As disclosed, the actuator element comprises a first magnet portion and the sample carrier has a second magnet portion, wherein the first magnet portion and the second magnet portion are arranged in such a way that a movement of the sample carrier through the transport tube is associated with a movement of a magnetic actuator element through the actuator tube. Thus, the movement of the magnetic actuator causes a movement of the sample carrier, so that the sample can be transported safely, reliably and under protection between the two devices.)
