The clamping and positioning mechanism 3 comprises a positioning base 301, a positioning motor 302, a positioning screw 303, a positioning limit rod 304, a positioning bracket 305, a second steering motor 306, a first steering gear 307, a second steering gear 308, a clamping frame 309, a clamping cylinder 310, a clamping slide bar 311, a clamping plate 312, a drilling machine 313 and a slotted saw blade 314, wherein the positioning motor 302 is arranged inside the lower right of the positioning base 301, the positioning screw 303 is fixed at the left end of the positioning motor 302, the positioning limit rod 304 is arranged below the positioning screw 303, the positioning bracket 305 is arranged outside the positioning limit rod 304, the second steering motor 306 is arranged below the left inside the top end of the positioning bracket 305, the first steering gear 307 is fixed at the right end of the second steering motor 306, the second steering gear 308 is arranged above the first steering gear 307, and the clamping frame 309 is fixed at the right side of the second steering gear 308, a clamping cylinder 310 is installed on the left side inside the clamping frame 309, a clamping slide rod 311 is arranged at the right end of the clamping cylinder 310, a clamping plate 312 is installed outside the clamping slide rod 311, a drilling machine 313 is fixed above the center of the top end of the positioning base 301, a slotted saw blade 314 is arranged on the right lower side of the drilling machine 313, the positioning screw 303 and the positioning bracket 305 are in a vertical structure, the positioning limiting rod 304 is also vertical to the positioning bracket 305, the first steering gear 307 is meshed with the second steering gear 308, the clamping frame 309 is cylindrical, the outer side of the clamping frame 309 is attached to the inner side of the top end of the positioning bracket 305, the diameter of the clamping slide rod 311 is the same as the width of a groove at the left end of the clamping plate 312, the clamping slide rod 311 can slide in the clamping plate 312, a part can be clamped and fixed through the arrangement of the clamping plate 312 in the clamping frame 309, and the drilling machine 313 can conveniently drill a hole on the part, meanwhile, the clamping frame 309 can be rotated by the second steering gear 308 arranged at the left end of the clamping frame 309, so that the other side of the part can be conveniently holed, and finally, the clamping frame 309 can be moved to the front of the drilling machine 313 and the grooving saw blade 314 through the arrangement of the positioning motor 302, so that the step-by-step operation is performed, and the processing efficiency is improved.
