2. The box cover material shifting mechanism is in the working process: conveying the lipstick box cover to a feeding hole of a box cover material shifting mechanism through a box cover conveying mechanism; the material shifting motor rotates to sequentially drive a material shifting motor shaft, a material shifting induction sheet and a feeding wheel which are connected with the material shifting motor shaft to rotate; the feeding wheel rotates to drive the lipstick box cover of the feeding hole to be clamped into the groove of the feeding wheel; the lipstick box cover clamped into the groove of the feeding wheel moves along with the rotation of the feeding wheel; the feeding wheel rotates to a certain angle and then is separated from the lipstick box cover, and the lipstick box cover falls into the feeding hole of the box cover blanking slideway mechanism to complete the box cover material shifting process. Through the arrangement of the material shifting motor assembly, the feeding wheel and the box cover sensor, when the lipstick box cover is conveyed to the feeding hole of the box cover material shifting mechanism, the feeding wheel clamps the lipstick box cover of the feeding hole into the groove of the feeding wheel and drives the lipstick box cover to move to the feeding hole of the box cover blanking slideway mechanism to complete conveying of a single lipstick box cover; in the process of conveying the materials to be clamped into the lipstick box covers, because the grooves of the feeding wheels are matched with the sizes of the single lipstick box covers, each groove of the feeding wheels can be clamped into only one lipstick box cover, so that the lipstick box covers are separated into single bodies in the conveying process, and the certainty of the feeding quantity of each groove of the feeding wheels at one time is ensured; then, whether lipstick box covers exist in the grooves of the feeding wheels is confirmed through a box cover sensor, so that the number of the lipstick box covers is accurately known; and finally, the rotating speed of the feeding wheel can be controlled by controlling the rotation of the material shifting motor assembly, so that the feeding amount and the feeding speed of the lipstick box covers clamped in the grooves of the feeding wheel are controlled, and the feeding amount and the conveying speed of the lipstick box covers of the whole mechanism are controlled.

3. Lid blanking slide mechanism in the course of the work: the box cover shifting mechanisms respectively convey the lipstick box covers to the left and right side feeding ports of the box cover blanking slideway mechanism; the lipstick box cover slides down along the first sliding groove arc to enter the second sliding groove arc; the lipstick box cover slides down along the second chute arc and enters the third chute arc; the lipstick box cover slides along the third sliding groove arc and enters the box cover press-fitting jig to complete the sliding process of the lipstick box cover. By arranging the blanking slide way, the slide way chute is formed by three sections of bent arcs of a first chute arc, a second chute arc and a third chute arc, and the blanking process of the lipstick box cover is changed from straight line falling into curve falling; when the height of the conveying device from the box cover jig is higher, the space occupied by the slide chute can be greatly reduced through the turning of the curve, and the problem that the inclined plane is longer when the height of the conveying device from the box cover jig is higher is solved; simultaneously, the arc radius of a third sliding groove arc positioned at the tail end in the sliding groove is the largest, the slope of the lipstick box cover is gentle when the lipstick box cover slides downwards at the tail end, the speed of the lipstick box cover is reduced when the lipstick box cover slides downwards to the tail end, the lipstick box cover is guaranteed to be gentle when falling into the box cover jig, the lipstick box cover is prevented from popping out the box cover jig, and the accuracy of loading of the lipstick box cover is guaranteed.

4. The box cover pushing device is used in the working process: the box seat feeding mechanism feeds the lipstick box seat to the position above the box seat jacking mechanism, and the box cover blanking slideway mechanism blanks the lipstick box cover into the box cover press-fitting jig; the box seat upper ejection cylinder acts to drive the box seat upper ejection block to move upwards to lift the lipstick box seat above into the box seat upper ejection block positioning groove, and the box seat rear stop block end face is positioned behind the lipstick box seat; the first press-mounting cylinder drives the second press-mounting pushing module to move forwards; and the second press-fitting cylinder acts to drive the second press-fitting guide rod to pass through the guide hole of the box cover press-fitting jig to move forwards, and the second press-fitting guide rod pushes the head end face of the lipstick box cover to push the lipstick box cover and the lipstick box base together to complete the box cover push-fitting process. By arranging the box seat upper jacking mechanism and the box cover press-fitting mechanism, when the lipstick box cover and the lipstick box seat are pushed and installed, the second press-fitting guide rod is respectively utilized to push the end face of the head part of the lipstick box cover and the rear stop block of the box seat to block the rear end face of the lipstick box seat, so that the lipstick box cover and the lipstick box seat are pressed and installed; when the end face of the head of the lipstick box cover and the rear end face of the lipstick box base are pushed, the lipstick box cover and the lipstick box base bear the pressure in the length direction; the lipstick box cover and the lipstick box base are stressed by the compression rods in the length direction, and the hollow structures of the lipstick box cover and the lipstick box base can increase the inertia moment of the lipstick box cover and the lipstick box base so as to increase the compression strength of the lipstick box cover and the lipstick box base; compare when making the depression bar atress and bear radial direction pressure when lipstick lid and lipstick box seat are hollow and the bearing capacity is stronger, be difficult to take place to warp, can effectively avoid lipstick lid and lipstick box seat to damage because of the atress is great at the pushing away dress in-process.
