The embodiment is a further improvement on the basis of the embodiment 1, and compared with the embodiment 1, in the embodiment, the number of the fixed arms 6 and the number of the first driving devices are two, the two fixed arms 6 are arranged in parallel, the two first driving devices respectively drive the two fixed arms 6 to move towards opposite directions on the support assembly 5, one ends, far away from each other, of the two fixed arms 6 are respectively provided with a hoisting device fixing frame 7, each hoisting device fixing frame 7 is provided with a reeling and unreeling device 8, the reeling and unreeling devices 8 drive the two steel cables 9, and the reeling and unreeling devices 8 on the two hoisting device fixing frames 7 are respectively used for hoisting the guardrail plates 11 on the left side and the right side of the support assembly 5 and moving the hoisted guardrail plates 11 towards the left side or the right side of the moving vehicle body 1.

In the present embodiment, the bottom of the rack assembly 5 is mounted on the moving vehicle body 1 and forms a horizontal moving pair with the moving vehicle body 1, and the moving vehicle body 1 is provided with a second driving device 13 for driving the rack assembly 5 to move horizontally on the moving vehicle body 1 along the front-rear direction of the moving vehicle body 1. The concrete structure of this embodiment for realizing the sliding installation of the bracket assembly 5 and the moving vehicle body 1 is: two bidirectional slideways 14 are arranged at the rear part of the movable vehicle body 1 along the front and rear directions, the bottom of the bracket assembly 5 is matched with the bidirectional slideways 14, and the bottom of the bracket assembly 5 slides in the bidirectional slideways 14.

In this embodiment, the support assembly 5 includes two upright columns 15 and a cross beam 16 that are the same in size and shape, the cross beam 16 is horizontally arranged along the left and right directions of the moving vehicle body 1, the top end of the upright column 15 is fixedly connected with the cross beam 16, in this embodiment, the upright column 15 and the cross beam 16 are fixed in a welded manner, the bottom end of the upright column 15 is fixedly welded with a sliding block 17, the sliding block 17 is matched with the bidirectional slideway 14 and slides in the bidirectional slideway 14, in this embodiment, the length of the sliding block 17 along the front and rear directions of the moving vehicle body 1 is greater than the width of the upright column 15 along the front and rear directions of the moving vehicle body 1 so as to be higher than the stability of the supporting upright column 15, the fixing arm 6 is slidably arranged on the cross beam 16, and the first driving device is installed on the cross beam 16 to drive the fixing arm 6 to slide on the cross beam 16.

In order to facilitate the installation of the second driving device 13, in this embodiment, a groove 18 is formed by recessing downwards between the two bidirectional sliding ways 14 on the moving vehicle body 1, the two sliding blocks 17 are connected by using a connecting rod 19, two ends of the connecting rod 19 are respectively welded and fixed with the two sliding blocks 17, the second driving device 13 is connected with the middle part of the connecting rod 19, and the second driving device 13 drives the two sliding blocks 17 to slide along the bidirectional sliding ways 14 through the connecting rod 19. The second driving device 13 in this embodiment preferably employs a second telescopic cylinder, a cylinder body of the second telescopic cylinder is hinged in the groove 18, a piston rod of the second telescopic cylinder is arranged along the front-rear direction of the moving vehicle body 1, an end portion of the piston rod of the second telescopic cylinder is hinged with a middle portion of the connecting rod 19, the piston rod of the second telescopic cylinder extends or contracts to drive the connecting rod 19 to reciprocate along the front-rear direction of the moving vehicle body 1, and the two sliding blocks 17 move synchronously in the bidirectional slideway 14 along with the piston rod to drive the support assembly 1 to move.

The winding and unwinding device 8 in this embodiment includes two winding and unwinding motors 20 and two winding and unwinding drums 21, the winding and unwinding motors 20 are installed at the front and rear portions of the hoisting device fixing frame 7, in this embodiment, a motor base 23 is respectively installed at the front and rear portions of the hoisting device fixing frame 7, the winding and unwinding motors 10 are installed on the motor base 23, the winding and unwinding drums 21 are connected with the output shaft of the winding and unwinding motors 20 and are driven to rotate by the winding and unwinding motors 20, one end of a front steel cable 9 is fixedly connected with the front winding and unwinding drum 21, the other end of the front steel cable is bent downwards around a fixed pulley 10 at the front end of the hoisting device fixing frame 7, one end of a rear steel cable 9 is fixedly connected with the rear winding and unwinding drum 21, the other end of the rear steel cable is bent downwards around the fixed pulley 10 at the rear end of the hoisting device fixing frame 7, the front and rear steel cables 9 are driven to synchronously wind or unwind by the two winding and unwinding motors 20, for lifting or lowering the balustrade panel 11 from the front and rear to a position to be installed. In the embodiment, preferably, a through groove penetrating through the front end and the rear end of the fixing frame 7 of the lifting device is formed at each of the front end and the rear end, and the fixed pulley 10 is rotatably installed in the through groove by adopting a rotating shaft.

The specific structure of the embodiment for realizing the sliding connection between the fixing arm 6 and the cross beam 16 is as follows: two horizontal slideways in front and back are parallelly arranged on the cross beam 16, the longitudinal section of each horizontal slideway is the same as that of the fixing arm 6, the two fixing arms 6 are respectively arranged in the two horizontal slideways and can move in the horizontal slideways, the first driving device in the embodiment is a first telescopic oil cylinder 22, the cylinder body of the first telescopic oil cylinder 22 is arranged at the top of the cross beam 16, the piston rod of the first telescopic oil cylinder 22 is connected with the lifting device fixing frame 7 at the end part of the fixing arm 6, and the piston rod of the first telescopic oil cylinder 22 extends or contracts to drive the fixing arms 6 to slide in the horizontal slideways in a reciprocating mode. The connection part of the piston rod of the first telescopic cylinder 22 and the lifting device fixing frame 7 in the embodiment is between the two winding and unwinding motors 20.

In the embodiment, when in use, the two fixing arms 6 respectively move towards the left side and the right side of the moving vehicle body 1, so that the guardrail plates 11 on the two sides of the bracket assembly 5 can be respectively hung to the two sides of the moving vehicle body 1 according to actual use, and the turning around is not needed when in use.
