The feeding area consists of a fixed platform 301 and a manipulator 302 which rotates 360 degrees and is used for feeding, the manipulator 302 is fixed on the fixed platform 301, the lifting mechanisms 201 are fixed on the fixed platform 301, the manipulator 302 can freely rotate in a circular vegetable placing area surrounded by the lifting mechanisms 201, the manipulator 302 feeds and delivers the vegetables through two windows, the manipulator 302 operates through being electrically and movably connected with an electric cabinet 500, the electric cabinet 500 controls the manipulator 302 to operate, controls the manipulator 302 to move in the circular vegetable placing area, grabs a vegetable basket 203 on the lifting mechanism 201, sends the vegetables in the vegetable basket 203 to the cooking area 100, pours the vegetables in the vegetable basket 203 into a first frying pan 102 or a second frying pan 103, and returns the vegetable basket 203 with the poured vegetables to the lifting mechanism 201 which is closest to the window of the vegetable placing area 400 and is empty, and the robot arm 302 returns to the window at the cooking area 100 to feed the cooked dishes onto the dining table 401 of the meal delivery area 400.

As further shown in fig. 1, a vertical rotating shaft 106 is arranged on the lateral side of the dispensing table 105, the dispensing table 105 is fixed on the rotating shaft 106, the rotating shaft 106 is rotatably installed on the supporting table 101, a second servo motor for driving the rotating shaft 106 to rotate is arranged on the supporting table 101, the second servo motor is electrically and movably connected with the electric cabinet, a first connecting rod 107, a second connecting rod 108 and a connecting rod table 109 are arranged on the rotating shaft 106, the first connecting rod 107 and the second connecting rod 108 are arranged at the same height, the first connecting rod 107 and the second connecting rod 108 are arranged above the dish placing protection assistor 116, the dish placing protection assistor 116 prevents the first connecting rod 107 and the second connecting rod 108 from rotating when the rotating shaft 106 rotates, the distance between the first connecting rod 107 and the second connecting rod 108 forms an included angle α, the connecting rod table 109 is arranged above the first connecting rod 107, and the connecting rod table 109 is arranged between the first connecting rod 107 and the second connecting rod 108, the first connecting table 107 and the second connecting rod 108 form an included angle alpha so as to facilitate the mutual noninterference of the work between the first connecting table 107 and the second connecting rod 108, and meanwhile, the connecting rod table 109 is arranged between the first connecting rod 107 and the second connecting rod 108 so as to prevent the interference of the first connecting rod 107 and the second connecting rod 108, so that the respective work of the first connecting rod 107, the second connecting rod 108 and the connecting rod table 109 is facilitated; the tail end of the first connecting rod 107 is provided with a high-pressure jet pot washer 110, when the rotating shaft 106 rotates, a nozzle of the pot washer 110 is opposite to the corresponding first frying pan 102 and the corresponding second frying pan 103, one side of the bottom of the first connecting rod 107, which is close to the pot washer 110, is provided with a second electric cylinder, the bottom of a piston rod of the second electric cylinder is provided with an electric brush for washing the pot, when the pot needs to be washed, the electric cabinet 500 controls the rotating shaft 106 to rotate, the pot washer 110 on the first connecting rod 107 is rotated above the first frying pan 102 or the second frying pan 103, meanwhile, the electric cabinet 500 controls the piston rod on the second electric cylinder to move downwards, the electric brush extends into the frying pan, the electric cabinet 500 controls the electric brush to rotate for brushing, meanwhile, the pot washer 110 sprays water under high pressure for cleaning, and after cleaning, the electric cabinet 500 controls the swing motor 115 to rotate, the sewage in the first frying pan 102 or the second frying pan 103 is poured into a sewage draining port, the tail end of the second connecting rod 108 is provided with a pan cover 111 corresponding to the first frying pan 102 and the second frying pan 103, the tail end of the second connecting rod 108 is provided with a first electric cylinder 113, a piston connecting rod of the first electric cylinder 113 is connected with the top of the pan cover 111, the first electric cylinder 113 is electrically and movably connected with an electric cabinet 500, the first electric cylinder 113 controls the extension and retraction of the piston connecting rod through the electric cabinet 500 to enable the pan cover 111 to move up and down, the first electric cylinder 113 is arranged to cover the pan cover 111 on the first frying pan 102 and the second frying pan 103, the automation is realized, the working efficiency is improved, the connecting rod table 109 is provided with a plurality of sauce boxes 112, the bottom of the connecting rod table 109 is provided with a plurality of electric spray heads corresponding to the sauce boxes 112, and the electric spray heads are communicated with the sauce boxes, work as when pivot 106 rotates electric nozzle is corresponding with a frying pan 102 and No. two frying pans 103, electric nozzle and electric cabinet 500 electric property swing joint, electric nozzle passes through electric cabinet 500 control and sprays sauce material to corresponding a frying pan 102 and No. two frying pans 103 in, sets up electric nozzle and sprays sauce material, controls through electric cabinet 500 simultaneously, can select different sauce material according to the taste of difference, also can spray how much of the volume of sauce material through electric cabinet 500 control electric nozzle simultaneously for the dish in the frying pan is fit for ordering personnel's own taste.

Further, the installation heights of the inductive switches on each lifting mechanism 201 are consistent, so that the adjustment of the manipulator 302 is facilitated, excessive program control is not needed, and the working efficiency is improved.

As further shown in fig. 1, the manipulator 302 is disposed at a position of a center point of a circular dish placing area surrounded by the lifting mechanisms 201, and the manipulator 302 is disposed at the position of the center point of the circular dish placing area, so that the operation efficiency is improved, the manipulator 302 can be conveniently operated, and the occurrence of collision caused by unbalanced stroke is prevented.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

the ordering personnel scans the two-dimensional code/AAP through a touch screen display or a wireless end on the electric cabinet 500, after receiving information, a main control panel on the electric cabinet 500 controls a mechanical arm 302 on the feeding area 300 to operate, the mechanical arm 302 grabs a basket 203 which is already placed on the lifting mechanism 201 of the dish placing area 200, the mechanical arm 302 sends the grabbed basket 203 to the dish cooking area 100, dishes in the basket 203 are poured into the first frying pan 102 or the second frying pan 103 through a window at the dish cooking area 100 to be turned over, at the moment, the electric cabinet 500 controls the swing motor 115 to swing the frying pan, the electric cabinet 500 controls the second servo motor to rotate, the second servo motor drives the rotating shaft 106, when an electric spray head on the connecting rod platform 109 of the rotating shaft 106 is opposite to the first frying pan 102 or the second frying pan 103, the rotating shaft 106 stops rotating, the electric spray head is controlled by the electric cabinet 500 to spray sauce to the first frying pan 102 or the second frying pan 103, after the sauce is put, the electric cabinet 500 controls the rotating shaft 106 to rotate, the electric spray head on the connecting rod platform 109 is moved to be opened, similarly, when the pan cover 111 is needed, the rotating shaft 106 is rotated to rotate the pan cover 111 to the position corresponding to the first frying pan 102 or the second frying pan 103, the first electric cylinder 113 is started to move the pan cover 111 downwards, at the moment, the first frying pan 102 or the second frying pan 103 is in a non-swinging state, and the pan cover 111 covers the first frying pan 102 or the second frying pan 103; the manipulator 302 sends the empty vegetable basket 203 to the lifting mechanism 201 which is closest to the meal outlet area 400 and is used for placing the empty vegetable basket, and then the manipulator 302 grabs the empty plate 206 and places the empty plate under the first frying pan 102 or the second frying pan 103;

after the dishes in the first frying pan 102 or the second frying pan 103 are cooked, the electric cabinet 500 controls the swing motor 115 to rotate to the maximum angle, the dishes in the pans are poured out to the empty pan, and the manipulator 302 sends the cooked dishes to the dining table 401 of the food outlet area 400 to wait for the ordering personnel to take the dishes.

When the pot needs to be washed, the electric cabinet 500 controls the rotating shaft 106 to rotate, the pot washer 110 on the first connecting rod 107 is rotated to the position above the first frying pan 102 or the second frying pan 103, meanwhile, the piston rod on the electric cabinet 500 controls the second electric cylinder to move downwards, the electric brush is stretched into the frying pan, the electric cabinet 500 controls the electric brush to rotate to scrub, meanwhile, the pot washer 110 sprays water through high pressure to clean, after the washing is finished, the electric cabinet 500 controls the swing motor 115 to rotate, and sewage in the first frying pan 102 or the second frying pan 103 is poured into the sewage discharge port.
