Background

1. In recent years, with the rapid development of industrial production, the problem of environmental pollution has been receiving general attention. With the continuous improvement of the technology for treating industrial pollution, the research of the photocatalytic technology, namely the photocatalytic degradation technology for pollutants by utilizing solar energy, on the aspect of environmental treatment is more and more intensive.

2. Another way to study photocatalysts is to find new photocatalysts. At present, the development of semiconductor compounds for photocatalysis is no longer to search for semiconductor compounds existing in nature, but tends to artificially synthesize semiconductor compounds such as CdLa2S4, etc., however, the photocatalytic efficiency of the compound used as photocatalyst is not high.

3. Therefore, there is a need to develop a composite photocatalyst which has good photocatalytic effect for reducing organic compound wastewater treatment.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention discloses a composite photocatalyst for organic compound wastewater treatment, which is prepared by synthesizing a composite photocatalyst matrix substance CdLa2S4 in one step by a hydrothermal method and preparing the composite photocatalyst with regular appearance by a calcination method.

To achieve the purpose, the invention provides a composite photocatalyst for preparing organic compound wastewater treatment, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: the composite photocatalyst comprises SiC and CdLa2S4, wherein the weight fraction of the SiC is 0.1-20% based on the weight of CdLa2S4, and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1. the preparation of CdLa2S4 comprises the following substeps:

(1-1) placing Cd (NO3) 2.4H 2O, La (NO3) 3.6H 2O and thiourea into water, wherein the molar amount of Cd (NO3) 2.4H 2O is the molar amount of Cd elements, the molar amount of La (NO3) 3.6H 2O is the molar amount of La elements, and the molar amount of thiourea is the molar amount of S elements, and the ratio of the molar amount of Cd (NO3) 2.4H 2O to the molar amount of La (NO3) 3.6H 2O to the molar amount of thiourea is Cd (NO3)24H2O: La (NO3) 3.6H 2O: thiourea ═ 1-2-3) (4: 8), and carrying out a constant temperature reaction at a high temperature of 100-170 ℃ to prepare a precipitate;

(1-2) separating the precipitate prepared in the step (1-1) from a reaction system, washing and drying to obtain a CdLa2S4 sample;

2. the preparation method of the composite photocatalyst SiC/CdLa2S4 comprises the following substeps:

(2-1) respectively weighing the CdLa2S4 prepared in the step (1) and SiC, mixing and grinding, and placing the ground mixed powder into a container containing a solvent;

(2-2) removing the solvent, drying, calcining at the temperature of 300-900 ℃, and cooling to obtain the composite photocatalyst SiC/CdLa2S 4.

Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps after the step (1) and before the step (2).

Pretreatment of SiC, the step comprising the substeps of:

(1) calcining SiC powder at the high temperature of 300-900 ℃, and then soaking in HF solution to prepare SiC suspension;

(2) and (2) separating the SiC suspension prepared in the step (1), and washing and drying the solid obtained by separation to prepare a SiC sample.

Preferably, in the step (1-1), the temperature is 120-165 ℃.
