s6: slitting, namely mechanically slitting the special steel strip by using a slitting machine, and processing noise and leftover materials generated during slitting;

s7: checking and metering, namely, checking that the special steel strip which does not meet the requirements is repeatedly processed in the previous procedure, and performing the next procedure on the qualified product;

s8: oiling and packaging, namely oiling and packaging qualified products;

s9: and (7) warehousing.

The special steel strip production process according to claim 1, wherein the waste acid and the cleaning wastewater generated during the chemical pickling and the cleaning with clear water are treated by the following treatment processes: the method comprises the steps of firstly removing large suspended matters through a grid well, then carrying out oil separation treatment, then homogenizing water quality and water quantity in a water collecting tank, adjusting the pH value and neutralizing the water quality by adding a neutralizing agent, wherein the neutralizing agent adopts alkaline substances such as lime and the like, then adding a flocculating agent such as PAM and the like for flocculation and precipitation, and finally further filtering to reach the reuse water standard.

A process for the production of a specialty steel strip according to claim 1 wherein said acid mist generated during chemical pickling is treated by: proper acid mist inhibitor is added in the pickling process, the generation of acid mist is reduced from the source, and a gas collecting hood and a draught fan are added at the edge of the pickling tank to carry out secondary alkali liquor spraying treatment on the collected acid mist.

The waste acid and cleaning wastewater generated in the chemical pickling and clear water cleaning processes adopt the following treatment processes: the method comprises the steps of firstly removing large suspended matters through a grid well, then carrying out oil separation treatment, then homogenizing water quality and water quantity in a water collecting tank, adjusting the pH value and neutralizing the water quality by adding a neutralizing agent, wherein the neutralizing agent adopts alkaline substances such as lime and the like, then adding a flocculating agent such as PAM and the like for flocculation and precipitation, finally further filtering and treating to reach the reuse water standard, wherein 80% of effluent can be reused for production, and 20% of effluent can be used for water for cleaning toilets.

The acid mist generated in the chemical acid washing adopts the following treatment process: the proper acid mist inhibitor is added in the pickling process, the generation of acid mist is reduced from the source, the mist inhibition rate of the more advanced hydrochloric acid pickling solution in the current market can reach more than 80-90 percent, and a gas collecting hood and a draught fan are added at the edge of a pickling tank to carry out secondary alkali liquor spraying treatment on the collected acid mist.

The noise during flattening adopts the following processing technology: the damping pad, the sound insulation cover, the silencer and the like are installed on equipment generating noise, the maintenance of daily equipment is strengthened, and the noise generated by abnormal operation of the equipment is eliminated.
