1. Application of Prunellae Spica extract in preparing medicine for treating thyroid cancer is provided.

2. The use as claimed in claim 1, wherein the medicament comprises the Prunellae Spica extract as active ingredient, and has total organic acids not less than 20 wt%, and total flavonoids not less than 10 wt%.

3. The use of claim 2, wherein the medicament further comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant or auxiliary ingredient.

The use of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the dosage form of the medicament comprises but is not limited to oral liquid, extract and injection, wherein the concentration of the selfheal extract oral liquid is 125-500 mg/m L, the administration dose is 10m L times per time, 2 times per day, and the medicament is continuously taken for 3 months.

5. Application of Prunellae Spica extract in preparing medicine for preventing postoperative recurrence of thyroid cancer is provided.

6. The use as claimed in claim 5, wherein the medicament comprises the Prunellae Spica extract as active ingredient, and has total organic acids not less than 20 wt%, and total flavonoids not less than 10 wt%.

7. The use of claim 6, wherein the medicament further comprises pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvants or auxiliary ingredients.

8. The use of any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the medicament is in the form of an oral liquid of Prunella vulgaris extract, wherein the concentration of Prunella vulgaris extract is 125-500 mg/m L, and the dosage is 10m L/time, 2 times/day, and the administration lasts for 3 months.

9. The use of a prunella vulgaris extract according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein said prunella vulgaris extract is prepared by a method comprising:

(1) according to the material-liquid ratio of 1: 5-10 adding water or 80 vol% ethanol aqueous solution into selfheal fruit clusters to carry out ultrasonic extraction for 2h, repeating the ultrasonic extraction for 1-5 times, filtering, and combining extracting solutions to obtain a selfheal crude extract;

(2) carrying out gradient elution on the selfheal crude extract by using a macroporous resin column sequentially through water, 10-30 vol% ethanol water solution and 50-95 vol% ethanol water solution, and collecting eluent eluted through 50-95 vol% ethanol water solution;

(3) and concentrating the obtained eluent at the temperature of 60-70 ℃ until the relative density is 1.05-1.15 to obtain the selfheal extract.

10. The application of the selfheal extract according to claim 8, further comprising the step of processing the selfheal extract into a selfheal extract oral liquid preparation, and specifically, the selfheal extract is kept stand for 12-36 h, filtered, added with auxiliary materials into filtrate, heated and boiled to be dissolved, added with water to the amount of a prescription, mixed uniformly, cooled to 2-10 ℃, refrigerated for 12-36 h, filtered through a microporous filter with the pore diameter of 1 μm, filled with L with the amount of 10.0-10.5 m per unit, and sterilized at 115 ℃ for 15 min.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and relates to application of a selfheal extract in preparation of medicines, in particular to a medicine for treating thyroid cancer and preventing postoperative recurrence of thyroid cancer.

Background

Thyroid Cancer (Thyroid Cancer) is a malignant tumor that originates in the Thyroid follicular epithelium or perifollicular epithelium, and is the most common malignancy of the head and neck. In recent years, the incidence rate of thyroid cancer is rapidly increased in the global scope, and the incidence rate of female thyroid cancer in urban areas of China is 4 th of all malignant tumors of women according to the data display of national tumor registration centers; and thyroid cancer will continue to grow at a rate of 20% per year in our country. The Chinese patent medicine is usually used for combined treatment of thyroid cancer operation, chemotherapy and radiotherapy and is a main treatment means for patients who do not accept operation and radiotherapy and chemotherapy. At present, no specific medicine or postoperative auxiliary treatment means exists for thyroid cancer.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an application of a selfheal extract in preparing a medicine for treating thyroid cancer.

According to some embodiments of the application of the invention, the medicine takes the selfheal extract as an active ingredient, and the weight percentage content of the total organic acid ingredients is not lower than 20%, and the weight percentage content of the total flavonoid ingredients is not lower than 10%.

According to some embodiments of the use of the present invention, the medicament further comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant or auxiliary ingredient.

According to some embodiments of the application of the invention, the dosage form of the medicine comprises but is not limited to oral liquid, extract and injection, wherein the concentration of the selfheal extract oral liquid is 125-500 mg/m L, the administration dose is 10m L/time and 2 times/day, and the medicine is continuously taken for 3 months.

The invention also provides application of the selfheal extract in preparing a medicine for preventing postoperative recurrence of thyroid cancer.

According to some embodiments of any of the uses of the present invention, the method for preparing the prunella vulgaris extract comprises:

(1) according to the material-liquid ratio of 1: 5-10 adding water or 80 vol% ethanol aqueous solution into selfheal fruit clusters to carry out ultrasonic extraction for 2h, repeating the ultrasonic extraction for 1-5 times, filtering, and combining extracting solutions to obtain a selfheal crude extract;

According to some embodiments of any of the applications of the present invention, the ratio of the liquid to the feed in the step (1) is 1: 7, repeating the ultrasonic leaching for three times.

According to some embodiments of any one of the applications of the invention, the method further comprises the step of processing the selfheal extract into a selfheal extract oral liquid preparation, and specifically comprises the steps of standing the selfheal extract for 12-36 hours, filtering, adding auxiliary materials into filtrate, heating and boiling to dissolve the selfheal extract, adding water to the prescription amount, uniformly mixing, cooling to 2-10 ℃, refrigerating for 12-36 hours, filtering through a microporous filter with the pore diameter of 1 μm, filling the mixture with L with the filling amount of 10.0-10.5 m per unit, and sterilizing at 115 ℃ for 15 min.

Compared with the prior art, the invention proves that the selfheal extract can effectively inhibit the increase of the volume of papillary thyroid carcinoma tumor bodies through animal in vivo experiments, has concentration dependence with the selfheal extract, and can be used for treating thyroid carcinoma. Moreover, clinical tests also show that the selfheal extract has the functions of stabilizing the postoperative thyroid function and other abnormal indexes of thyroid cancer patients, can be used for preventing the recurrence of thyroid cancer, and provides a new medicine approach for treating thyroid diseases and preventing the postoperative recurrence.
