s3, adding cold-pressed linseed oil, pomegranate seed oil and hemp oil into the second mixing chamber, uniformly mixing, heating to a specified temperature, preserving heat, adding yolk powder, and stirring to obtain mixed oil;

s4, adding a proper amount of water and purple sweet potato starch into the third mixing chamber, uniformly stirring, placing in a water bath, heating and sterilizing by using a heating sheet, simultaneously gelatinizing the purple sweet potato starch, adding polylysine and glycine, and uniformly mixing to obtain starch slurry;

s5, uniformly mixing the fermented milk, the mixed oil and the starch slurry, heating to a specified temperature, carrying out first-stage homogenization and second-stage homogenization under different pressures, cooling, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for t minutes, quickly changing the fat structure, enhancing plasticity and spreadability, and taking out to obtain the selenium-rich cream;

in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the selenium-rich powder comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the ginseng is selenium-enriched yeast =18:13:11:7:6:6: 5.

The invention solves the defects in the background technology, and has the following beneficial effects:
