A sealed rotary joint of a reactor comprises a fixed part (1) and a rotating part (2), wherein the fixed part (1) is connected with the rotating part (2) through a rotating structure, and one end of the rotating part (2) is positioned on the inner side of the fixed part (1), and is characterized in that a material inlet (3), an air inlet (4) and a water inlet (5) are arranged on the fixed part (1), and a water outlet (6), an air outlet (7) and a material outlet (8) are arranged on the rotating part (2); fixed part (1) center is equipped with fixed material passageway (9), rotating part (2) center be equipped with fixed material passageway swivelling joint's rotatory material passageway (10), material import (3) and fixed material passageway (9), rotatory material passageway (10), material export (8) intercommunication.

The invention relates to the technical field of rotary joints, in particular to a sealed rotary joint of a reactor.

Background

In the process of cooling liquid sulfur into solid particles, a sulfur granulation device is needed, and the currently mainstream sulfur granulation device is a sulfur granulation tower, a sulfur rotary drum granulator, a sulfur underwater granulator, a sulfur flaker and a rotary sulfur granulator.

Wherein the working principle of the sulfur rotary drum granulator is as follows: the liquid sulfur recovered by the desulfurization device is stored in a liquid sulfur pool, conveyed by a liquid sulfur pump and conveyed into a rotary drum of a granulator through a filter. The liquid sulfur pool is internally provided with a submerged pump which is provided with a frequency converter and is provided with a liquid sulfur flowmeter on a pipeline so as to adjust and monitor the flow of the liquid sulfur. The liquid sulfur pump conveys the liquid sulfur from the liquid sulfur pool through a filter to a liquid sulfur main nozzle arranged in the roller, and the liquid sulfur is sprayed into the rotary drum through a plurality of spray heads arranged on the main nozzle to form a plurality of layers of fine sulfur particles. The cooling and spraying process is performed continuously along the axis of the drum. The whole sulphur roller granulation process is completed in a continuously running roller, after liquid sulphur is introduced into a liquid flow nozzle arranged in the roller, solid seed particles are firstly produced and introduced at one end of the roller, and the seed particles are gradually enlarged in the rotating roller through repeated processing processes of lifting, scattering, spraying and cooling for a plurality of times to become products with required particle size and are discharged from the other end of the roller.

The cooling medium for drum granulation is air and water mist, but in the rotating process, air or water cannot be added in time, the machine operation can only be suspended, and then air and water are added inwards, so that the working efficiency is seriously influenced.

Preferably, the periphery of the rotating material channel is hermetically connected with a gas channel, the outer wall of the gas channel, which is close to the gas inlet, is provided with a vent hole, the gas inlet is communicated with the gas channel through the vent hole, and the gas channel is communicated with the gas outlet.

Preferably, the periphery of the gas channel is hermetically connected with a water pipe, a water through hole is formed in the position, close to the water inlet, of the water pipe, the water inlet is communicated with the water pipe through the water through hole, and the water pipe is communicated with the water outlet.

Preferably, the inner ends of the gas channel, the water pipe and the rotating end material channel are positioned in the fixing part, and the rotating material channel, the gas channel and the water pipe can rotate in the fixing part through the rotating structure.

The periphery of the rotating material channel 10 is hermetically connected with an air channel 11, the outer wall of the air channel 11 close to the air inlet 4 is provided with an air vent 12, the air inlet 4 is communicated with the air channel 11 through the air vent 12, and the air channel 11 is communicated with the air outlet 7.
