Referring to fig. 1 to 13, an automatic bag replacing machine for dry-mixed mortar bag loading comprises a base 1 and a carrying frame 2, and further comprises a controller 3, a discharging top plate 4, a carrying column 5, a conveying mechanism 6 and a rotating mechanism 7, wherein the carrying frame 2 is arranged on the base 1 to support the discharging top plate 4, the carrying frame 2 is fixedly connected with the base 1, the controller 3 is arranged on one side of the top of the base 1, the discharging top plate 4 is arranged on the top of the carrying frame 2 and is fixedly connected with the carrying frame 2, the carrying column 5 is arranged on the base 1 and is fixedly connected with the base 1, the carrying column 5 is positioned under the discharging top plate 4, the conveying mechanism 6 is arranged on the base 1 beside the carrying column 5 to vertically convey mortar bags, the conveying mechanism 6 comprises a support 60, a driving assembly 61 and two sets of transmission devices 62, the support 60 is fixedly arranged on the base 1 and is positioned beside the controller 3, two sets of transmission 62 symmetry fixed settings are in support 60 top both sides, drive assembly 61 is fixed to be set up on base 1 and is located transmission 62 side, drive assembly 61 and two sets of transmission 62 fixed connection, rotary mechanism 7 sets up and is used for driving and change the mortar bag on a year post 5, rotary mechanism 7 includes rotating device 70 and four internal stay devices 71 of group, rotating device 70 sets up in the middle part of a year post and with a year post 5 sliding connection, four internal stay devices 71 of group are cyclic annular array and set up in rotating device 70's outer fringe and all with rotating device 70 fixed connection.

The two sets of the transmission devices 62 have the same structural size, each set of the transmission devices 62 includes a conveyor belt 620, a linkage belt 621, a first support seat 622, a second support seat 623, three sets of rollers 624 and a plurality of sets of support components 625, the first support seat 622 and the second support seat 623 are symmetrically and fixedly arranged at two ends of the top of the support 60, the three sets of the rollers 624 have the same structural size, one roller 624 rotates and is arranged at the top of the first support seat 622, the other two rollers 624 rotate and are arranged at the top and the bottom of the second support seat 623, a discharging seat 10 is arranged beside the first support seat 622, the discharging seat 10 is fixedly connected with the base 1, a limiting plate 626 is fixedly arranged at the same side of the first support seat 622 and the second support seat 623, a mounting box 627 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the first support seat 622, a proximity sensor 628 is fixedly arranged inside the mounting box 627, and the proximity sensor 628 is electrically connected with the controller 3, the first supporting seat 622 and the second supporting seat 623 provide carriers for the conveying belt 620, the linkage belt 621 and the three corresponding sets of rollers 624, the emptying seat 10 provides a bottom supporting carrier after dry-mixed mortar is tensioned, a limiting plate 626 arranged between the first supporting seat 622 and the second supporting seat 623 limits a moving cement bag so as to avoid deviation, when the cement bag approaches to the proximity sensor 628, the proximity sensor 628 transmits a signal to the controller 3, so that the controller 3 controls the inner supporting device 71 and closes the stepping motor 611.

Each roller 624 is provided with a first raceway 6240 and a second raceway 6241, the transmission belt is rotatably sleeved in the first raceway 6240 of the three sets of rollers 624, one side of the conveying belt 620 close to the second raceway 6241 is uniformly provided with a plurality of upright posts 6200, one ends of the plurality of upright posts 6200 are fixedly connected with the conveying belt 620, the linkage belt 621 is rotatably sleeved in the second raceway 6241 of the three sets of rollers 624, the other ends of the plurality of upright posts 6200 are fixedly connected with one side of the linkage belt 621, the other side of the linkage belt 621 is provided with a clamping track 6210, the exterior of the linkage belt 621 is provided with a plurality of through grooves 6211 communicated with the clamping track 6210, the plurality of abutting components 625 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of through grooves 6211, after the stepping motor 611 is started, the output shaft of the stepping motor 611 drives the rollers 624 at the bottoms of the two second supporting seats 623 to rotate through the rotating shaft 612, so that the rollers 624 drive the, because the column 6200 and the conveyor belt 620 are fixedly connected with the linkage belt 621, the conveyor belt 620 drives the linkage belt 621 to rotate through the column 6200, so that the linkage belts 621 on both sides drive the batch of cement bags to move forward in a standing manner, the conveyor belt 620 is sleeved in the first raceway 6240, and the linkage belt 621 is sleeved in the second raceway 6241, thereby facilitating the drive belt to drive the linkage belts 621 to synchronously rotate.

Each group of the abutting assemblies 625 comprises a lifting rod 6250, a pressure plate 6251 and a return spring 6252, one end of the lifting rod 6250 passes through the corresponding through groove 6211 and extends into the clamping channel 6210, the pressure plate 6251 is arranged in the clamping channel 6210 and fixedly connected with the lifting rod 6250, one end of the return spring 6252 is welded on the top of the inner wall of the clamping channel 6210, the other end of the return spring 6252 is welded on the pressure plate 6251, the return spring 6252 is sleeved on the lifting rod 6250 extending into the clamping channel 6210, the lifting rod 6250 is manually pulled, the lifting rod 6250 is matched with the corresponding return spring 6252 to lift the pressure plate 6251 at the bottom, two end openings of the corresponding cement bag are outwards turned to be placed in the clamping channels 6210 at two sides, and the lifting rod 6250 is released to enable the pressure plate 6251 to abut against the cement bag.

The driving assembly 61 includes a first base 610, a stepping motor 611, a rotating shaft 612 and a protection box 613, the first base 610 is fixedly disposed on the base 1 by bolts and located beside the second supporting set, the stepping motor 611 is horizontally and fixedly disposed on the first base 610, an output shaft of the first motor is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating shaft 612 by a coupling, the other end of the rotating shaft 612 is fixedly connected with corresponding rollers 624 at the bottoms of the two sets of second supporting seats 623, the protection box 613 is fixedly disposed at the top of the supporting seat 60 and located between the two sets of second supporting seats 623, the rotating shaft 612 passes through the protection box 613 and is rotatably connected with the protection box 613, the stepping motor 611 is electrically connected with the controller 3, when the stepping motor 611 is started, the output shaft of the stepping motor 611 drives the rotating shaft 612 to rotate by the coupling, because the rotating shaft 612 is fixedly connected with a pair of rollers 624 at the bottoms of the two second supporting seats 623, therefore, the shaft 612 drives the pair of rollers 624 to rotate, so that the pair of rollers 624 drives the conveyor belts 620 on both sides to rotate, and the protection box 613 protects the shaft 612 from twisting articles.

The two sides of the supporting column 5 are symmetrically provided with column holes 50, the bottom outside the supporting column 5 is fixedly provided with a loop 51, the rotating device 70 comprises a second base 700, a servo motor 701, a rotating rod 702, a chassis 703, a first end face annular rack 704, a second end face annular rack 705, a rotating cylinder column 706 and two groups of linkage assemblies 707, the second base 700 is fixedly arranged at the top of the discharging top plate 4 through bolts, the servo motor 701 is fixedly arranged on the second base 700 in an inverted state, an output shaft of the servo motor 701 is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating rod 702 through a coupler, the other end of the rotating rod 702 penetrates through the inside of the supporting column 5 to be rotatably connected with the base 1, the servo motor 701 is electrically connected with the controller 3, when the servo motor 701 is started, the output shaft of the servo motor 701 drives the rotating rod 702 to rotate through the coupler, the rotating rod 702 drives the chassis 703 inside the supporting column 5 to rotate, the chassis 703 in turn rotates the first end ring rack 704 fixed thereto, thereby preparing for subsequent use.

The chassis 703 is arranged in the middle inside the supporting column 5, the chassis 703 is fixedly connected with the rotating rod 702, the first end face circular rack 704 is fixedly arranged at the top of the outer edge of the chassis 703, the rotating cylinder 706 is sleeved outside the supporting column 5, the bottom of the rotating cylinder 706 is slidably connected with the loop 51, the second end face circular rack 705 is fixedly arranged at the top of the outer edge of the rotating cylinder 706, the first end face circular rack 704 and the second end face circular rack 705 are positioned in the same horizontal plane, one side of the supporting column 5 is provided with the 90-degree bending roller conveying frame 11, one side of the 90-degree bending roller conveying frame 11 is fixedly provided with the three-phase asynchronous motor 12, the output shaft of the three-phase asynchronous motor 12 is fixedly connected with the roller 624 inside the 90-degree bending roller conveying frame 11 through the coupler, the three-phase asynchronous motor 12 is electrically connected with the controller 3, and after the chassis 703 drives the first end face circular rack 704 to rotate, thereby first terminal surface ring rack 704 drives the bevel gear 7070 rotation of both sides to prepare for the subsequent handling, seal the packing when the cement bag and accomplish the back, fall into 90 degrees roller carriage 11 on, operation controller 3 starts three-phase asynchronous motor 12, and three-phase asynchronous motor 12 passes through the shaft coupling and drives the interior commentaries on classics roller of 90 degrees roller carriage 11 and rotate, thereby drives its conveyer belt transportation.

The two groups of linkage assemblies 707 have the same structure and size and are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the supporting column 5, each group of linkage assemblies 707 comprises a bevel gear 7070, a linkage shaft 7071 and a straight gear 7072, the bevel gear 7070 is arranged inside the supporting column 5, and the bevel gear 7070 is engaged with the first end face ring rack 704, one end of the coupling shaft 7071 is fixedly connected with the bevel gear 7070, and the other end of the coupling shaft 7071 passes through the corresponding shaft hole to be fixedly connected with the spur gear 7072, the straight gear 7072 is in meshed connection with the second end face ring gear 705, the bevel gears 7070 on two sides drive the corresponding straight gear 7072 to rotate through a coupling shaft 7071, therefore, the spur gears 7072 on the two sides drive the second end face ring rack 705 to rotate, the second end face ring rack 705 drives the rotary cylinder 706 to rotate, and the rotary cylinder 706 drives the four groups of internal support devices 71 to intermittently rotate, so that the internal support assembly 715 drives the cement bag to rotate.

Four groups of sliding holes 7060 are uniformly arranged at the top of the rotary cylinder 706 in an array, the four groups of sliding holes 7060 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with four groups of inner supporting devices 71, each group of inner supporting devices 71 comprises a lower supporting plate 710, an upper supporting plate 711, a fixing plate 712, a first push rod 713, a second push rod 714 and an inner supporting assembly 715, the lower supporting plate 710 is fixedly arranged at one side of the outer part of the rotary cylinder 706, the first push rod 713 is fixedly arranged on the lower supporting plate 710 in an upright manner, one end of the bottom of the upper supporting plate 711 is positioned in the corresponding sliding hole 7060, the upper supporting plate 711 is slidably connected with the rotary cylinder 706 through the sliding hole 7060, an output shaft of the first push rod 713 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the upper supporting plate 711, the fixing plate 712 is fixedly arranged at the top of the upper supporting plate 711, the second push rod 714 is fixedly arranged on the upper supporting plate 711 in an inverted manner, and the first push rod 713, the lower support plate 710 serves as a support carrier for the first push rod 713, the upper support plate 711 serves as a support carrier for the second push rod 714, when the output shaft of the first push rod 713 drives the upper support plate 711 to slide downwards from the sliding hole 7060, the fixing plate 712 serves as a fixing carrier for the second push rod 714.

The inner support assembly 715 is arranged at the bottom of the upper support plate 711, the inner support assembly 715 comprises an outer rod 7150, an inner rod 7151, two groups of sliding rods 7152 and two groups of inner support outer arms 7153, the top end of the outer rod 7150 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the upper support plate 711, the two groups of support outer arms are symmetrically hinged at two sides of the outer rod 7150, two opposite sides of the two groups of support outer arms are respectively provided with a sliding groove 7154, the output shaft of the second push rod 714 passes through the outer rod 7150 to be fixedly connected with the inner rod 7151, the inner rod 7151 is arranged between the two groups of inner support outer arms 7153, one ends of the two groups of sliding rods 7152 are symmetrically hinged at two sides of the inner rod 7151, the other ends of the two groups of sliding rods 7152 are respectively arranged in the corresponding sliding grooves 7154 in a sliding manner, when the cement bag moves to the proximity sensor 628, the proximity sensor 628 sends a signal to the controller 3, so that the controller 3 closes the stepping motor 611 and starts the first push rod 713, the upper support plate 711 drives the inner support component 715 to extend into the open cement bag, at this time, the output shaft of the second push rod 714 drives the inner rod 7151 to move downwards, the inner rod 7151 drives the slide bars 7152 with two sides hinged with the inner rod 7151 to slide in the slide grooves 7154 of the corresponding pair of inner support outer arms 7153, so as to support the pair of inner support outer arms 7153, and then the pair of inner support outer arms 7153 longitudinally support the cement bag, and the cement bag is automatically separated from the pressing plate 6251 and is pressed tightly.

The working principle is as follows: putting the batch of cement packaging bags into the protective box 613 from one side, manually pulling the lifting rod 6250, lifting the lifting rod 6250 by matching with the corresponding return spring 6252 to lift the pressure plate 6251 at the bottom, turning over the two ports corresponding to the cement bags and placing the two ports in the clamping tracks 6210 at the two sides, releasing the lifting rod 6250 to enable the pressure plate 6251 to tightly support the cement bags, operating the controller 3 to start the stepping motor 611 after the batch of cement bags are tightly supported, driving the rotating shaft 612 to rotate by the output shaft of the stepping motor 611 through the coupler, driving the two rollers 624 at the bottom of the two transmission devices 62 to rotate by the rotating shaft 612, synchronously driving the corresponding conveying belt 620 to rotate by the two rollers 624, driving the conveying belt 620 to rotate by the upright post 6200, driving the interlocking belts 621 at the two sides to drive the batch of cement bags to move forwards in an upright position, when the cement bags move to the proximity sensor 628, transmitting a signal to the controller 3 by the proximity sensor 628, thereby closing the stepping motor 611 and starting the first push rod, an output shaft of the first push rod 713 is matched with the sliding hole 7060 to drive the upper support plate 711 to move downwards, the upper support plate 711 drives the inner support component 715 to extend into the open cement bag, at the moment, an output shaft of the second push rod 714 drives the inner rod 7151 to move downwards, the inner rod 7151 drives the sliding rods 7152, two sides of which are hinged with the inner rod 7151, to slide in the sliding grooves 7154 of the corresponding pair of inner support outer arms 7153, so as to support the pair of inner support outer arms 7153, the cement bag is longitudinally supported by the pair of inner support outer arms 7153, the cement bag is automatically separated from the pressing plate 6251 to be tightly pressed, at the moment, the controller 3 is operated to open a switch of the servo motor 701, the output shaft of the servo motor 701 drives the rotating rod 702 to rotate, the rotating rod 702 drives the chassis 703 to rotate, the chassis drives the first end face ring rack 704 thereon to rotate, so that the first end face ring rack drives the bevel gears 7070 at two sides to rotate, therefore, the straight gears 7072 on the two sides drive the second end face ring rack 705 to rotate, the second end face ring rack 705 drives the rotary cylinder 706 to rotate, the rotary cylinder 706 drives the four groups of internal support devices 71 to intermittently rotate, the internal support assemblies 715 drive the cement bags to rotate, and the purpose of automatically replacing the cement bags is achieved.
