8. A method of paving a honeycomb type fabricated pavement according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the steps of:

1) unit prefabrication

Under the condition of 20-30 ℃, mixing raw materials of waste plastics, fillers, glass fibers, a flame retardant, a coupling agent and a lubricant according to the ratio of 60:20:10:5:3:2, respectively forming according to the structural requirements of a honeycomb type pavement top plate (6), a honeycomb type core plate (7) and a honeycomb type pavement bottom plate (8), demolding, and bonding and fixing the edges of the honeycomb type pavement top plate (6), the honeycomb type core plate (7) and the honeycomb type pavement bottom plate (8) from top to bottom to form a pavement unit module;

2) roadbed construction

The roadbed adopts a layered filling method, the compaction thickness is 15-20cm, and the modulus of the roadbed after compaction is not less than 50 MPa;

3) extended connection plate (3) arrangement

Clearing impurities on the compacted roadbed surface to ensure the roadbed surface to be smooth, and laying the expansion connecting plate (3) on the roadbed according to the design requirement and arranging the expansion connecting plate in order;

4) positioning installation

Placing the pavement unit modules between every two expansion connecting plates (3), aligning, and clamping the expansion connecting plates (3) into the expansion grooves;

Background

With the development of socio-economic, the traffic volume is larger and larger, and the requirements on a traffic network are higher and higher. Particularly in economically developed areas, the requirements on the speed of road construction and maintenance are very high, and the road construction is closely related to economic development. The prefabricated road plate is prefabricated in an industrial mode by the aid of the recycled engineering plastics on the assembled plastic pavement, and is installed on site, so that a new idea of a road structure form is provided, and construction and repair work of a road is completed quickly. However, the assembled plastic road slabs are independent from each other, and the integrity of the plastic road after construction is insufficient, so that an assembled honeycomb type assembled road surface joint setting method is needed to make the road slabs better related, enhance the load transfer capability of joints among the road slabs, reduce the stress concentration when loads act on corners of the road slabs, and improve the road performance of the assembled honeycomb type assembled road surface.

At present, the development of the assembly type plastic road in China is in a starting stage, and a seam setting method is a more rare research and has more defects. The main disadvantages are as follows:

1. the existing pavement joint arrangement mainly aims at the cement concrete pavement, and vehicle load is transmitted between panels by arranging pull rods and embedding extruded materials. Because the cement concrete can be cast and shaped at normal temperature on site, the joint mode can be better suitable for cement concrete pavements. The plastic material melting and forming process is complex, the requirement on production conditions is high, and the plastic pavement slab cannot be formed by arranging the pull rod and pouring on site, so the mode of arranging the pull rod dowel bar 1 is not suitable for the plastic pavement slab.

2. The existing assembled pavement usually adopts lapped tongue-and-groove seams, but the load transfer capability of the seam form is unstable, the difference of the load transfer capability possibly exists between adjacent boards, and the damage is easy to occur.

3. The joint form has excellent no load transfer capability and is convenient and fast to install for the assembled honeycomb type assembled pavement.

Aiming at the defects of the joint design of the existing assembly type honeycomb assembly type pavement, the invention provides a joint setting method for the assembly type honeycomb assembly type pavement, which adopts a novel combined joint to link plastic pavement plates into an effective whole, improves the load transfer capacity of the joint, enables the pavement plates to resist load cooperatively through the joint, reduces the stress concentration at the corners of the pavement plates, prolongs the service life of the pavement plates and creates a novel form of the joint of the plastic pavement.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the existing plastic assembly type pavement, the invention provides a honeycomb type assembly type pavement structure, which increases the load transfer capacity among pavement unit modules mainly by means of the matching of an expansion connecting plate 3 and a dowel bar 1, and improves the correlation among panel units and the pavement integrity.

Meanwhile, the invention also provides a paving method of the honeycomb type fabricated pavement.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

a honeycomb type fabricated pavement structure comprises a honeycomb type pavement top plate 6, honeycomb type core plates 7 and a honeycomb type pavement bottom plate 8 which are stacked from top to bottom, wherein the adjacent honeycomb type core plates 7 are connected through dowel bars 1, and the load between the corners of the adjacent honeycomb type pavement plates is dispersed through the dowel bars 1; the honeycomb type pavement bottom plates 8 are smaller than the bottoms of the honeycomb type core plates 7, so that expansion grooves are formed at the joints of the adjacent honeycomb type pavement bottom plates 8, the expansion connecting plates 3 are arranged in the expansion grooves, the expansion connecting plates 3 are vertically and tightly connected with the honeycomb type core plates 7, and the adjacent two honeycomb type core plates 7 are connected through the expansion connecting plates 3.

Further limiting, force transmission holes 2 are formed in the side walls of the honeycomb core plates 7, and the force transmission rods 1 are arranged in the force transmission holes 2 between the adjacent honeycomb core plates 7.

2) roadbed construction

The roadbed adopts a layered filling method, the compaction thickness is 15-20cm, and the modulus of the roadbed after compaction is not less than 50 MPa;

3) extended connection plate 3 arrangement

Clearing impurities on the compacted roadbed surface to ensure the roadbed surface to be smooth, and laying the expansion connecting plate 3 on the roadbed according to the design requirement and arranging the expansion connecting plate in order;

4) positioning installation

Placing the pavement unit modules between every two expansion connecting plates 3, aligning, and clamping the expansion connecting plates 3 into the expansion grooves;

5) dowel bar 1 arrangement

And (3) coating talcum powder or lubricant on the dowel bar 1 and placing the dowel bar to the side part of the unit module to connect every two pavement unit modules, dispersing the load between corners of the adjacent pavement unit modules, and repeatedly installing the dowel bar to the honeycomb type fabricated pavement to assemble.

And (5) the distance between the adjacent road surface unit modules in the assembled honeycomb type assembly type road surface in the step (5) is 5-10 mm.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the invention adopts the force transfer rod 1 and the expansion connecting plate 3 to be matched with each other to transfer the load between the road panels in a transverse and longitudinal shearing force mode, has good load transfer capacity, provides a temperature expansion and contraction space of the road panels, can effectively transfer the vehicle load to the adjacent road panels to ensure that the adjacent road panels bear the upper vehicle load together, reduces the damage of the road panels caused by the stress concentration of the vehicle load at the corners, simultaneously enlarges the bottom plate foundation of the road surface structure at the corners, reduces the corner stress concentration and the vertical displacement of the plate corners, and improves the road performance of the plastic road surface.

2. The pavement structure is formed by splicing, does not need to be formed by melting and casting, and is simple and convenient to construct.

3. The expansion connecting plate 3 of the invention positions and connects the honeycomb core plate 7 through the fixed connecting bolt 4, and connects two independent panel units into a whole, thereby improving the integrity and the assembly effect of the plastic pavement.

The technical solution of the present invention will be further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

The honeycomb type assembly type pavement structure comprises a honeycomb type pavement top plate 6, a honeycomb type core plate 7 and a honeycomb type pavement bottom plate 8 which are stacked from top to bottom, wherein the adjacent honeycomb type core plates 7 are connected through a dowel bar 1, and the load between the corners of the adjacent honeycomb type pavement plates is dispersed through the dowel bar 1; the honeycomb type pavement bottom plates 8 are smaller than the bottoms of the honeycomb type core plates 7, so that expansion grooves are formed at the joints of the adjacent honeycomb type pavement bottom plates 8, the expansion connecting plates 3 are arranged in the expansion grooves, the expansion connecting plates 3 are vertically and tightly connected with the honeycomb type core plates 7, and the adjacent two honeycomb type core plates 7 are connected through the expansion connecting plates 3.

The plane size of the honeycomb type pavement top plate 6 is (2-5m) × (2-5m) × (8-15cm), the plane size of the honeycomb type core plate 7 is (2-5m) × (2-5m) × (20-48cm), the side length of a honeycomb shape (regular hexagon) in the honeycomb type core plate 7 is 15-25cm, the wall thickness of the honeycomb shape in the honeycomb type core plate 7 is 4-8cm, and the plane size of the honeycomb type pavement bottom plate 8 is (2-5m) × (2-5m) × (4-8 cm). The whole honeycomb type assembly type road slab is prefabricated in a factory. The thickness ratio of the honeycomb type pavement top plate 6 to the honeycomb type core plate 7 to the honeycomb type pavement bottom plate 8 is preferably 1.5-3:5-10:1, so that the structural strength is better.

The paving method of the honeycomb type assembly type pavement is realized by the following steps:

1) unit prefabrication

Under the condition of 20-30 ℃, mixing the waste plastic, the filler, the glass fiber, the flame retardant, the silane coupling agent and the butyl stearate serving as the lubricant according to the ratio of 60:20:10:5:3:2, respectively forming according to the structural requirements of the honeycomb type pavement top plate 6, the honeycomb type core plate 7 and the honeycomb type pavement bottom plate 8, demolding, and bonding and fixing the edges of the honeycomb type pavement top plate 6, the honeycomb type core plate 7 and the honeycomb type pavement bottom plate 8 from top to bottom to form a pavement unit module;

2) roadbed construction

The roadbed adopts a layered filling method, the compaction thickness is 15-20cm, and the modulus of the roadbed after compaction is not less than 50 MPa;

3) extended connection plate 3 arrangement

The silane coupling agent of the present invention may be any one selected from the group consisting of vinyltrimethoxysilane, vinyltriacetoxysilane, gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, vinyltrichlorosilane, vinyltrimethoxysilane oligomer, and vinyltributoxyloxime silane.

The flame retardant is selected from hexabromocyclododecane or decabromodiphenylethane.
