As shown in fig. 4, the water pressure adjusting assembly includes an adjusting housing 23 fixedly covered outside the fourth branch pipe 10, the adjusting housing 23 is fixedly connected and communicated with the fourth branch pipe 10, and the adjusting housing 23 is fixedly connected with the male mold 2, a sealing block 24 corresponding to the fourth branch pipe 10 is arranged in the adjusting housing 23, a control rod 25 is fixedly connected to one end of the sealing block 24 far away from the fourth branch pipe 10, the control rod 25 can control the position of the sealing block 24, the control rod 25 penetrates through the adjusting housing 23 and extends to the outside, a protective housing 26 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the male mold 2, the protective housing 26 plays a protective role, the control rod 25 penetrates through the protective housing 26 and extends to the inside, a threaded hole slot is arranged at one end of the control rod 25 extending to the protective housing 26, a threaded rod 27 is arranged in the threaded hole slot in a matching manner, a servo motor 28 is fixedly installed in the protective housing 26, an output end of the servo, the servo motor 28 adopts the prior art, and the threaded rod 27 is driven to rotate after the operation, and the drive control rod 25 moves, thereby driving the sealing block 24 to move, sealing the water inlet position of the fourth branch pipe 10, reducing the water outlet amount of the second cooling cavity, and realizing the effect of increasing the water pressure in the second cooling cavity.

As shown in fig. 3 and 5, a check valve 29 is fixedly arranged at the connecting position of the second branch pipe 6 and the male die 2, so that when the water pressure is regulated, the heat conducting liquid is prevented from leaking out from the second branch pipe 6, and the water pressure is ensured to be regulated correctly.

As shown in fig. 5, the telescopic rod 21 and the limiting spring 22 are sleeved with a corrugated closed tube 30, the upper end of the corrugated closed tube 30 is fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the circular groove in a sealing manner, the lower end of the corrugated closed tube 30 is fixedly connected with the fixing plate 20 in a sealing manner, and the corrugated closed tube 30 protects the telescopic rod 21 and the limiting spring 22 from being corroded by the heat-conducting liquid;

as shown in fig. 2, a water level sensor is fixedly arranged in the liquid storage tank 3, the water level sensor adopts the prior art to detect the amount of the heat conducting liquid in the liquid storage tank 3, a display screen 31 electrically connected with the water level sensor is fixedly arranged outside the liquid storage tank 3 to display the residual heat conducting liquid amount, a tank opening is arranged on the upper end surface of the liquid storage tank 3, a tank cover 32 is connected with the tank opening through internal threads, and the heat conducting liquid can be supplemented by unscrewing the tank cover 32.

The working steps of the plastic injection mold convenient for cooling and demolding specifically comprise:

A) the injection molding operation can be carried out after the male mold 2 and the female mold 1 are assembled, before injection molding, the circulating water pump 13 works to lead out the heat-conducting liquid in the liquid storage tank 3 through the water outlet pipe 4, then the heat-conducting liquid respectively enters the second cooling cavity and the first cooling cavity in the male mold 2 and the female mold 1 through the first branch pipe 5 and the second branch pipe 6, the electric switch seat 18 is opened when the heat-conducting liquid passes through the first branch pipe 5 and the second branch pipe 6, the two electric heating wires 17 are electrified through the two shielding wires, the heat-conducting liquid passing through the first branch pipe 5 and the second branch pipe 6 is heated in the heat preservation sleeve 16, so that the male mold 2 and the female mold 1 are kept at a certain temperature, and the phenomenon of chapping caused by direct cooling of an injection molding material in contact with the mold is avoided during injection molding;

B) after the injection molding is finished, the electric switch seat 18 is closed, the heating effect on the heat conducting liquid is removed, the refrigerating device 12 on the liquid storage tank 3 synchronously works to refrigerate the heat conducting liquid, the circulating water pump 13 works to respectively pour the cooled heat conducting liquid into the first cooling cavity and the second cooling cavity, then the cooled heat conducting liquid respectively enters the pressure stabilizing tank 7 through the third branch pipe 9 and the fourth branch pipe 10, and finally the cooled heat conducting liquid returns to the liquid storage tank 3 through the connecting pipe 11 to form a water cooling process;

C) after the cooling finishes, terrace die utensil 2 and die utensil 1 divide the mould, circulating water pump 13 lasts the work this moment, servo motor 28 work after that, drive threaded rod 27 rotates, drive control lever 25 removes when threaded rod 27 rotates, control lever 25 drive seals the piece 24 and removes, reduce the delivery port size in second cooling chamber, the heat conduction liquid volume that gets into the second cooling chamber this moment is greater than the heat conduction liquid volume that derives the second cooling chamber, the inside water pressure of second cooling chamber increases gradually, when water pressure is greater than limiting spring 22's elasticity, drive drawing of patterns fore-set 19 moves upwards, carry out the drawing of patterns action with injection moulding and refrigerated product.
