1. A measuring method for processing the outer diameter of a stator core of a large motor is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:

s01: assembling a stator core to be processed outside a laminated die, fixedly connecting at least four steel plates corresponding to the stator core in the laminated die, and arranging the four steel plates on the inner side wall of the laminated die in an annular manner, wherein every two of the four steel plates form a group, and connecting lines among the groups of steel plates pass through the circle center of the stator core;

s02: performing primary turning on the laminated die in the step S01 by using a vertical lathe to ensure that the inner diameters of the four steel plates are concentric with the outer diameter of the stator core;

s03: firstly, measuring the diameter L1 of one group of steel plates by using an inside micrometer, and then measuring the distance L2 from the steel plates in the group to the outside diameter of the stator core by using an outside micrometer, wherein the diameter L1+ 2L 2 of the group of steel plates is the outside diameter data of the stator core;

s04: measuring the outer diameter data A2 of the stator core by using a pi ruler, and taking the difference value between the measurement data A2 of the pi ruler and the outer diameter data A1 of the stator core obtained in the step S03 as an error compensation value A3;

s05: in subsequent measurement processing, the outer diameter data A2 of the stator core is directly measured by using a pi ruler, the accurate outer diameter size of the stator core is obtained by adding the error compensation value A3 to the outer diameter data A2 of the stator core, and synchronous turning processing is carried out on the inner diameter of an annular formed by surrounding of a plurality of steel plates and the outer diameter of the stator core during each turning processing.

2. The method for measuring the outer diameter of the stator core of the large-scale motor in the machining process according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the connecting lines between the two groups of steel plates are arranged in a crossed manner.

The method for measuring the outer diameter of the stator core of the large-scale motor in the machining process according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step S03, the diameters of the two sets of steel plates are measured to obtain two sets of diameters L1, and if the error between the two sets of diameters L1 is within 0.02mm, the diameter L1+2 × L2 of any one of the two sets of diameters may be used as the outer diameter data a1 of the stator core; if the error between the two groups of diameters L1 is larger than 0.02mm, measuring or detecting whether the outer diameter of the stator core processed by the vertical machine tool is concentric with the inner circle diameter formed by the surrounding of the four steel plates, and taking the measured value as the basis for calculating the outer diameter data A1 of the stator core until the error between the two groups of diameters L1 is within 0.02 mm.

The method for measuring the outer diameter of the stator core of the large-scale motor in the machining process according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the stator core is a nonstandard cylinder, and the outer diameter values of the stator core along the vertical direction are different.

The method for measuring the outer diameter of the stator core of the large-scale motor according to claim 1 or 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps: when the taper of the stator core is measured, firstly, the outer diameter data A2 at the upper end and the lower end of the stator core are measured through a pi ruler, an error compensation value A3 is added to obtain outer diameter data D and outer diameter data D, then, the height difference L of the upper end and the lower end of the stator core is measured and is substituted into a formula C which is (D-D)/L to obtain the taper ratio, and C in the formula represents the taper ratio.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of large motor manufacturing, in particular to a measuring method for processing the outer diameter of a stator core of a large motor.

Background

At present, when the outer diameter of a stator core of a large motor is processed, when the diameter of the core is larger than 3m, the maximum measuring range of a standard outside micrometer is exceeded, and at the moment, the outside diameter is measured by a pi ruler.

The diameter of the pi ruler is measured through the perimeter, and the scribing error in the ruler production process can be reduced by pi times and then reflected on the measurement result. Therefore, the precision of the diameter measurement is higher than that of a vernier caliper in the large diameter measurement of phi 500mm or more. However, when the diameter of the large stator core is directly measured by using a pi ruler, particularly the diameter is in a range of 3-10m, the following defects exist: firstly, the pi ruler is straightened and then calibrated by a standard steel tape in the process of calibration, but the standard steel tape has certain error, so that the calibrated pi ruler has certain error inevitably; secondly, the pi ruler is bent and wound on the stator core for measurement during measurement, the measurement error value is increased due to the thickness of the pi ruler, and the measurement mode is inconsistent with the calibration mode, so that the requirement of measuring the 6-level size precision cannot be met. And then can't carry out accurate measurement to stator core external diameter to increase the big motor stator core excircle of worker and increased the degree of difficulty, can't guarantee stator core excircle size.

Therefore, how to solve the defects of the prior art is a subject of the present invention.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a measuring method for processing the outer diameter of a stator core of a large-scale motor.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a measuring method for processing the outer diameter of a stator core of a large motor comprises the following steps:

s01: assembling a stator core to be processed outside a laminated die, fixedly connecting at least four steel plates corresponding to the stator core in the laminated die, and arranging the four steel plates on the inner side wall of the laminated die in an annular manner, wherein every two of the four steel plates form a group, and connecting lines among the groups of steel plates pass through the circle center of the stator core;

s02: performing primary turning on the laminated die in the step S01 by using a vertical lathe to ensure that the inner diameters of the four steel plates are concentric with the outer diameter of the stator core;

s03: firstly, measuring the diameter L1 of one group of steel plates by using an inside micrometer, and then measuring the distance L2 from the steel plates in the group to the outside diameter of the stator core by using an outside micrometer, wherein the diameter L1+ 2L 2 of the group of steel plates is the outside diameter data of the stator core;

s04: measuring the outer diameter data A2 of the stator core by using a pi ruler, and taking the difference value between the measurement data A2 of the pi ruler and the outer diameter data A1 of the stator core obtained in the step S03 as an error compensation value A3;

s05: in subsequent measurement processing, the outer diameter data A2 of the stator core is directly measured by using a pi ruler, the accurate outer diameter size of the stator core is obtained by adding the error compensation value A3 to the outer diameter data A2 of the stator core, and synchronous turning processing is carried out on the inner diameter of an annular formed by surrounding of a plurality of steel plates and the outer diameter of the stator core during each turning processing.

In the scheme, the connecting lines between the two groups of steel plates are arranged in a crossed manner.

In the above scheme, in the step S02, during the preliminary turning process, the outer circle of the stator core and the inner circle formed by the steel plate are synchronously turned and formed.

In the scheme, the four steel plates on the inner side wall of the laminating die are turned too many times, so that the four steel plates are continuously welded for machining measurement on the basis after being turned off.

In the above embodiment, in step S03, the diameters between the two sets of steel plates are measured to obtain two sets of diameters L1, and if the error between the two sets of diameters L1 is within 0.02mm, the diameter L1+2 × L2 of any one of the two sets of diameters may be used as the outer diameter data a1 of the stator core; if the error between the two groups of diameters L1 is larger than 0.02mm, measuring or detecting whether the outer diameter of the stator core processed by the vertical machine tool is concentric with the inner circle diameter formed by the surrounding of the four steel plates, and taking the measured value as the basis for calculating the outer diameter data A1 of the stator core until the error between the two groups of diameters L1 is within 0.02 mm.

In the above scheme, the stator core is a non-standard cylinder, and the outer diameter values of the stator core along the vertical direction are different.

In the above scheme, when the taper of the stator core is measured, the outer diameter data a2 at the upper and lower ends of the stator core is measured through a pi ruler, and an error compensation value A3 is added to obtain the outer diameter data D and the outer diameter data D, and then the height difference L between the upper and lower ends of the stator core is measured and substituted into a formula C ═ D/L to obtain the taper ratio, wherein C in the formula represents the taper ratio.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. four steel plates which are arranged in an annular mode are welded in the inner side wall of the existing laminating die, and after simple transformation, the outer diameter value of the large stator core after primary turning can be obtained through step-by-step accurate measurement by utilizing the existing inside micrometer and outside micrometer; the outer diameter of the stator core is preliminarily measured by utilizing the existing pi ruler, and then the error value of the specific pi ruler is obtained by comparing the measured outer diameter value with the measured accurate outer diameter value of the inner micrometer and the outer micrometer, so that the processed stator core is used for calibrating the pi ruler in a real object, when the outer diameter of the stator core is measured next time, the pi ruler can be directly used for measuring, and the error value is added to obtain the accurate outer diameter size; the inconvenience of measuring distribution by adopting an inside micrometer and an outside micrometer is avoided, and the rapid and accurate measurement of the outside diameter during the processing of the large motor stator core is realized by a simpler and more ingenious method;

2. when the processed stator core is a standard cylinder, if the two ends of the processed stator core are outwards protruded and the middle part of the processed stator core is inwards concave, the outer diameter of the middle concave part of the stator core is difficult to measure by using an inside micrometer, and accurate outer diameter values of all parts can be quickly obtained after the pi ruler is directly wound on the stator core to measure to obtain preliminary outer diameter data A2 and an error compensation value A3.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be further illustrated below with reference to specific embodiments, which are to be understood as merely illustrative and not limitative of the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that the terms "front," "back," "left," "right," "upper" and "lower" used in the following description refer to directions in the drawings, and the terms "inner" and "outer" refer to directions toward and away from, respectively, the geometric center of a particular component.

Example (b): referring to fig. 1-2, a method for measuring the outer diameter of a stator core of a large motor during processing comprises the following steps:

s01: assembling a stator core to be processed outside a laminated mold 1, fixedly connecting at least four steel plates 2 corresponding to the stator core in the laminated mold 1, and enabling the four steel plates 2 to be annularly arranged on the inner side wall of the laminated mold 1, wherein every two of the four steel plates 2 form a group, and connecting lines among the groups of steel plates 2 all pass through the circle center of the stator core; referring to fig. 1, a stator core is located between pressure plates 3 at the upper and lower ends of a laminating die 1; referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the connecting lines between the two sets of steel plates 2 are arranged in a crisscross manner;

s02: performing primary turning on the laminated die 1 in the step S01 by using a vertical lathe, and ensuring that the inner diameters of the four steel plates 2 are concentric with the outer diameter of the stator core; during machining, the two parts can be subjected to meter making and alignment by adopting the existing method, and during primary turning machining, the outer circle of the stator core and the inner circle formed by the steel plate 2 in a surrounding mode are synchronously turned and molded after clamping, so that the two parts can be concentric during each machining;

s03: firstly, measuring the diameter L1 of one group of steel plates 2 by using an inside micrometer, and then measuring the distance L2 from the steel plates 2 in the group to the outside diameter of the stator core by using an outside micrometer, wherein the diameter L1+ 2L 2 of the group of steel plates 2 is the outside diameter data of the stator core; preferably, the diameters between the two sets of steel plates 2 are measured respectively to obtain two sets of diameters L1, and if the error between the two sets of diameters L1 is within 0.02mm, the diameter L1+2 × L2 of any one of the two sets of diameters is used as the outer diameter data a1 of the stator core; when the precision requirement is high, the error between the two groups of diameters L1 is preferably 0.01 mm;

if the error between the two groups of diameters L1 is larger than 0.02mm, firstly, the use method or reading of the inside micrometer is wrong, and secondly, the outside diameter of the stator core processed by the vertical machine tool and the four steel plates 2 surround to form the eccentricity of the inner circle diameter;

at the moment, the outer diameter of the stator core machined by the vertical machine tool needs to be measured again or whether the outer diameter of the inner circle formed by the surrounding of the four steel plates 2 is concentric or not is detected, and the outer diameter data A1 of the stator core is used as the basis for calculating the outer diameter data A1 until the error between two groups of diameters L1 is within 0.02mm during the measurement again;

the four steel plates 2 arranged here can obtain two groups of data during measurement, and the two groups of data are compared, so that the accuracy during measurement can be detected;

s04: measuring the outer diameter data A2 of the stator core by using a pi ruler, and taking the difference value between the measurement data A2 of the pi ruler and the outer diameter data A1 of the stator core obtained in the step S03 as an error compensation value A3;

s05: in subsequent measurement and processing, the outer diameter data A2 of the stator core is directly measured by using a pi ruler, the accurate outer diameter size of the stator core is obtained by adding the outer diameter data A2 of the stator core to an error compensation value A3, and the annular inner diameter formed by the plurality of steel plates 2 around and the outer diameter of the stator core are synchronously turned at each turning processing;

after the four steel plates 2 on the inner side wall of the laminating die 1 are turned off due to too many turning times, the four steel plates 2 are continuously welded for processing measurement on the basis;

four steel plates which are arranged in an annular mode are welded in the inner side wall of the existing laminating die, and after simple transformation, the outer diameter value of the large stator core after primary turning can be obtained through step-by-step accurate measurement by utilizing the existing inside micrometer and outside micrometer; the outer diameter of the stator core is preliminarily measured by utilizing the existing pi ruler, and then the error value of the specific pi ruler is obtained by comparing the measured outer diameter value with the measured accurate outer diameter value of the inner micrometer and the outer micrometer, so that the processed stator core is used for calibrating the pi ruler in a real object, when the outer diameter of the stator core is measured next time, the pi ruler can be directly used for measuring, and the error value is added to obtain the accurate outer diameter size; the inconvenience of measuring distribution by adopting an inside micrometer and an outside micrometer is avoided, and the rapid and accurate measurement of the outside diameter during the processing of the large motor stator core is realized by a simpler and more ingenious method;

in addition, when the outer diameter of the stator core of the standard cylinder is measured, two vertically arranged rods can be respectively fixed at two ends of the periphery of the stator core in the diameter direction, a plurality of inside micrometers are spliced together, and the distance between the two rods is measured to be the outer diameter value; however, if the stator core is a non-standard cylinder, the outer diameter values of the stator core along the vertical direction are different, if the two ends of the stator core protrude outwards and the middle part of the stator core is concave, the two rods are difficult to be placed in the middle of the concave part of the stator core in a propping manner, and the outer diameter of the concave part in the middle of the stator core is difficult to measure by using an inside micrometer, and the accurate outer diameter values of the stator core can be quickly obtained by directly winding a pi ruler around the stator core to measure to obtain initial outer diameter data A2 and adding an error compensation value A3.

The method can rapidly measure the outer diameter value of the stator core and can also rapidly measure the taper of the stator core, particularly a nonstandard stator core, and whether the stator core meets the processing requirements or not or whether the problem exists in vertical lathe processing or not can be checked through calculation of the taper; specifically, when the taper of the stator core is measured, firstly, the outer diameter data A2 at the upper end and the lower end of the stator core are measured through a pi ruler, and an error compensation value A3 is added to obtain outer diameter data D and outer diameter data D respectively, then, the height difference L of the upper end and the lower end of the stator core is measured and is substituted into a formula C which is (D-D)/L to obtain the taper ratio, and C in the formula represents the taper ratio.

The technical means disclosed in the invention scheme are not limited to the technical means disclosed in the above embodiments, but also include the technical scheme formed by any combination of the above technical features. It should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present invention, and such improvements and modifications are also considered to be within the scope of the present invention.
