The process flow comprises the following steps: picking up the ears by using an upper header in a corn growth state, transferring the ears to a peeling machine through an elevating device, and finally harvesting the peeled corn ears; cutting straws at a position close to the root by using a lower cutting table, then feeding the cut straws into a crushing mechanism to be crushed, and collecting the crushed straws; returning the residual straws to the field by a field returning machine.
