The working principle is as follows: the whole device is started and stopped by touching a touch screen control screen at a touch screen starting block 2, a remote controller in the touch screen starting block 2 is used for controlling a first small motor 12 and a first matching control module 13 so as to enable a derivation self-locking structure 18 and a gear transmission self-locking structure 27 to be closed or opened simultaneously, when the derivation self-locking structure 18 is closed, the first small motor 12 is controlled to rotate by the first matching control module 13 to drive a thread conduction rod 15 to generate torque, the torque is transmitted and derived to the derivation closed locking head 17 through the matching connection of the thread conduction rod 15 and the derivation closed locking head 17, the torque forms derivation power under the matching limit of a limit polished rod 16, the derivation closed locking head 17 follows the parallel displacement derived by the limit polished rod 16 to form closing until the device is completely inserted and passed through a self-locking anti-moving hole 9, and the output steering direction of the first matching positioning locking plate 10 is opposite when the device is opened, when the gear transmission self-locking structure 27 is closed, the second small motor 22 is controlled to rotate through the second matching control module 20, the rotating speed is reduced through the driving gear electric reduction gear transmission group 23 at the output end of the second small motor 22, and therefore, the too fast collision during direct conduction is avoided, the reduction gear transmission group 23 is meshed with the closed rack lock 25 and is matched with the sliding connection of the closed rack lock 25 and the derivation carrying block 24, so that when the reduction gear transmission group 23 conducts torque to the closed rack lock 25, the closed rack lock 25 is pushed to displace in the derivation carrying block 24 until the closed rack lock passes through the self-locking anti-moving hole 9 to form a closed state; when the steering wheel is reset to the initial position, one partition blade at the impeller 29 is located at the hall sensor 33, the magnetic field between the permanent magnet pieces 32 on the partition blade and the hall sensor 33 is amplified and then is led out through the wireless transceiver module 34 to enter the transmission digital display module 3, a processor inside the transmission digital display module 3 processes the signal to obtain the corresponding initial count, the initial count is zero, the initial count is led into the digital display module to be displayed, when the steering wheel main body 1 rotates, the permanent magnet pieces 32 pass through the hall sensor 33 to form angle acquisition, and the rotation angle is displayed at the transmission digital display module 3 after the transmission of the wireless transceiver module 34 and the processing of the processor.
