the waste material frame (10), the waste material frame (10) is arranged on the second mounting blocks (11) on two sides;

the first sliding chutes (12), the first sliding chutes (12) are respectively arranged at two sides of the waste material frame (10);

the scraping plates (13) are arranged in the first sliding chutes (12) on two sides in a sliding manner;

and the second sliding chutes (14) are respectively arranged at the other two sides of the waste material frame (10).

Background

The ice cream, also called ice cream, is a frozen food with expanded volume which is prepared by using drinking water, milk powder, cream, sugar and the like as main raw materials and adding a proper amount of food additives through the processes of mixing, sterilizing, homogenizing, aging, congealing, hardening and the like, has delicate, smooth, cool and various tastes and various designs, is an important component of summer cold drinks, and is a good food for cooling and removing summer heat which is usually selected by people in summer when the ice cream is used.

At present, people produce ice cream in an automatic mode, firstly, an ice cream stick is placed in a mold for making ice cream, and then an ice cream raw material is made and molded through the mold, so that the ice cream stick can be arranged in the middle of one side of the ice cream and is convenient for people to take.

Therefore, it is necessary to design a device for mass production of ice cream bar which can clean the conveying device while the ice cream bar is produced.

In one embodiment, the pressing mechanism comprises: the first bearing seat is arranged on one side, close to the first supporting plate, of the upper part of the base; the first rotating shaft is arranged between an output shaft of the servo motor and the first bearing seat; the first support rods are uniformly arranged on one side, close to the first bearing seat, of the upper part of the base, and the number of the first support rods is four; the material box is arranged on the first supporting rod; the second bearing seat is arranged at the upper part of the servo motor; the worm is rotatably arranged in the second bearing seat; a first transmission assembly disposed between the worm and the first shaft; the lower pressing plate is arranged in the material box in a sliding manner; the hexagonal nut is embedded in the middle of the lower pressing plate; the first mounting block is arranged on the inner side of the material box; the screw rod is rotatably arranged on the first mounting block; the worm wheel is arranged on the upper part of the screw rod and is meshed with the worm; the pan feeding mouth, the pan feeding mouth is seted up in one side of workbin.

In one embodiment, the cutting mechanism comprises: the fourth bearing seat is arranged on one side, close to the first bearing seat, of the upper part of the base; the fifth bearing seat is arranged on one side, close to the fourth bearing seat, of the upper part of the base; the third rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the fifth bearing seat; a second transmission assembly disposed between the third shaft and the first shaft; the second supporting rod is arranged on the upper parts of the first bearing seat and the fourth bearing seat respectively; the first sliding rails are respectively arranged at the upper parts of the second supporting rods at two sides; the cutter is arranged in the first sliding rails on the two sides in a sliding manner; the first springs are symmetrically arranged on one side of the cutter, which is far away from the first rotating shaft, and the first springs on the two sides are respectively connected with the first sliding rails on the two sides; and the poking plate is arranged on the third rotating shaft and is matched with the cutter.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the invention achieves the effect of cleaning the conveying device while producing the ice cream;

2. the waste material frame is contacted with the conveying device, and the waste material frame can scrape the ice cream residues on the conveying device in the process of moving the ice cream bar by the conveying device, so that the effect of cleaning the conveying device while producing can be realized;

3. through the slight collision of the third support rod and the sliding block, the ice cream on the conveying device can be vibrated, and the ice cream is prevented from being stuck on the conveying device.
