s1, peeling the sugarcane by a sugarcane cutting and peeling machine (1); spraying the peeled sugarcane by a spraying device;

s2, conveying the sugarcane to a sugarcane stirring and juicing machine (3) through a conveying device (2) to realize stirring and juicing; controlling the driving device (313) to enable the rotation speed of the sugarcane stirring and crushing roller (34) and the sugarcane juicing roller (35) to be 50-80 r/min;

s3, delivering juice into the neutralization cylinder (4) through the first liquid drawing pump (310), and adding a cleaning agent to the neutralization cylinder (4) through the detergent adding device (5); the cleaning agent adopts lime, phosphoric acid and sulfur dioxide; starting the stirring device (41) to fully stir and mix the juice and the detergent;

s4, conveying the mixed juice into a heating cylinder (6) through a first booster pump (21), and heating through a heating device arranged at the bottom of the heating cylinder (6) to enable the temperature in the heating cylinder (6) to be 120-175 ℃; and removing foam by a foam remover (7) above the heating cylinder (6);

s5, conveying the heated juice to a sedimentation tank (8) through a second booster pump (22) to precipitate the juice;

s6, conveying the settled supernatant juice to a filtering device (9) through a third booster pump (23) to filter the juice;

s7, delivering the filtered juice into an evaporation concentration device (10) through a fourth booster pump (24) for cooking and concentration, and finally obtaining the red syrup.

Technical Field

The invention relates to preparation of brown sugar, in particular to a brown sugar processing device and a brown sugar processing technology.

Background

It is known that: the brown sugar refers to sugarcane finished sugar with honey, and the sugarcane is juiced and concentrated to form the honey. Brown sugar is divided into tablet sugar, brown sugar powder, bowl sugar and the like according to different crystal particles, almost all components in cane juice are contained due to no high refining, besides the functions of sugar, the brown sugar also contains vitamins and trace elements such as iron, zinc, manganese, chromium and the like, and the nutrient content is much higher than that of white sugar.

The brown sugar is prepared by chopping and rolling harvested sugarcane, removing impurities such as soil, bacteria and fibers from the squeezed juice, then decocting the sugarcane with slow fire for 5-6 hours, continuously stirring to evaporate water slowly, so that the concentration of sugar is gradually increased, and high-concentration syrup is solidified into solid blocks after cooling.

The ancient method for preparing the brown sugar generally realizes each process step manually, so the efficiency is lower, and the impurities contained in the brown sugar prepared by the ancient method are not thoroughly removed, and the quality is poorer.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a brown sugar processing device which can improve the production efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the quality of brown sugar.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the brown sugar processing device comprises a sugarcane cutting and peeling machine, a sugarcane conveyor, a sugarcane crushing and juicing machine, a neutralizing cylinder, a detergent adding device, a heating cylinder, a bubble removing device, a sedimentation tank, a filtering device and an evaporation and concentration device;

the sugarcane crushing juicer comprises a machine body; a feeding port is arranged above the machine body; the body is provided with an inner cavity; the upper part of the inner cavity is provided with an even number of sugarcane stirring and crushing rollers with mutually parallel axes;

the lower part of the inner cavity is provided with an even number of sugarcane juicing rollers with mutually parallel axes; the lower end of the machine body is provided with a funnel-shaped liquid outlet cavity; two filter screens are arranged in the funnel-shaped liquid outlet cavity; the two filter screens are arranged in an inverted V shape;

slag outlets are formed in the two sides of the upper end of the funnel-shaped liquid outlet cavity; one end of the filter screen extends to the slag outlet; a filter tank is arranged at the lower end of the liquid outlet cavity; a filter plate is arranged in the filter tank; a first liquid pump is arranged on one side of the filter tank;

a driving device is arranged on one side of the machine body; the driving device is in transmission connection with the gearbox; one end of the sugarcane stirring and crushing roller is provided with a first rotating gear; one end of the cane-juice squeezing roller is provided with a second rotating gear;

two adjacent sugarcane stirring and crushing rollers are in transmission connection through a first rotating gear; two adjacent sugarcane juicing rollers are in transmission connection through a second rotating gear; the first rotating wheel and the second rotating gear are in transmission connection with the gearbox respectively;

the liquid outlet pipe of the first liquid pump is communicated with the upper end of the neutralization barrel; a stirring device is arranged in the neutralizing cylinder; a detergent adding device is arranged above the neutralizing cylinder;

the heating cylinder is communicated with the sedimentation tank through a second booster pump; a third booster pump is arranged on one side of the sedimentation tank; the sedimentation tank is communicated with the filtering device through a third booster pump; a fourth booster pump is arranged at the bottom of the filtering device; and the filter device conveys clear juice into the evaporation concentration device through a fourth booster pump.

Further, a liquid outlet pipe of the fourth booster pump is connected with a main conveying pipe; the conveying main pipe is provided with at least two side pipes; the side pipe is provided with an electromagnetic valve; the side pipe is connected with the evaporation concentration device.

Further, the heating device adopts a resistance heating device or a steam heating device.

Further, the sedimentation tank is a three-level sedimentation tank and comprises a first-level sedimentation tank, a second-level sedimentation tank and a third-level sedimentation tank; the primary sedimentation tank, the secondary sedimentation tank and the tertiary sedimentation tank are communicated in sequence; the primary sedimentation tank is higher than the secondary sedimentation tank; the second-level sedimentation tank is higher than the third-level sedimentation tank.

Further, the bubble remover comprises a cover body; the cover body is provided with an inner cavity; the bottom of the inner cavity is sealed, and a bubble suction cylinder is arranged in the inner cavity; the lower end of the foam suction cylinder penetrates through the bottom of the inner cavity; the upper end of the foam suction cylinder extends to the upper part of the inner cavity of the cover body;

an air extractor is arranged at the top of the cover body; the air extractor is provided with an air extraction pipe; flow guide pipes are arranged on two sides of the cover body; one end of the backflow pipe is communicated with the air exhaust pipe; the other end is communicated with the top of the inner cavity of the cover body;

the lower end of the cover body is sleeved at the upper end of the heating cylinder; the bubble suction cylinder extends into the heating cylinder; the lower end of the foam suction cylinder is a horn mouth.

Further, the filter device comprises a filter cartridge; at least two layers of filter plates are arranged in the filter cylinder; a liquid distribution device is arranged above the filter cylinder; the liquid distribution device comprises a liquid supplement body; and a plurality of liquid supplementing heads which are uniformly and respectively arranged along the circumference are arranged below the liquid supplementing body.

The invention also discloses a brown sugar preparation process, which comprises the following steps:

s1, peeling the sugarcane by a sugarcane cutting and peeling machine; spraying the peeled sugarcane by a spraying device;

s2, conveying the sugarcane to a sugarcane crushing and juicing machine through a conveying device to realize crushing and juicing; controlling the driving device to enable the rotation speed of the sugarcane stirring and crushing roller and the sugarcane juicing roller to be 50-80 r/min;

s3, delivering juice into the neutralizing barrel through the first liquid drawing pump, and adding a cleaning agent into the neutralizing barrel through a cleaning agent adding device; the cleaning agent adopts lime, phosphoric acid and sulfur dioxide; starting a stirring device to fully stir and mix the juice and the detergent;

s4, conveying the mixed juice into a heating cylinder through a first booster pump, and heating through a heating device arranged at the bottom of the heating cylinder to enable the temperature in the heating cylinder to be 120-175 ℃; and removing the foam through a bubble remover above the heating cylinder;

s5, conveying the heated juice to a sedimentation tank through a second booster pump, and settling the juice;

s6, conveying the settled supernatant juice to a filtering device through a third booster pump to filter the juice;

and S7, conveying the filtered juice into an evaporation concentration device through a fourth booster pump for cooking concentration, and finally obtaining the red syrup.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the brown sugar processing device is provided with the cane crushing juicer; therefore, the sugarcane is continuously pulped and juiced, so that the sugarcane juice generated in the process of pulping and squeezing the sugarcane is conveniently collected and filtered; therefore, the working efficiency can be effectively improved, and the operation is simplified.

Secondly, the brown sugar processing device provided by the invention is provided with the plurality of booster pumps, so that the working continuity among all devices is realized, and the production efficiency can be improved;

and thirdly, the foam remover is arranged on the heating cylinder, so that foam removal and bath are conveniently realized during heating, the operation can be simplified, and the process steps are simplified.

Finally, multiple continuous filtration can be realized in the filtering device, so that multiple filtration independently is avoided, and the process can be simplified.

According to the brown sugar preparation process adopting the brown sugar processing device, the process can be effectively simplified, the operation is simplified, the production efficiency can be improved, and the product quality can be improved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the brown sugar processing device of the invention comprises a sugarcane cutting and peeling machine 1, a sugarcane conveyor 2, a sugarcane crushing and juicing machine 3, a neutralization drum 4, a detergent adding device 5, a heating drum 6, a foam remover 7, a sedimentation tank 8, a filtering device 9 and an evaporation and concentration device 10;

the sugarcane cutting and peeling machine 1, the sugarcane conveyor 2, the sugarcane crushing and juicing machine 3, the neutralizing cylinder 4, the heating cylinder 6, the sedimentation tank 8, the filtering device 9 and the evaporation and concentration device 10 are sequentially arranged; a discharge port of the sugarcane cutting and peeling machine 1 is provided with a spray washing device 11; the spray washing device 11 is provided with a washing water collecting tank and a spray header; the cleaning water collecting tank is positioned below a discharge port of the sugarcane cutting and peeling machine 1; the spray header is positioned above a discharge port of the sugarcane cutting and peeling machine 1; the cleaning water collecting tank is communicated with the spray header through a water suction pump;

In order to improve the efficiency, in particular, a delivery main pipe 25 is connected to a liquid outlet pipe of the fourth booster pump 24;

the main conveying pipe 25 is provided with at least two side pipes 26; the side pipe 26 is provided with an electromagnetic valve 27; the side tube 26 is connected to the evaporative concentration apparatus 10. The heating device adopts a resistance heating device or a steam heating device.

The sedimentation tank 8 is a three-stage sedimentation tank and comprises a first-stage sedimentation tank 81, a second-stage sedimentation tank 82 and a third-stage sedimentation tank 83; the primary sedimentation tank 81, the secondary sedimentation tank 82 and the tertiary sedimentation tank 83 are communicated in sequence; and the primary sedimentation tank is higher than the secondary sedimentation tank 82; the secondary sedimentation tank 82 is higher than the tertiary sedimentation tank 83.

In order to simplify the structure and facilitate the improvement of the defoaming efficiency, further, the defoaming device 7 includes a cover 71; the cover 71 has an inner cavity; the bottom of the inner cavity is sealed, and a bubble suction cylinder 72 is arranged in the inner cavity; the lower end of the bubble suction cylinder 72 penetrates through the bottom of the inner cavity; the upper end of the foam suction cylinder 72 extends to the upper part of the inner cavity of the cover body 71;

In order to enhance the filtering effect, it is preferable that the filtering means 9 comprises a filter cartridge; at least two layers of filter plates 92 are arranged in the filter cylinder; a liquid distribution device 91 is arranged above the filter cylinder; the liquid distribution device 91 comprises a liquid supplement device; and a plurality of liquid supplementing heads which are uniformly and respectively arranged along the circumference are arranged below the liquid supplementing body.

In the application process, the sugarcane is juiced and filtered through the sugarcane cutting and peeling machine 1, the sugarcane conveyor 2 and the sugarcane crushing and juicing machine 3, and the raw material for preparing the brown sugar is obtained.

The cane juice is neutralized, heated, precipitated and cleaned through a neutralization drum 4, a detergent adding device 5, a heating drum 6, a foam remover 7, a sedimentation tank 8 and a filtering device 9; finally, the concentration of the cane juice is realized through the evaporation concentration device 10. Specifically, the evaporation and concentration device 10 may be a cooking pan.

In conclusion, the brown sugar processing device is provided with the cane crushing juicer; therefore, the sugarcane is continuously pulped and juiced, so that the sugarcane juice generated in the process of pulping and squeezing the sugarcane is conveniently collected and filtered; therefore, the working efficiency can be effectively improved, and the operation is simplified.

Secondly, the brown sugar processing device provided by the invention is provided with the plurality of booster pumps, so that the working continuity among all devices is realized, and the production efficiency can be improved;

and thirdly, the foam remover is arranged on the heating cylinder, so that foam removal and bath are conveniently realized during heating, the operation can be simplified, and the process steps are simplified.

Finally, multiple continuous filtration can be realized in the filtering device, so that multiple filtration independently is avoided, and the process can be simplified.

The invention also discloses a brown sugar preparation process, which comprises the following steps:

s2, conveying the sugarcane to the sugarcane crushing and juicing machine 3 through the conveying device 2 to realize crushing and juicing; controlling the driving device 313 to enable the rotation speed of the sugarcane stirring and crushing roller 34 and the sugarcane juicing roller 35 to be 50-80 r/min;

s3, delivering the juice into the neutralization drum 4 through the first drawing pump 310, and adding a detergent to the neutralization drum 4 through the detergent adding device 5; the cleaning agent adopts lime, phosphoric acid and sulfur dioxide; starting the stirring device 41 to fully stir and mix the juice and the detergent;

s4, conveying the mixed juice into the heating cylinder 6 through the first booster pump 21, and heating through a heating device arranged at the bottom of the heating cylinder 6 to enable the temperature in the heating cylinder 6 to be 120-175 ℃; and the foam is removed by a bubble remover 7 above the heating cylinder 6;

s5, conveying the heated juice to the sedimentation tank 8 through the second booster pump 22, and settling the juice;

s6, conveying the settled supernatant juice to a filtering device 9 through a third pressurizing pump 23 to filter the juice;

and S7, delivering the filtered juice into the evaporation and concentration device 10 through a fourth booster pump 24 for boiling and concentration, and finally obtaining the red syrup.

Juicing and primary filtering of the sucrose juice are realized in steps S1 and S2; neutralization of the sucrose juice is achieved in step S3; heating and defoaming of the sucrose juice are realized in step S4; precipitation and cleaning are realized in steps S5 and S6; concentration of the cane juice is achieved in step S7.
