Technical Field

The invention relates to a safe construction method under the conditions of high content of harmful gas and oxygen deficiency, in particular to a safe construction method for modifying a lining of a chemical petroleum pipeline.

Background

The chemical petroleum pipeline system, i.e. the pipeline system for transporting petroleum and petroleum products, is mainly composed of oil pipeline, oil transportation station and other auxiliary related equipments, is one of the main equipments in petroleum storage and transportation industry, and is also the most main transportation equipment for crude oil and petroleum products.

At present, chemical petroleum pipelines in China are mostly single-layer steel pipes, and petroleum contains a large amount of corrosive media such as H2S, the problem of corrosion perforation is always faced for many years, and meanwhile, oil liquid in the chemical petroleum pipeline flows to generate certain abrasion and corrosion, so that eccentric wear, corrosion and scaling are generated in the steel pipe, the damage of the chemical petroleum pipeline is further aggravated, and leakage is caused.

Therefore, at present, the domestic chemical and petroleum pipelines are subjected to large-scale lining modification engineering, namely, the lining layer with a strong protection effect is additionally arranged in the original steel pipe. The current inner liner layer is generally composed of a coating layer, a hollow layer and a glass fiber reinforced plastic layer from inside to outside. Because the work of inner liner transformation is comparatively complicated, consequently when carrying out the inner liner transformation, must be gone down in the chemical industry petroleum pipeline by the staff in person and be under construction. It is known that chemical petroleum pipelines are in a sealed environment for a long time during oil transportation, so that the air environment in the chemical petroleum pipelines is very severe, and when workers construct the pipelines, the pipelines are not only damaged by harmful gases, but also lack of oxygen. At present, the commonly adopted method is to firstly evacuate petroleum in the section to be maintained, then introduce air into the petroleum, and finally carry out construction by workers. Because the length of the section to be maintained is usually longer, harmful gas and an oxygen-deficient environment in the section to be maintained cannot be thoroughly cleared, and therefore the construction mode has great potential safety hazards.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a safe construction method for modifying a lining of a chemical petroleum pipeline, and aims to solve the problem of high potential safety hazard in the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the invention continuously discharges air into the section to be maintained, continuously improves the air quality in the section to be maintained, simultaneously, workers carry oxygen breathing equipment to enter the oxygen breathing equipment for working, and breathe by the oxygen provided by the oxygen breathing equipment without sucking air in a pipeline, thereby not only adapting to an anoxic environment, but also avoiding the harm of harmful gas.

For further understanding of the present invention, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples, which are provided for illustration of the present invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, in order to increase the oil transportation amount as much as possible, the diameter of the chemical petroleum pipeline is often very large, and workers can enter the chemical petroleum pipeline to perform routine maintenance on the chemical petroleum pipeline. In addition, in order to maintain the chemical petroleum pipeline, maintenance windows 2 are usually arranged on the chemical petroleum pipeline at intervals. Meanwhile, referring to fig. 2, at present, the domestic chemical petroleum pipelines are subjected to large-scale lining transformation engineering, namely, the lining layer with a strong protection effect is additionally arranged in the original steel pipe 7. The current inner liner generally consists of a coating layer 3, a hollow layer 4 and a glass fiber reinforced plastic layer 5 from inside to outside.

The invention discloses a safe construction method for modifying a liner of a chemical petroleum pipeline, which comprises the following steps:

a. closing the oil passage, namely stopping oil supply, and emptying the product oil and the remnants in the section 1 to be maintained;

b. continuously introducing air into the section to be maintained 1 by using an air pump or other equipment, so that the quality of the air in the section to be maintained 1 is continuously improved; normally, the introduced air enters from one maintenance window 2 and is exhausted from the adjacent maintenance window 2 with the harmful gas.

c. In order to ensure safety, maintenance personnel usually need to carry the oxygen breathing equipment 6 into the section 1 to be maintained to carry out construction operation after the air pump works for a certain time.

In order to ensure sufficient oxygen supply, the oxygen breathing equipment 6 not only comprises an oxygen breathing equipment body, namely a common oxygen bottle, an oxygen bag or an oxygen pump, but also comprises a detection unit for detecting the content of residual oxygen, a controller and an alarm unit, wherein the detection unit is connected with the oxygen breathing equipment body; and the controller is connected with the detection unit and the alarm unit (usually a buzzer) respectively. The detection unit detects the current oxygen content in the oxygen breathing equipment body in real time, and feeds back real-time data to the controller, and after the staff got into and waits to maintain the section for a certain time, the condition that oxygen content is not enough can appear certainly, and at this moment, the controller just can control alarm unit and send warning signal, reminds the staff to withdraw in time, thereby avoids the staff dangerous problem to appear.

The invention continuously discharges air into the section to be maintained 1, continuously improves the air quality in the section to be maintained 1, simultaneously, workers carry oxygen breathing equipment 6 to enter the air purifier for working, thereby not only adapting to anoxic environment, but also avoiding the harm of harmful gas.
