4. slightly squeezing a sacculus 29 arranged in a left forceps handle and a right forceps handle of the taking forceps 2, wherein at the moment, fluid media (air, cleaning agents or liquid medicaments) in the sacculus respectively enter a first inlet 111 and a second inlet 112 through a first conveying pipe 25 and a second conveying pipe 22, then enter a cavity 18 in the pessary 1, enter a suction cup 12 through a one-way valve 181 for limiting the one-way passage of the fluid media (air, cleaning agents or liquid medicaments), releasing the suction of the suction cup 12 on the uterine wall, and separating the pessary 1 from the uterine neck wall;

5. slightly holding the taking forceps 2 to extrude the pessary 1 to the minimum and then withdrawing the pessary out of the vagina;

6. the switch button 211 on the upper outer side of the handle of the right pliers 21 of the taking-out pliers 2 is pressed, so that the first electromagnetic block 26 and the second electromagnetic block 23 which are electrically connected with the storage battery 210 below the switch button 211 lose magnetism after power failure;

7. the first electromagnetic block 26 and the second electromagnetic block 23 which lose magnetism are separated from the first electromagnetic block 26 and the second electromagnetic block 23 in the first fixing port 16 and the second fixing port 19 at the bottom of the pessary 1, and at the moment, the pessary 1 is separated from the taking forceps 2.
