided toward the first end 3b, for stopping the pawl 2 d. With this arrangement, the pawl 2d can move in one direction from the second end 3c to the first end 3b of the operating rod 3, and the movement in one direction from the first end 3b to the second end 3c of the operating rod 3 is limited by the limiting surface. Alternatively, the pawl 2d is rotatably provided on the bracket 21 via the rotating shaft 2c to cooperate with the ratchet 3a to form a ratchet system.

Further, the plunger unit 20 further includes an elastic member 2e connected to the pawl 2d, and the pawl 2d is configured to: under the action of the elastic piece 2e, the ratchet teeth are initially in a state of being matched with the ratchet teeth 3 a. Further, in some embodiments, the lever 3 has a hollow vent cavity, a vent valve is disposed near the handle 3d, and the suction cup of the suction cup assembly 1 communicates with the vent cavity of the lever 3. step 2: the limiting component 2 is pushed towards the first end 3b, so that the three limiting claws 2a of the limiting component 2 abut against the end surface of the acetabular liner 4, and the position of the acetabular liner 4 is fixed and prevented from shaking; further pressing the three limiting claws 2a of the limiting component 2 to the end surface of the acetabulum liner 4 slightly to tension the gap between the acetabulum liner 4 and the suction cup slightly, increasing the vacuum degree between the two and leading the two to be adsorbed more tightly;

and step 3: an operator holds the handle 3d to install the acetabulum liner 4 to a preset position, the direction can be freely adjusted through the handle 3d in the installation process, and the acetabulum liner 4 does not shake or fall off;

and 4, step 4: after the operation of the acetabulum lining is finished, the pressing rod 2b is pressed, the limiting component 2 is moved to the second end 3c, the limiting component 2 is separated from the acetabulum lining 4, the sucker component 1 is further separated from the acetabulum lining 4, the acetabulum lining 4 can be quickly released, and the whole operation process is finished.
