The working process of the invention is as follows: the tray lifting mechanism A clamps and vertically lifts the tray 10, when the tray 10 approaches the tray pushing mechanism B, the tray pushing mechanism B sequentially pushes out tobacco packets in the tray 10 in two layers, when the tray 10 rises above the tray pushing mechanism B, the tray 10 is clamped by the tray withdrawing mechanism C, the tray lifting mechanism A releases the tray 10, and the tray withdrawing mechanism C horizontally withdraws the tray 10 and leaves a lifting channel of the tray 10.

The cigarette tray 10 used in the present invention is described in detail below, the whole cigarette tray 10 is in the shape of a flat rectangular frame, when the rectangular frame is placed vertically, one side of the rectangular frame is open, a vertical hollow channel is arranged on the opposite side of the open side, and a tray lifting clamping groove 12 and a tray returning clamping groove 11 are respectively arranged on the vertical two sides.
