1. A stretch removable foam double sided tape comprising:

a high tensile foam layer; the high-tensile foam layer is prepared from the following raw materials:

60 to 90 parts by weight of a polyolefin elastomer;

0-30 parts by weight of low-density polyethylene;

5-10 parts by weight of foaming agent;

0-2 parts of antioxidant;

0 to 2 parts by weight of a sensitizer;

and the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layers are compounded on two sides of the high-stretch foam layer.

2. The stretch removable double sided foam tape of claim 1, wherein the polyolefin elastomer is a copolymer of ethylene and α -olefin.

3. The stretch removable double sided foam tape of claim 1, wherein the foaming agent is selected from one or more of azodicarbonamide, benzenesulfonylhydrazide and derivatives thereof, dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine.

4. The stretch removable double sided foam tape of claim 1, wherein the sensitizer is selected from one or more of silicon dichloride, zinc oxide, carbon tetrachloride, zinc stearate.

5. The stretch removable foam double sided tape of claim 1, wherein the stretchable pressure sensitive adhesive layer is a thermoplastic elastomer pressure sensitive adhesive; the thermoplastic elastomer pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials:

40 to 60 parts by weight of a thermoplastic elastomer;

40-60 parts of tackifying resin;

0-25 parts by weight of a softener;

0.2 to 5 weight portions of antioxidant;

0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a filler.

6. The stretch removable double sided tape with foam according to claim 5, wherein the thermoplastic elastomer is selected from one or more of styrene block copolymer, polyolefin block copolymer, acrylic block copolymer, polyisobutylene, thermoplastic polyurethane, butyl rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber.

7. A stretch removable foam double sided tape according to claim 1, wherein the elongation at break of both the high stretch foam layer and the stretchable pressure sensitive adhesive layer is greater than 500% and the difference in elongation at break is no greater than 400%.

8. A method for preparing the stretch removable foam double sided tape of any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:

a) melting and blending a polyolefin elastomer, low-density polyethylene, a foaming agent, an antioxidant and a sensitizer, and granulating to obtain particles;

b) extruding the particles obtained in step a) to obtain a sheet; sequentially carrying out radiation crosslinking and foaming on the sheet to obtain a high-tensile foam layer;

c) respectively attaching stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layers to the two sides of the high-stretch foam layer obtained in the step b) to obtain the foam double-sided adhesive tape capable of being removed in a stretching mode.

9. The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein the melt blending process in step a) is specifically as follows:

heating the polyolefin elastomer and the low-density polyethylene to 100-150 ℃ for melting, adding the foaming agent, the antioxidant and the sensitizer, and keeping the temperature for banburying to obtain a fused material.

10. The method according to claim 8, wherein the irradiation dose of the radiation crosslinking in the step b) is 20kGy to 100 kGy; the foaming temperature is 200-220 ℃, and the time is 2-10 min.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of adhesive tapes, in particular to a stretchable and removable foam double-sided adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The foam cotton double-sided tape is a double-sided tape which takes foam cotton as a base material and is coated with pressure-sensitive adhesives of the same or different types on two sides, has the characteristics of good adhesiveness, good sealing property, good filling property, good buffering property, strong bonding force and good adhesion, and is widely applied to the fields of electronics, automobiles, energy sources, household appliances, civil use and the like. Particularly in the fields of electronic products such as liquid crystal displays, mobile phones, tablet computers, notebooks and the like, the foam double-sided tape is widely applied to bonding and fixing of different parts due to its excellent performance, such as bonding of a liquid crystal display module and a backlight module, bonding of a liquid crystal frame, bonding of a liquid crystal module and a back shell and the like.

At present, in some application scenarios, for example, when an electronic product fails and needs to be reworked, parts adhesively assembled by using a foam tape need to be peeled off and recycled. However, the foam double-sided tape in the prior art is adopted for bonding, and the foam can only be forcedly peeled from the front or cut open from the middle by a knife from the side, so that the damage of parts is easily caused, the surface can be polluted by residual glue, and the surrounding environment can be polluted by scraps generated by cutting open the foam.

Therefore, it is an urgent technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art to provide a foam double-sided tape having high adhesive strength and easy removal.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a stretch-removable foam double-sided tape and a method for manufacturing the same, which can be used to remove the foam double-sided tape without residual adhesive by stretching the tape, and has the advantages of low stretch-removal resistance, excellent adhesion, curved surface anti-warping property, buffering property and shear resistance, and high adhesion to various surfaces of glass, PC, metal, ABS, etc.

The invention provides a foam double-sided tape capable of being stretched and removed, which comprises:

a high tensile foam layer; the high-tensile foam layer is prepared from the following raw materials:

60 to 90 parts by weight of a polyolefin elastomer;

0-30 parts by weight of low-density polyethylene;

5-10 parts by weight of foaming agent;

0-2 parts of antioxidant;

0 to 2 parts by weight of a sensitizer;

and the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layers are compounded on two sides of the high-stretch foam layer.

Preferably, the polyolefin elastomer is a copolymer of ethylene and α -olefin.

Preferably, the foaming agent is selected from one or more of azodicarbonamide, benzenesulfonyl hydrazide and derivatives thereof, and dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine.

Preferably, the sensitizer is selected from one or more of silicon dichloride, zinc oxide, carbon tetrachloride and zinc stearate.

Preferably, the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is a thermoplastic elastomer pressure-sensitive adhesive; the thermoplastic elastomer pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials:

40 to 60 parts by weight of a thermoplastic elastomer;

40-60 parts of tackifying resin;

0-25 parts by weight of a softener;

0.2 to 5 weight portions of antioxidant;

0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a filler.

Preferably, the thermoplastic elastomer is selected from one or more of styrene block copolymer, polyolefin block copolymer, acrylic block copolymer, polyisobutylene, thermoplastic polyurethane, butyl rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer.

Preferably, the elongation at break of the high-stretch foam layer and the elongation at break of the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are both greater than 500%, and the difference between the elongation at break of the high-stretch foam layer and the elongation at break of the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not greater than 400%.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the stretchable and removable foam double-sided tape, which comprises the following steps:

a) melting and blending a polyolefin elastomer, low-density polyethylene, a foaming agent, an antioxidant and a sensitizer, and granulating to obtain particles;

b) extruding the particles obtained in step a) to obtain a sheet; sequentially carrying out radiation crosslinking and foaming on the sheet to obtain a high-tensile foam layer;

c) respectively attaching stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layers to the two sides of the high-stretch foam layer obtained in the step b) to obtain the foam double-sided adhesive tape capable of being removed in a stretching mode.

Preferably, the melt blending process in step a) is specifically as follows:

heating the polyolefin elastomer and the low-density polyethylene to 100-150 ℃ for melting, adding the foaming agent, the antioxidant and the sensitizer, and keeping the temperature for banburying to obtain a fused material.

Preferably, the irradiation dose of the radiation crosslinking in the step b) is 20kGy to 100 kGy; the foaming temperature is 200-220 ℃, and the time is 2-10 min.

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the following embodiments of the present invention, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The invention provides a foam double-sided tape capable of being stretched and removed, which comprises:

a high tensile foam layer; the high-tensile foam layer is prepared from the following raw materials:

60 to 90 parts by weight of a polyolefin elastomer;

0-30 parts by weight of low-density polyethylene;

5-10 parts by weight of foaming agent;

0-2 parts of antioxidant;

0 to 2 parts by weight of a sensitizer;

and the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layers are compounded on two sides of the high-stretch foam layer.

In the invention, the stretch removable foam double-sided tape comprises a high-stretch foam layer and stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layers compounded on two sides of the high-stretch foam layer; namely, the structure comprises the following three layers from top to bottom: the first stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the high-stretch foam layer and the second stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

In the invention, the high-tensile foam layer is prepared from the following raw materials:

60 to 90 parts by weight of a polyolefin elastomer;

0-30 parts by weight of low-density polyethylene;

5-10 parts by weight of foaming agent;

0-2 parts of antioxidant;

0 to 2 parts by weight of a sensitizer.

In the present invention, the polyolefin elastomer is preferably one or more of a copolymer of ethylene and α -olefin, more preferably an ethylene/propylene copolymer, an ethylene/1-butene copolymer, an ethylene/1-hexene copolymer, and an ethylene/1-octene copolymer, the source of the polyolefin elastomer is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available products well known to those skilled in the art may be used, and the melt index of the polyolefin elastomer is preferably between 1g/10min and 10g/10min for better processability in the present invention, and the high tensile foam layer includes 60 parts by weight to 90 parts by weight of the polyolefin elastomer, preferably 65 parts by weight to 75 parts by weight.

In the present invention, the source of the low density polyethylene (L DPE) is not particularly limited, and commercially available products well known to those skilled in the art may be used, and in order to achieve better processability, the melt index of the low density polyethylene is preferably between 1g/10min and 10g/10min, and in the present invention, the high tensile foam layer comprises 0 to 30 parts by weight of the low density polyethylene, preferably 15 to 25 parts by weight.

In the present invention, the blowing agent is preferably one or more selected from the group consisting of azodicarbonamide, benzenesulfonylhydrazide and derivatives thereof, dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine, and more preferably azodicarbonamide. The source of the blowing agent in the present invention is not particularly limited, and commercially available products of the above-mentioned azodicarbonamide, benzenesulfonylhydrazide and derivatives thereof, dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine, which are well known to those skilled in the art, can be used. The invention controls the foaming multiplying power by controlling the using amount of the foaming agent. In the present invention, the high tensile foam layer includes 5 to 10 parts by weight of a foaming agent, preferably 7 to 10 parts by weight.

In the present invention, the antioxidant is preferably selected from one or more of phenol antioxidants and benzimidazole antioxidants. The source of the antioxidant in the present invention is not particularly limited, and commercially available products of the above phenol antioxidants and benzimidazole antioxidants known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the present invention, the high tensile foam layer comprises 0 to 2 parts by weight of an antioxidant, preferably 1 to 2 parts by weight.

In the present invention, the sensitizer acts primarily to increase radiation crosslinking; the sensitizer is preferably selected from one or more of silicon dichloride, zinc oxide, carbon tetrachloride and zinc stearate, and more preferably from one or two of zinc oxide and zinc stearate. The source of the sensitizer in the present invention is not particularly limited, and commercially available products of the above silicon dichloride, zinc oxide, carbon tetrachloride and zinc stearate, which are well known to those skilled in the art, may be used. In the present invention, the high tensile foam layer includes 0 to 2 parts by weight of a sensitizer, preferably 1 to 2 parts by weight, and more preferably 1 to 1.5 parts by weight.

In the present invention, the high stretch foam layer preferably further comprises: auxiliary materials such as lubricant, light stabilizer, color master batch and the like; to achieve a better surface condition and a different appearance.

The invention aims at the technical problems of the foam base material of the foam double-sided tape in the prior art: in the prior art, a foam base material of the foam double-sided tape is generally foamed by one or more of polyurethane (TPU), Polyethylene (PE), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and Acrylate (Acrylate), the tensile strength and elongation at break are very low, and after the foam is bonded to a stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with very high tensile strength and elongation at break, the foam base material breaks before the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer when the obtained foam tape is integrally stretched and removed, so that the integral removal performance fails; the high-tensile foam layer with the specific components is used as a base material, and the good interaction under the integral structure is realized by matching with the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layers compounded on the two sides. In the present invention, the high tensile foam layer has high tensile strength and elongation at break, preferably more than 500%, and tensile strength preferably more than 1 Mpa.

In the present invention, the thickness of the high stretch foam layer is preferably 100 to 1000. mu.m, more preferably 500 to 800. mu.m, and still more preferably 700 to 800. mu.m.

In the invention, the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not easy to remain adhesive and has small resistance in the stretching and removing process; the stretchable pressure sensitive adhesive layer is preferably a thermoplastic elastomer pressure sensitive adhesive. In the invention, the thermoplastic elastomer pressure-sensitive adhesive is preferably prepared from the following raw materials:

40 to 60 parts by weight of a thermoplastic elastomer;

40-60 parts of tackifying resin;

0-25 parts by weight of a softener;

0.2 to 5 weight portions of antioxidant;

0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a filler.

In the present invention, the thermoplastic elastomer is preferably selected from one or more of styrene block copolymers, polyolefin block copolymers, acrylic block copolymers, polyisobutylene, thermoplastic polyurethane, butyl rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, more preferably a blend of styrene block copolymers and polyolefin block copolymers, wherein the polyolefin block copolymers are preferably ethylene/1-Octene Block Copolymers (OBC); the blend of the styrene block copolymer and the polyolefin block copolymer can ensure the balance of the tensile property and the peeling force of the thermoplastic elastomer pressure-sensitive adhesive and the high bonding force of the thermoplastic elastomer pressure-sensitive adhesive to the high-tensile foam layer. The source of the thermoplastic elastomer is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available products of the above-mentioned styrene block copolymer, polyolefin block copolymer, acrylic block copolymer, polyisobutylene, thermoplastic polyurethane, butyl rubber, and ethylene propylene diene rubber, which are well known to those skilled in the art, may be used. In the present invention, the thermoplastic elastomer pressure sensitive adhesive preferably includes 40 to 60 parts by weight of the thermoplastic elastomer, and more preferably 50 parts by weight.

In the present invention, the tackifying resin is preferably selected from one or more of terpene resins and derivatives thereof, rosin resins and derivatives thereof, and petroleum resins, and more preferably one or more of terpene resins and derivatives thereof or hydrogenated petroleum resins, in order to obtain better compatibility with polyolefin elastomers. The source of the tackifier resin in the present invention is not particularly limited, and commercially available products of the above terpene resins and derivatives thereof, rosin resins and derivatives thereof, and petroleum resins, which are well known to those skilled in the art, may be used. In the present invention, the thermoplastic elastomer pressure sensitive adhesive comprises 40 to 60 parts by weight of a tackifier resin, preferably 40 parts by weight.

In the present invention, the softening agent is preferably one or more selected from mineral oil, low softening point tackifying resin, liquid rubber and synthetic plasticizer of dibasic ester, more preferably mineral oil; the mineral oil is preferably one or more of paraffin oil, naphthenic oil and aromatic oil, and more preferably naphthenic oil. The source of the softener is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available products of the synthetic plasticizers of the above mineral oil, low softening point tackifier resin, liquid rubber and dibasic acid ester, which are well known to those skilled in the art, may be used. In the invention, the thermoplastic elastomer pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises 0-25 parts by weight of a softening agent, and preferably 7 parts by weight.

In the present invention, the antioxidant is preferably one or more selected from the group consisting of a phenolic antioxidant, an aniline antioxidant, a sulfur compound antioxidant and a benzimidazole antioxidant, and more preferably a phenolic antioxidant; the phenolic antioxidant is preferably a large steric hindrance phenolic antioxidant. The source of the antioxidant is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available products of the above-mentioned phenol type antioxidants, aniline type antioxidants, sulfur compound type antioxidants and benzimidazole type antioxidants known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the invention, the thermoplastic elastomer pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises 0.2 to 5 parts by weight of antioxidant, preferably 1 part by weight.

In the present invention, the filler is preferably selected from one or more of carbon black, titanium dioxide, mill base and ink, and more preferably carbon black. The source of the filler is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available products of the above carbon black, titanium dioxide, color paste and ink, which are well known to those skilled in the art, can be used. In the present invention, the thermoplastic elastomer pressure sensitive adhesive includes 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a filler, preferably 1 part by weight.

In the present invention, the preparation method of the thermoplastic elastomer pressure-sensitive adhesive is preferably as follows:

dissolving and dispersing the thermoplastic elastomer, the tackifying resin, the softener, the antioxidant and the filler in an organic solvent to obtain an adhesive dispersion liquid, filtering the adhesive dispersion liquid, coating the filtered adhesive dispersion liquid on a release film, drying, and removing the organic solvent to obtain the thermoplastic elastomer pressure-sensitive adhesive. In the present invention, the thermoplastic elastomer, tackifying resin, softening agent, antioxidant and filler are the same as those described in the above technical solution, and are not described herein again.

In the present invention, the organic solvent is preferably selected from non-polar solvents, more preferably toluene; the source of the organic solvent is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available products of the above-mentioned nonpolar solvents known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the present invention, the mass ratio of the organic solvent to the thermoplastic elastomer is preferably (100 to 150): (40-60), more preferably (130-135): (50-55).

In the present invention, the dissolving and dispersing process is preferably specifically:

dissolving a thermoplastic elastomer in an organic solvent, adding tackifying resin, a softening agent, an antioxidant and a filler, and fully dissolving and dispersing to obtain an adhesive dispersion liquid.

After the adhesive dispersion liquid is obtained, the obtained adhesive dispersion liquid is filtered and coated on a release film for drying, and the thermoplastic elastomer pressure-sensitive adhesive is obtained. The coating mode is not particularly limited in the present invention, and the technical scheme of coating on the release film, which is well known to those skilled in the art, can be adopted. In the present invention, the release film is preferably a heavy release film (paper) or a light release film (paper) well known to those skilled in the art, and the present invention is not particularly limited thereto.

In the present invention, the drying manner is preferably a step curing manner, and the purpose is to dry the adhesive dispersion liquid coated on the release film to remove the organic solvent, so as to realize curing, thereby obtaining the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with a specific thickness. In the present invention, the temperature of the staged curing is preferably 50 to 110 ℃. The device for the segmented curing is not particularly limited, and a coater with an oven satisfying the segmented curing temperature mentioned above, which is well known to those skilled in the art, may be used.

In the invention, the stretchable pressure sensitive adhesive layers compounded on the two sides of the high-stretching foam layer have the same or similar technical indexes, have stretchability, and preferably have the elongation at break of more than 500 percent and the tensile strength of more than 2MPa, and the difference between the stretchable pressure sensitive adhesive layers on the two sides of the high-stretching foam layer is not more than 400 percent.

In the present invention, the thickness of the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is preferably 10 to 200 μm, and more preferably 40 to 60 μm.

In the invention, the elongation at break of the high-stretch foam layer and the elongation at break of the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are both more than 500%, and the difference between the elongation at break of the high-stretch foam layer and the elongation at break of the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not more than 400%; thereby guarantee that high tensile bubble cotton layer and tensile pressure sensitive adhesive layer's elongation at break have fine match nature, thereby reach better tensile removal and do not have the cull performance and reduce tensile removal power.

Compared with the prior art, the foam double-sided tape capable of being stretched and removed provided by the invention has the following characteristics:

(1) the foam base material has high tensile strength and elongation at break, and the foam double-sided tape is endowed with good integral tensile removability; (2) the main component of the foam base material is the polyolefin elastomer, so that the foam is softer than the traditional polyolefin foam, and the prepared double-sided adhesive tape has excellent adhesiveness and stress buffering performance, and ensures long-term stability and impact resistance buffering performance of bonding; (3) the surface adhesive of the foam double-sided tape adopts a thermoplastic elastomer pressure-sensitive adhesive with high tensile strength and elongation at break, and the elongation at break is matched with the foam base material, so that the double-sided tape is not broken in the removing process and has no residual adhesive; (4) because the surface adhesive formula of the foam double-sided adhesive tape contains the polyolefin elastomer, the pressure-sensitive adhesive has better compatibility and bonding force to the foam base material.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the stretchable and removable foam double-sided tape, which comprises the following steps:

a) melting and blending a polyolefin elastomer, low-density polyethylene, a foaming agent, an antioxidant and a sensitizer, and granulating to obtain particles;

b) extruding the particles obtained in step a) to obtain a sheet; sequentially carrying out radiation crosslinking and foaming on the sheet to obtain a high-tensile foam layer;

c) respectively attaching stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layers to the two sides of the high-stretch foam layer obtained in the step b) to obtain the foam double-sided adhesive tape capable of being removed in a stretching mode.

The invention firstly melts and blends the polyolefin elastomer, the low-density polyethylene, the foaming agent, the antioxidant and the sensitizing agent, and then granulates to obtain the particles. In the present invention, the polyolefin elastomer, the low density polyethylene, the foaming agent, the antioxidant and the sensitizer are the same as those described in the above technical solution, and are not described herein again.

The melt blending apparatus of the present invention is not particularly limited, and a pelletizer known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the present invention, the process of melt blending is preferably specifically:

heating polyolefin elastomer and low-density polyethylene to 100-150 ℃ for melting, adding foaming agent, antioxidant and sensitizer, and keeping the temperature for banburying to obtain a fused material;

more preferably:

heating the polyolefin elastomer and the low-density polyethylene to 120-150 ℃ for melting, adding the foaming agent, the antioxidant and the sensitizer, and keeping the temperature for banburying to obtain a fused material.

After the fused material is obtained, the fused material is granulated to obtain particles.

After the particles are obtained, extruding the obtained particles to obtain a sheet; and then sequentially carrying out radiation crosslinking and foaming on the sheet to obtain the high-tensile foam layer. In the present invention, the temperature of the extrusion is preferably 100 to 150 ℃, more preferably 110 to 140 ℃.

In the present invention, the means for radiation crosslinking is preferably an electron accelerator with an energy of 2.5 eV; the radiation dose of the radiation crosslinking is 20 kGy-100 kGy, and more preferably 70 kGy-80 kGy.

In the present invention, the foaming process is preferably carried out in an oven by heating to achieve continuous foaming; the foaming temperature is preferably 200-220 ℃, and more preferably 210 ℃; the foaming time is preferably 2 to 10min, and more preferably 5 to 7 min.

According to the invention, by adopting the specific process steps, conditions and parameters and matching with a formula of specific content components, the foaming ratio of the obtained high-tensile foam layer is preferably 2-30, the breaking elongation of the high-tensile foam layer is preferably more than 500%, and the tensile strength is preferably more than 1 Mpa; and the foam base material is cured by radiation, so that the foam base material has better cohesion performance and tensile strength, and the stretch removability and the bonding reliability of the foam double-sided tape are further improved.

After the high-stretch foam layer is obtained, the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layers are respectively attached to the two sides of the obtained high-stretch foam layer, so that the stretch-removable foam double-sided adhesive tape is obtained. In the present invention, the stretchable pressure sensitive adhesive layer is the same as that described in the above technical solution, and is not described herein again.

In the present invention, the attaching process preferably includes:

and after corona or plasma treatment is carried out on two sides of the high-stretch foam layer, the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layers are respectively attached, the release film on one of the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layers is peeled off and removed, and then the tape is rolled to obtain a finished product of the stretchable and removable foam double-sided tape.

The invention provides a foam double-sided tape capable of being stretched and removed and a preparation method thereof, wherein the foam double-sided tape capable of being stretched and removed comprises the following components: a high tensile foam layer; the high-tensile foam layer is prepared from the following raw materials: 60 to 90 parts by weight of a polyolefin elastomer; 0-30 parts by weight of low-density polyethylene; 5-10 parts by weight of foaming agent; 0-2 parts of antioxidant; 0 to 2 parts by weight of a sensitizer; and the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layers are compounded on two sides of the high-stretch foam layer. Compared with the prior art, the stretchable removable foam double-sided adhesive tape provided by the invention adopts the high-stretching foam layer with specific content of components as the base material, and realizes better interaction under the integral structure by matching with the stretchable pressure-sensitive adhesive layers compounded on the two sides; the foam double-sided tape can realize the integral removal without residual glue by stretching the whole side direction of the tape, has small stretching removal resistance, excellent adhesiveness, curved surface anti-warping property, buffering property and anti-shearing property, has high adhesive force to various surfaces of glass, PC, metal, ABS and the like, and is particularly suitable for the assembly and recovery of product parts in the industries of electronics, household appliances, building decoration and the like. The experimental result shows that the stretch removing force of the foam double-sided tape provided by the invention is 10N/10 mm-13N/10 mm, and the foam double-sided tape can not break before being integrally removed.

To further illustrate the present invention, the following examples are provided for illustration. The starting materials used in the following examples of the present invention are all commercially available products.
